Mac is amazing, friendly, funny, punctual, professional and incredibly helpful.First experience ever with a towing and the standard moving forward is high. Mac showed up extra punctual at 6:50am and proceeded to make it very easy for us to get my wife’s vehicle to the repair shop. Thank you Mac! You rock!!

Called for a tow. Told me they were 2 hrs backed up. I said fine. Then literally 3.5 hours later, theyve closed and never even notified me that they werent going to show up. The worst service Ive ever seen. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

My rv was towed from Walmart without any notice at all when I called to towyard to find out where it was towed to was treated like a child everything I owned was in the rv and cant get a single thing out of it to survive living on the street

Awesome service, my car broke down on the left shoulder of 25 and they were there within 45 minutes. The driver, Pat was a great guy, extremely professional and friendly.

They accepted a towing assignment through my insurance company, American Family Insurance. I called in over the next few hours, and they kept telling me a driver would be out in 30 minutes, and would call first. It has been 5 hours, the driver never called as promised. Ive tried calling about 10 times, they keep hanging up on me (prior to answering the call). I just received a text from my insurance company that they decided to deny the job. This cost me a full day. They are the worst.

Crooks, my car was mistakenly towed by the request of my landlord, the tow truck driver took my subs and amp out of my car. They did not have a property checklist like they should have upon pick up. They asked me to contact the owner to deal with the situation the following week. I called the next day for the guy to be super rude, I had to contact law enforcement to handle the situation. This is a joke of a business.

I requested a tow via Geico insurance. The tow truck driver called me to get details and was very nice. He towed my car from Hotchkiss Auto to my home (RIP 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid). It was easy and he dropped it off in front of my house as requested. He complimented me on my garden and gave me a fist bump. Cool dude. (Friday May 28th around 3:30 pm)

APT is a great company we use it for our business and they do a excellent job towing the cars in the parking lot, all the drivers are nice and funny, they send us ETA texts and that they are on the way they help any way they can. I would use this company personally if I had to!

Requested a tow through insurance, and received an automated text that the tow would arrive in an hour or so. It didnt, so I called Apt directly and was notified that my pickup time had been delayed, but I would be next. They didnt show.I called my insurance company to tell them the truck hadnt arrived (it had been 3hr by this point), and they confirmed the Apt truck had been cancelled and they were going to schedule another tow truck in the area. For the next 3 hours, my insurance company continues to communicate with me to say they were having a difficult time scheduling a different towing company. Then, an Apt tow truck showed up to get my car. I called my insurance company to confirm if Apt was the company still scheduled to pick up my car, and apparently the insurance company was not aware of this. So they called Apt to confirm, then called me back and said they had not been notified by Apt that my car was still on the schedule to be towed.This whole process took 6 hours from the time I received the initial text to my car retrieval.

Called our insurance provider to tow our vehicle two blocks after being stuck in a recent snow storm. After giving the company two separate numbers to be contacted at, the company canceled our tow with the insurance provider with no warning. After waiting for four hours with no call back we called the tow company. The lady that we spoke to stated that they had called us when they arrived and that there was no response. After calling her out on the poor business practices the lady said that there was nothing that she could do and left me stranded. To those that are forced to have to use this company, I would suggest requesting a tow company that will show up when you need them to.

APT Service was dispatched to me via my insurance company for a tow; after looking up the reviews for the company, I was worried.. but I had a fantastic experience getting my car towed. I called the main office and they assured me someone was on the way within the hour, they also listened to my concerns as I was flying out that day.Pat, the driver, texted my to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived he was nothing but professional and friendly. I gave Pat the keys to my car and walked away feeling comfortable and confident things would be taken care of... and they were. A+ thank you!Getting your car towed is stressful, but APT made it easy.

I had locked myself out of my car at my kids daycare. My husband was out of town and they were there within 30 min. The guy was super friendly not making me feel like an idiot. He got it unlocked quickly and I am so grateful.

