I blew out both my tires on the right side and was unable to get my car to the shop to have it looked at. So I called the dealership and spoke with a lady who recommended that I contact Accurate Auto Towing. I called and Mike came out to my house and towed my car to the dealership without any hassle and gave me a lift to pick a rental. Great service! Thank you Mike.

AAA called them, Mike came out and determined that it was not safe to attempt to tow my AWD vehicle with locked transmission without dollies, which he did not have. He kindly called AAA back to send another vehicle to perform this tow rather than risk damaging my vehicle. Mike obviously cares about his work and wants to do the best for his customers. I will call them next time for service.

I had a car towed to their parking lot, they moved it 50 feet to their rear lot and charged $185.00. They said its all business and just comes down to the dollars. These people are complete crooks, you should go anywhere else.

They took a day and a half to get my jeep to my mechanic. They were difficult to work with, rude one the phone and hung up me while trying to coordinate the drop off. They wouldnt return my calls, and passed the blame when called out on their poor service. They have lost the business of me and my insurance company.
