We purchased a used truck from Ortegas. We worked with both father and son Luis Ortega. They responded to emails and questions quickly. The truck was a great price and their service was excellent. We had a a mishap with our bank and they were very patient and understanding with us. They did not have to tolerate our issues but they helped us any way they could until things worked out. The sale otherwise went smoothly. They are great and friendly people. It is always difficult to trust when buying a car, but they definitely showed they are trusting, reasonable people. You will have no worries buying from the Ortegas.

Very slow to get my Subaru painted. Took over a month and never heard any update although I had a rental from my insurance I wanted my OWN car back but I NVER got a call back from the owner. I called once a week by the way