I would give this company 10 of out 5 stars if it were an option. I am beyond grateful to Krystal (apologies if name is misspelled), the dispatcher and David, the driver, for going above and beyond to tow our truck today . The first tow company never showed up. So, I had already been waiting for 2 1/2 hours when Geico reached out to APT, who accepted the job. Geico then gave APT the wrong address, which was significantly far away from where I was actually located. David, the driver and Crystal, the dispatcher, kept me constantly informed with the progress and worked together to deal with one twist after another to make sure I was taken care of. Of course, no one wants to need to use a tow company, but if I ever need a towing company again, I will definitely be using APT. Thank you so much for such amazing service!.

I needed my vehicle towed (or so I thought) due to a bad starter. Lee with APT arrived 20 minutes before the ETA and was able to troubleshoot a bit and get my car started. He then took the time to answer questions and explain what he thought was going on. As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating and frustrating navigating towing/mechanic situations. Not today. Lee was professional, informative, and kind. I will recommend APT to anybody needing vehicle assistance in the future. Thank you, Lee!

Showed up to walmart to tow vehicles wrongly parked the tow driver hit my vehicle several times by hand causing dents didnt even have a right to ask me to move or to damage my vehicle

Geico sent them out as a service provider today when my Jeep broke down. I got an instant notification that a driver had been dispatched, 10 minutes later, Mac arrived. Quick and efficient, Mac is also incredibly friendly!! Dispatch called as he was pulling up to confirm, gal was also pleasant. Thanks for the tow!

I scheduled the service through the Geico app and received confirmation text messages with the progress/pickup time (1.5 hrs). The estimate was accurate and the driver was great. He worked with me to get the car dropped exactly where I needed it. Very smooth process.

I was stuck in a ditch and he had to use the tow truck to lift me out, not only did he do that quickly and efficiently he went out of his way to make sure I had no leaks and/or damages to my vehicle when he very well could have been on his way to another customer. The customer service over the phone was not the best. Once I arrived the in person interactions were good. Besides paying the money the pick up process is smooth.

I was at my friends apartment for literally an hour and they towed my car! and made me pay 300 dollars to get it out! and the next morning when i was going to work i noticed my front bumper and rim was scratched!

My Suburban broke down and I got onto the Allstate app to order a tow truck. It popped up APT Services and said they would be there at 1140and this was at 930. I had some time to kill so I was reading reviews and not many of them were positive. The driver Mike called me to let me know how far out he was. Mike showed up at 1115, was friendly and quick. My experience was very positive....

Company arrived in a timely manner the driver (omar) was really nice and understanding and made my experience the best it possibly could be. Another note his truck immaculately clean on the inside! Thanks again for the help will definitely use this company again.

The good: Gary the driver was an artist. It was a pleasure to watch him work. A true pro, and very helpful. The best!!The bad: the girl running the desk (I believe her name was Brianna) was an incredibly rude, nasty person, and not nearly pretty enough to justify her awful personality. I was floored when I saw these reviews! Everyone I worked with at APT was very nice and helpful. I understand that tow companies get a bad wrap in general, but I didnt run into any of the problems or complaints I see listed here.I called AAA for a tow after an accident, and it did take APT about an hour to arrive for my tow (plus I never got an update call), so I took off a star for that. The tow truck driver Mr. T was very helpful, nice, and funny to boot (he said he was too old to sport the mohawk to match his name anymore). I drove an old car and didnt want to get it fixed, so I asked where I could take the car to sell it for scrap. Mr. T offered to call his boss for me, and see what they would offer for it. After a few minutes of negotiating, we made a deal and Mr. T gave me their card, a hug, and drove off to the wrecking yard.I went to the APT Services yard a few days later to sign over my title to them, and aside from the teenage girl answering phones, everyone was very pleasant and nice (teenage girl is the owners daughter, and acts like a typical teenager). Since I was signing over the car to them they also waived the tow fee of $50 (for a 15 mile tow, about $3.35 per mile, not unreasonable). I then realized the next day that I had forgotten something in the car, and they let me back into gather my belongings with no trouble at all.I was so worried after reading all of these reviews that I was in for a battle, but they were nothing but kind and helpful to me. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but I would absolutely use them again.

