Update your website we all know cars are in demand. When your website said it’s in stock I’ll filled the paper work out was approved and I took a credit hit to my score. I got an email from the sales person said it sold as soon as it came in. Awesome no problem but be a responsible business and update your website with vehicles that you sold.

Drove to the service shop with no appointment. I didn’t have a metric socket to loosen bolts needed to replace my brake light bulbs. I had purchased my own bulbs which I had with me. Kathy told me to drive on in and asked Russel to help. Within 5 minutes, they had removed and replaced both bulbs at no charge. It reminded me of the good old days when they rushed out to help fill your gas tank, check your oil and wash your windshield. Always EXCELLENT customer service here. Thank you Kathy and Russel!

Super helpful staff, but maybe a bit too helpful? I dont think they realize that some people go to dealers purely out of research. Talk. About. Pressure. It almost makes me not want to return to ANY dealer, ever. Was my 12 times I said I am not interested in buying today not enough? Maybe Ill get it tattooed on my forehead next time. I get you need to make sales and hit a quota, but you make the experience terrible. You know the car dealer Dad from the movie, Matilda? Stingy, pressuring, uncomfortable. Stereotypical, sadly. Anyways, if you go there to buy a car ~ awesome, theyll do anything to sell. If you go there as a first time buyer? or just out of curiosity? Prepare to have your car keys confiscated until you decide to buy. Sickening.

Let me start by saying I had completely given up on the car buying experience. I was ready to settle with a buy here pay here place. My credit is not the best, and it took a lot of hard hits from search for a vehicle. Then Christian at Mike Shaw Subaru went to work for me. When I went in I was greeted by a nice front desk receptionist. She could tell I was nervous, and she made me feel better with her positive vibe. Christian was very polite and attentive. Everything I ask for Mike Shaw was able to provide. They sold me a used car, but it had low miles basically a brand new car. All incandescent say is they now have a life long customer. I appreciate Mike Shaw Subaru for digging deep for me. You truly helped me and my family. I can drive with some dignity, especially knowing the reason for me shopping for a new car. I came in with a Subaru sports car that my son had bought, then decided he didnt want. I had already been to several dealers and been offered a price significantly below the value of the car. Mike Shaw was the only dealer willing to offer a fair price and help me get into a different car. I really appreciated all of their willingness to work with me. The salesperson I worked with was terrific, friendly and supportive, and he even came to my house and picked up the sports car.

The service department did not tell me they were driving my vehicle a mile off of the property to a different location for service. SoA already has their eyes on my vehicle and will provide that feedback to the rep I’m in contact with.Update: It’s been sitting in the parking lot of a hardware store for an hour now.Update: Vehicle returned with the front window down. Dusty inside.Haven’t tested the Eyesight recalibration yet.Seems like dealerships do not care about customer vehicles in Colorado. Some people like to keep their vehicles nice inside, you know?

We had a great experience when purchasing our new Forester! After a test drive we informed Cliff that we wanted the car and that we had limited time at the dealership. He then worked very quickly to get our deal together which was greatly appreciated. Everyone that we encountered at the dealership was straight to the point (didnt try to upsell us on a bunch of things) and professional. Loved the fact that Cliff ensured everything was set up in our vehicle (phone, etc) prior to leaving the lot and went over some of the options and settings to get us started. He even sent some links in an email later that night!

My experience was awesome! I was hesitant due to an experience I had two years ago at this location. I was greeted by an employee that had a welcoming attitude, then Dan Burk took great care of me. I had my two Boxer dogs there and all the employees were greating me with treats and smiles. In the end they made sure to give me a great price on my service. I thought these guys were great. I was looking for a truck and could have easily gone down the road to Omeara but I have purchased from them and never will again. Eric was the sales guy and adapted to my needs as I had my son sleeping in my vehicle, he came out to me, allowed me to take all the time I needed on the test drive and made the paperwork easy. Keith made the whole process of purchasing a new Crosstrek seamless and painless. The financing was discussed prior to meeting the finance department and each additional add on or package was explained in depth. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Mike Shaw Subaru.

I had spent 1 month shopping for the perfect car after my hit and run. I decided to take the next step by emailing the dealership and Eric Grimm from Mike Shaw immediately contacted me the next day. He helped me tremendously during the purchase. We sat down and discussed what was best for my financial situation but I was adamant on a brand new crosstrek. He insisted that I do wait to test the vehicle but my decision was already final. But I think he knew that I meant business and we immediately got to work.He had been so kind in making sure the decision was the best decision for me. He helped me reserved the vehicle as it was en route. He kept me updated constantly and even helped me start the purchase process when the vehicle arrived. The minute I parked and saw my beautiful crosstrek on the lot I knew instantly that it was meant to be. The custom service Eric provided was amazing and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I am forever grateful.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was especially impressed with Danny the Service Manager. He was professional, quick to respond, positive and knowledgeable. I would rate Danny in the top 3 Service Managers I’ve dealt with in my 43 years of driving. The thing that kept me from giving a perfect rating was the cost, which I found high for the work done.

Caveat: if things worked out how they did at my second trip to Mike Shaw Subaru, this would be a five star review. The first car didn’t work out, but my experience with Austin during the second go-round really made up for it. He in particular deserves the 5 stars. Mike Shaw has professional team that will try to make things right when something goes wrong on their end, which is why I came back to purchase from them again after moving out of state.

Wally was very helpful and informative. He explained about how the inspection worked and told me he would text with recommendations and how to approve of extra charges. Everything went to plan and my car was done on time. Having it washed was a very pleasant surprise. Being handicapped it is very hard for me to wash it by my self!

My son recently got out of the Marines and made the mistake of purchasing a used Subaru from Mike Shaw Subaru. My son had to take it back after the purchase because it was overheating. The car had a blown headgasket and the dealership said he had to pay for the repairs. A deal was worked out that my son would pay half the cost. The repair was supposedly done, but the car overheated soon after he picked it up. He and my son in law opened the hood to find coolant everywhere and missing bolts and hardware. Apparently the mechanics are as incapable as their predatory sales department. The service manager said the salesman knew the car had a bad head gasket before the sale. So know there’s back and forth between those departments instead of just fixing the car right. Don’t buy a car here.

Went in to have regular maintenance and to take care of a recall. Employee who helped me was very courteous and professional. I waited at the dealership why the work was done. Enjoyed free coffee while I waited. Used the restroom, very clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels.

Everyone in the service department was very friendly and helpful (as always), and I was lucky enough to get in for service on short notice. The service team went above and beyond too; I was having trouble with a license plate frame that I needed attached after replacing some recently stolen plates; they fixed me up. Love these folks!

Second car I have purchased from Mike Shaw Subaru and Shane Monahan. I found the car in their online inventory-it was in transit. The car had the features I wanted and the right color. Shane notified me when the vehicle arrived. Shane accompanied me on the test drive and demonstrated some of the features such as the hill descent control. He answered all of my questions. I was satisfied with the transaction. Felt no pressure. Love my new car!

I bought my second Subaru here and had a fantastic experience, this time for my 3rd Subaru I cant say I recommend them. I stand by Subaru but this dealership has become awful.
