Great thanks and appreciation for this company!I had a vehicle that completely broke down (suspension break) on a side street 30 miles from my home. I scheduled a different salvage yard to pick it up. They scheduled the appointment and never showed up and wouldnt answer the phone. I already had an Abandoned Vehicle Warning citation on the vehicle that I was able to postpone for 3 days. It was last chance before my vehicle was impounded by city. $250 a day or so if that happened.When LKQ didnt bother to contact me with a window of 8AM to 3PM, I was really concerned.I called Auto Recycling Denver out of desperation and they showed up in 40 minutes (after hours) and offered me more money for the vehicle than the other company did. Great experience! I called at 820a and car was picked up by 10a! The lady who answered the phone and the tow truck driver were very polite and professional. I had to call this company because another company was suppose to pick it up the night before. They did not show, nor did they call or answer my calls.