Front desk person was rude and unhelpful

I called to see if it was ok to leave my vehicle for the tow driver because it was so cold outside, the lady was very rude and continued to talk over me then had the audacity to start arguing with me saying I was giving her an attitude .Thankfully the tow guy was kind, because the woman who answers the phone is beyond rude . According to other reviews I’m not the first one to experience this .If I were this company, I would fire her in hopes my customer service is maintained well.Only reason I used this company is because it was within my insurance distance .Never again

If I could give them a -0 I would. The tow truck driver took my truck and dropped it off at a place that isnt even a mechanic station anymore and never called to verify the address. He then placed my keys in the drop box. They have been avoiding my calls. I will be taking them to smalls claims court.

My tow driver was incredibly polite, respectful, efficient, and sensitive to the fact that I had just been in a serious wreck. When I went to the tow yard later in the day to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle, everyone I encountered was upbeat, positive, and very helpful. In particular, Kenny went out of his way just before closing and the end of his shift to help me transfer everything to my rental car. Thank you, APT, for making a difficult day much less stressful. My Geico roadside service dispatched APT Service to tow my car to the Lexus Dealership. Our tow driver had THE BEST customer service weve experienced, yet alone from a tow company. Even our rep at Lexus had said he was the nicest tow shes met. I cant remember his name, but THANK YOU for making this process as simple and easy as possible. Many blessings!

Just had a great experience with APT. The contact person in the office was prompt and friendly, and the two guys they sent up accomplished a difficult recovery and removal with good humor and creativity. They managed to extract our vehicle with almost no damage to the surroundings, despite it being in a very tight spot. I was impressed.

Absolutely do not use this company! The rude woman that answers the phone has zero customer service skills. She should not interact with people who are already in a stressful situation (car breakdown or accident). She treated my daughter very rudely and gave her a 3 hour wait time. We called another company who was to her in 30 mins at rush hour on a Thursday evening.

Overall had a positive experience with APT after having a wreck. Tow truck driver was polite and courteous after showing up at the scene of the accident. Office staff was helpful in getting my car towed to the repair shop and working with me to get it all done.

I had a real problem with my tow truck driver. He was very lazy and made me drive on a flat tire. BUT, I called apt and spoke to the manager, Karen, and she made it right. Every company screws up sometimes, but its not every company that will listen and fix the problem. In the end, Im a satisfied customer!

Discovered this lovely company by contacting AAA to have my car towed. I made the company aware I was leaving my house now and they said the tow truck would be there in 60 minutes. I got to the location 15 minutes later. I called the company to let them know I had arrived and began to be harassed for calling them back. I waited and the hour had gone by and I called again to ask where the tow trucks was and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. So I waited so more being very patient. I called after the time had passed and a lady answered this time and began to scream at me stating the tow truck was there over a hour ago and had left. I asked as her why then when I called 20 minutes ago was I told someone was coming. She then began to scream stating I never called and that no one is coming. Seeing as how I had been at the location for that amount of time, I knew that did not sound correct. I asked if they could send someone again and she said I had to call AAA. I proceed to call AAA again and was sent to the same company. I spoke with the gentleman who I had always been working with who NOW stated that someone had come and that the reason he said it would be more time was because he did not look at his screen......I do not understand why they felt the need to lie to me instead of stating no one will be able to make it to you and allowing me to call another company

In Sept 2015 I was run off of I-70 by a semi truck. My tire went over some metal debris on the shoulder and burst. My insurance company dispatched APT. The driver who responded was Gary and he was so kind and capable! He took care of my car and got me to the nearest Sams Club to get a new tire and made sure I was all set before he took off. Very kind! Exceeded my expectations!

If I can give this company a -0 i would and the person who is in charge of supervising the front desk/ office people needs to hire new people. The girl is so rude she has hung up on me twice not only did the tow truck driver wreck my car but also wrecked in to the autobody shop it was getting dropped off at, she has made it such a hassle after she refused to pay knowing her driver was at fault, she has gave us a hard time with a car rental getting her to approve the charges. Please fire all current employees or retrain them!

Mr. T did a great job towing my CR-V to my house. He arrived within an hour of me calling AAA and provided great customer service.

I called AAA to dispatch a truck for a disabled 35 bus/motorcoach. The Dispatcher at APT wasnt too helpful, especially because I was in an area with no cell service, but did get the correct truck dispatched eventually. I was broken down at 10,000 feet elevation. Ty and his co-driver showed up in an excellently maintained truck, with a great can do attitude. They assessed the situation, we discussed a plan, and they get me out of there and back down to where the bus could be serviced, safely, with zero damage, and in record time. Especially considering that the bus had been run out of fuel, batteries run down, air brakes locked and substantial air leaks on the system of the coach, they were amazing. This is not the first time I have used APT and Ty, and certainly will not be the last. These guys rock! As a former owner and operator of a tow company and a shop, I would rate these folks, especially these two, at the top.Thanks guys!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband came home to find someone parked in our designated spot. After contacting our HOA, they gave us the number to this tow company to have the illegally parked car removed.Our townhome community consists of privately owned units so no specific management company runs the entire lot.They refused to come out due to no management company being available to call them directly even though I informed them that one did not exist due to each of the units being privately owned and operated by different management companies.The representative I spoke with was very rude to upon me asking what steps I should take since I couldn’t contact a management company.He eventually told me that his guy was too busy to come to our location and it would be a few hours. The television was playing loud in the back and I was rushed off of the phone. I’m hoping if the situation arises for us to need towing services, there is an alternative to this company in the future

Mike just left our home after driving us and our disabled car clear across town from DIA to West Golden. We had such a positive experience with him that I needed to write this 5 star review right away. He was kind and engaging with our family, including our 5 year old boy that was very upset that our car died on the highway, at a high rate of speed, and had wait outside of the vehicle until help arrived. He even let our son help, which changed the entire experience in an instant. He was also very competent & efficient. He had our car loaded & unloaded quickly, and he clearly has a lot of experience. I worked as a service writer & rental agent for Caterpillar, and I have worked with a lot of tow truck drivers. Mike is a keeper. Give him a raise!!

I work with taxi company who has contract with this poor company I called them Im at Denver airport after an hour they sent me unprofessional guy he failed to open the car after an hour of work and made some damage.and when I talked to him about that he towed the car and left me at the airport and I have to call a taxi to go back to my company shop where he sopse to drop the car. unprofessional,rude. I dont recommend.

I was just on the highway merging from i 76 to i25 northbound. Had a car that was on the right trying to merge so i made sure to give him room. One of your rude drivers passes me on the right, cuts me off while he drives on the shoulder. I honked my horn and continue to the 84th exit. As i get off I look to see if maybe he was distracted or something but instead he flips me off. I know lots of those in the tow business as well as those who needed regular tows. Hands down will not recommend. Horrible.

Took the wrong route and tried to run up the bill. Driver didnt properly tie down car. Was weaving between lines and was rude when we called and asked dispatch to have him pull over.

Ive had to use APT a few times through AAA and had decent service until yesterday. Guy shows up, hooks up my car, all is fine. Hes chatting the entire drive back to my house, fine. Gets the car off the flatbed so I begin inspecting the flat tire (which required the tow in the first place) while hes getting my paperwork together. He hands me the paperwork to sign, then hugs me....yep. This man felt the need to hug a woman hed just met. He didnt ask, didnt hold his arm out as an offer, he put his arm around me and hugged me. Im not sure if he felt I needed comforting (I assure you I did not) or if he had some fatherly instinct kick in, but if I were a man, would he felt the need to comfort me? Probably not. Very unprofessional and a bit creepy.

Seemed sketchy. Driver damaged my jeep and was trying to deny that he caused the damage. He did own up to it and pay for the damage after I pressed him on it with my mechanic standing right next to me at his shop. I had to call their office a few times to get in touch with the right person to actually receive payment. The manager was actually very nice and helpful once I finally reached her and paid for the damage immediately.

Joke of a company, extremely unprofessional in all aspects. I had made it clear to both the insurance and the towing company that I would not be at the site of my motorcycle. An hour or so later, the driver called me saying he was 10 minutes away and that he needed me there to help him push the bike on the truck. And told me that if I can hold up the weight of the bike while sitting on it, Id be fine to push it up a ramp. Isnt that exactly what youre paid for?? So I rushed to leave, arrived 4 minutes after the ETA, and the driver had left already.. Also got hung up on when I called back after waiting for them at the scene with no contact.

Your driver hit my 2008 Sonata and Karen said you all would take care of it out of pocket because you all deductibles would go up. I said okay after the tow truck driver Mac refused to get insurance info. Karen and Mac agreed to tow my car to my house and take of it after five. I waited until 6:00 to call and was told to call back in 10 minuets. About 7 minutes later I get a call from the “owner” saying they not got fix what their driver damaged! Claiming to have a witness saying that I ran into to tow truck. Which is false I way in the left turning line and Mac was in the middle lane. As I approach my turn he hope in my lane. And damages the front fender and tire. I pull onto the car lot that Mac was delivering the car to and he follows. He apologized and was admitting fault that’s why I agreed to let you all take care of this. I did call the car lot to see if they had video and the police is requesting those and I also found a witness also. I just wanted to have this all in writing. I also have pictures and videos of the driver admitting fault when it happened and while I was in the tow truck with him! I have a video of him saying your company has alot of accidents and that the money would just end up being paid back by him. So if you could just give me the insurance information since your so sure your driver was right. And let them figure everything out. Thanks for your time

Was given a max time of 2 hours for a vehicle swap from them from a rental car company. So far its been 5 hours and still no swapped vehicle.

I was parked in a Walmart parking lot eating some fast food. Absolutely nobody else in this end of the parking lot. One of their trucks decides to unload a van 3 feet away from me. Not even one parking spot between us, in an empty parking lot!VIN number FG 516796. If this is the kind of judgment these people have, I will never use them if the need arises. That guy was a straight-up idiot.

I picked the worst time to call after a major downpour, so it took a long time (2h45m) to get the truck out. Initially i was told 90m. Then I called and the unpleasant woman from all the reviews answered and said ten minutes. Waited 20m and called GEICO. GEICO told me said unpleasant woman told them another 30. It would be nice if she would just be honest about the time because I would have done this the next day. After 165m, Jim arrived. Not much for words, but knew what he was doing. Took Jim maybe 7 minutes to get my car up. Jim was great and helpful. Thanks Jim!

Horrible, if you need a reliable tow and professional service then APT isnt the company for you. They love to leave people stranded and couldnt care less about them. The woman that answer the phone is extremely rude, I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to use this company of idiots.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AAA Sent them to give us a tow, they didnt follow protocol to call us 15 min before arrival which is fine because we were there before arrival time that AAA gave us they proceeded to cancel are call because they didnt see us there (first lie) then they said they couldnt come back keep in mind we called 5 minutes within arrival time they say they were back at there shop which is across town approximately 40 minutes away (2nd lie) after calling the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me twice when we asked for a manager he was also rude and hung up on my husband another 5 times when we called him out on his lies . Do not use them if anyone else has had this experience I recommended they call AAA so they take them off tow calls its unacceptable that we still have to deal with people like this no business manners and customer service skills. No one should be treated like that.

Their is three of us in the car and the tow truck only had two seats, there company was gonna leave one of us here on the side of the interstate. But the drive wasn’t going to do that to us.

This is the first review I have ever written because I have never experienced such terrible customer service. First, when I called to ask how much the tow would cost, they gave me the amount without telling me that the amount would go up $30 if I didn’t pick up my car by noon. When I was surprised by the up charge they were incredibly rude about it, and not receptive to the feedback that they should have let me know about the time frame for pickup. Then, when I picked up my car I realized there was a new dent in it. I called to learn the process and to ask for pictures from before it was towed. The woman refused to send me the photos and yelled “we didn’t damage your car” and then hung up on me. I had to get my insurance company to deal with them directly. Unreal.

I have to agree with most of the other comments here that this is by far one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Rude people on the phone, rude driver, and downright unprofessional. It’s amazing that they are even in business. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolute worst towing experience. Called Geico, they dispatched APT service to tow my BMW AWD. The guy came ahead of schedule which was nice, took one look, realized car cannot go into neutral and then up and left saying he cannot tow it. Excuse me, you are a towing company, does every car you tow have to be able to shift to neutral? You have no skates or rollers for these types of cars?

One of your trucks with a license plate that ends with ZZS is barreling down west bound Belleview going at least 20 miles per hour over the speed limit and cutting people off. It was scary. Im reading other reviews currently and seeing that Im not the only one whos had this problem

Horrible, HORRIBLE service. Stranded on the side of the road for 2 hours and they refused to load the car until they received an additional $125 in wait time fees which insurance covered but they wanted my personal credit card for an additional $50.When insurance instructed me not to pay the fee APT informed them they would be dropping my car off for someone else to handle.Faced with either getting my car dropped in the middle of the road or giving an additional payment, I was forced to call in with my CC number their dispatcher was the RUDEST woman I have ever encountered in my life.I wasnt towed because I was illegally parked, my car broke down and I was stranded and to know that this is the service that one can expect in a time of need is just discouraging in all accounts.If I could give 0 (zero) stars I would.

Unreal these morons actually think that their yellow lights move traffic like a fire truck ambulance or peace officer... Blaring air horns and getting so far up peoples tailpipes you can only see the tow grill... If they try to do this to you slow them down any way you can they get fined for being late. Especially to the police calls which of Denver pd wanted them to drive lthat way to their calls they wouldve given them a blue light like dot. The incompetency is incredible and I agree the dispatch lady is Demon spawn, these people should not be looked at as the norm in towing there are many companies at morals and ethics still! Great job, my car was stuck in a messed up spot, blew a tire on the highway. Didnt have a spare or jack and my car died in the process. Not once did the guy show any irritation. Just kept a smile and got me on my way. ETA was an hour, they got to me and my car to my work in 30 minutes.

Apt was assigned to me by my insurance company, & had the most awful experience with them. Very Rude Supervisor on duty! The tow truck driver drove past me in the parking headed straight to the back of the building without going towards the front. I immediately called APT to let them know & was told they canceled my service because no one was able to get a hold of me. After I spoke with the supervisor on duty she told me I should of not been on my phone so I can receive calls! I was mostly shocked by her comment as that was none of her business or even the case as my phone never rang. I waited for them a total of 4 hours and called my insurance company requesting a different company. It was 17 degrees outside. Hope no one else gets such horrible service.

I locked my keys in my car tonight after a string of unfortunate events this week. I called my insurance and a locksmith was covered through my roadside assistance. They dispatched APT. I was told I would be waiting an hour max for a locksmith. When the hour mark was up and still no locksmith I called (not angry, just needing to know an ETA). The lady on the other end from APT had a very rude tone and was short with her response. I would have been fine with waiting the extra hour they said it was going to be. What I am not fine with is someone running a business being rude to me, especially after the god-awful week I am already having. I called my insurance and had them cancelled. Id rather wait another hour than to give business to this rude woman.

The worst towing company I’ve worked with. Whoever answers the phone is terribly rude and has zero interest in being helpful. In my case they stated a time of arrival, did not arrive during that time, then told me I had to reschedule for a different time... THEY missed the time they said. The office lady actually told me I was not where I said I was then told me she would do nothing and to call my insurance company. Then she stated she would hang up on me if I called back.It’s clear they have no interest in being even a decent company. I will never use them again, and suggest you avoid them.

The worst attitude Ive ever had from some woman who calls herself customer service. Do yourself a favor and get laid! Looks like from your reviews everyone agrees your so called business is a joke! Your obviously not from here so get the F%@* out of Colorado! You would be happier in Florida with your own kind! I asked her name and managers name and she said doesnt matter and hung up on me! APT was contracted with my auto insurance for a quick tow for a blown tire. It was three hours until they would arrive, a bit of a nuisance, but fine. When they didnt arrive after three hours, I called and spoke with someone who said they had called me (not true) to tell me they couldnt get to my car (also not true, and the keys were left inside as I had to call a Lyft to pick up my son, and they could easily move it from its parking spot). Its one thing to be late, its an entirely different issue to lie! Just cancel the service request so I can find a tow company that can do the job! Over three hours waiting because they cant be bothered to call either myself or my insurance. Dont trust.

One of the drivers smelt like weed, the middle console had white powder all over it. Sunday 10/07/2018 there was a lady with him when I rode. I wasnt aware they brought their spouses. He proceeded to tell me that is was not ok but I believe they were there to help me. Zach I believe was his name, number 144, maybe you should do surprise checks in their trucks for weed or legal contraband. It will be reported to BBB, I dont need company other then who was called nor do I want to smell weed my whole ride.

This company is absolutely awful. They treat everyone with complete disrespect. It took me four separate phone calls to try to get instructions on how to release my vehicle. I got 3 different people who told me 3 different things. I would avoid using this company by any means necessary.

Company needs to read up on the ADA laws. Stranding a disabled person for hours in freezing cold weather then refusing to take them with you because of a service dog is disgusting. Do you have no compassion? Let alone not compliant with the law. I hope the city of Denver doesnt contract with you. If they do they shouldnt!

The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. She did not appropriately identify herself when answering the phone. When I asked is this the towing company? she responded this is a towing company, I dont know if it is the one you are looking for. Aside from this she did not ask which car was inappropriately parked when I gave her the address and name of my apartment building. Incredibly rude and no follow up. If this was not the towing company assigned to my apartment building, I would never use them again. If it was possible I would rate with place with 0 stars.

The boss is a irresponsible old lady. the driver lifted my car up with the wench instead of using the tow hitch and comeplely bent my tirerod. when i contacted them to reemburse me for the work i had to have done i spoke with the boss and from the get go she was rude and uncompliant. told me she would call the cops if i call them again. do NOT tow with them. they’re all idiots

Would give zero stars if I could! Not only did they pop a hole in my tire, when I called to make a claim, I was cussed out by dispatcher and hung up on! Id rather push my vehicle next time then give these crooks a dime!

This has to be the worst company ever.. First I call at 7:30am to have the tow come.... They dont show up and I call around 9am asking where they were. The lady then yells at me saying they were their for 15 minutes and called me twice.. I asked to read the number back and when told her they dialed the wrong number, she yells at me and says maybe I shouldnt have given them a wrong number (to my own phone).. They put in another request for a tow and just to be safe I ask them to read the number back, she then yells at me for insulting her education and states she is not a special needs person (not the wording she used). they offer no apology for dialing the wrong number, or making me wait another hour. When the tow finally showed up the driver himself was cool and helpful. The two girls working the phone, well lets say they are the people the ESPN reporter was talking about in her video! NEVER USE

Terrible service. Damaged my vehicle and was late. Do not use these guys they are terrible. Lol. No wonder they have a 2 star rating. Ran by a crew or idiots. The dispach/boss lady is useless.

Excellent service from the first call to the tow truck driver, Doug, who was very good a communicating and dealing with a difficult situation. I will not hesitate to use this company again.
