Although the used vehicle we purchased at this dealership is a dream, the experience after the purchase has been an Absolute Nightmare! We bought a car, paid cash, APRIL 1st, and still dont have the title or registration for it to License it. I have left several messages...thats when I can actually get someone to answer the phone there. No one calls me back.....EVER! They keep saying they are backed up from Covid. I call BS on that excuse. Ive never had any dealings with ANY dealership where the service is so awful. Stay away!
We want something different from all the other cars we had so decided to stop by.First of all, we came from a different dealer because they didnt have the color we want. When we first walked into Mercedes-Benz of Denver no one came to greet or talked to us but we spotted the car we want yet still no one approached us. We were there for about 30 mins, Joe finally approached us.From the moment we talked to Joe, he showed us everything we need to know about the car. We got a great car without breaking our bank.

I had a fantastic experience buying from M-B of Denver! I live out of state, and found this car online. It was exactly what I’d been looking for. Jacob and Mark responded quickly to all of my questions, emailing, calling, and texting back and forth with me all day. In one day, they got me all the information I needed to make my decision. I flew to Denver the next day and bought my car! They were responsive, attentive, professional. I never felt pressured or talked down to. They made the experience of buying a car out of state so efficient and painless! Couldn’t be happier!
Update: Responding to the owner, I sent the picture of the pump, my credit card receipt (which I never got any response whatsoever about) WEEKS ago.. and now the paper receipt also. I dont expect any sort of compensation although it was promised without my asking. The lack of communication on Michaels part leads me to believe this is not his problem. I will remain optimistic, I hope the one thing my son takes away from this experience is more than you have to have a almost new car in order to receive quality and professional service. I know this to be untrue under most circumstances and hope to see a positive result in this situation.
I took my car in for service. Great experience. Shuttle service worked out great for getting to a Rockies day-game (Thanks Sarah). Jacob was my service advisor and made sure the exact tires I wanted for my car were pre-ordered and available for my appointment. With the new tires and a 5-yr service completed the car feels better than new. Highly recommended dealership for service.
This dealer is awful. I made an appointment 3 days in advance to go and see a 2013 ML63. Got there right on time. Salesman was totally unprepared, car was not even there. After waiting about 20 minutes, the car showed up dirty, every panel had dents or scratches, all 4 wheels were heavily damaged (unrepairable, in my opinion), cuts in the leather seats, the list goes on and on. On top of the poorly presented vehicle, they offered me almost 35% less for my trade than two other dealers. I ultimately got a fair trade-in and an immaculate GLE 63s from Mercedes of Littleton. Next time, I will just go straight to them and bypass Mercedes of Denver. The entire feeling I had when dealing with them was that they only cared about squeezing every last drop of money out of the deal and the customer was just an inconvenience. Go elsewhere!
My experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Denver exceeded my expectations. My sales advisor Nicholas was amazing, he was very patient and kind. Nicholas was not pushy instead he listened to me and helped me to find a vehicle that met all of my wants and needs. His Supervisor Jennifer was also very helpful as well. This was my first trip for service with my car ever and it was incredible! Chris is so friendly and personable and all the staff here were phenomenal!! I loved that the technician sent me a video of the conditions I don’t usually look at my car from those angles lol. Got some services done here by the tech named Gregorio. Hes a super solid tech and knows his stuff no matter what you ask him. He got my trans, brake flush and alignment done super quick and didnt try to up charge for things that didnt need done. Give the man a raise cause he does truly deserve some acknowledgement for his services.
Do you need a junk? Welcome to Mercedes Benz of Denver! I bought certified C300 with 27k miles there. Again: certified with warranty. Tony (sales person), Terry (general manager) said that car is like new, clean carfax, 168 points were checked to certify it, warranty, best or nothing...bla bla bla.Shortly: My car was with hidden damage. Dealer knew about this defect and marked headlight with a red dot. Right/front headlight had a crack from the engine side. First rain: foggy lens, headlight was down/dark (xenon, led strips). $2500 for repairs.Story: After the deal, at home, I found a red dot mark on the lens of right front headlight. Strange. Just stopped near car wash, done. Got rainy days....foggy right side headlight. Hmmm. Tried to drive. Whole headlight was dark because of water damage. Checked headlight from inside. Crack. Called to service department....warranty will not cover it. $2500 is replacing.I am not against Mercedes, I still think that its nice car. I am against dealership. Its fraud. Dealer definitely knew about damage, because car was after lease return inspection and after used vehicle certification (certified pre owned).

Came across Mercedes-Benz of Denver while doing a search for a pre-owned Lexus. They happened to have the model I wanted in great condition at a great price. Everyone I dealt with was fair, responsive, helpful and no pressure, no trying to sell me a Mercedes instead! It was a great car-buying experience.
I found the exact car I wanted. It was at another dealer. They could not meet my price and payment requirements, only offered to “get me into a less expensive vehicle”. No thank you. Joseph Shipman from MB of Denver contacted me by phone. He completely took care of my requests. He delivered the car to me within an hour. I love the car and will buy from him again.
My vehicle (a 2015 S550 with 47,000 miles logged) has been with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Denver for the last three weeks now due to the same brake/tire issues I’ve dealt with since May. No loaner car was provided, and the service department/mechanics showed critical levels of incompetence when trying to resolve the problem. Specifically, one representative (Tyler R) seemingly lacks experience and knowledge regarding warranty coverage and the issues at hand. When the car starting making a squeaking sound after the brakes were repaired back in March, I was told a tire replacement was needed for the noise to subside. However, the squeaking continued—even worse than before—after three tires were swapped out with new ones. After this, Tyler’s manager (Michael - manager) told me that although the rotors and brake pads were working fine, they were in fact responsible for the squeaking and should thereby be replaced. I agreed to that as well and have now spent thousands of dollars without the courtesy of a loaner vehicle, forcing me to drive my daughters car for a month now. The car has been in and out of the service department since March, and I have wasted hours and hours of my time dropping off/picking up the car, placing phone calls, sending messages, and leaving voicemails addressing the same issues over and over again for months. I have never encountered such terrible, unprofessional, and unethical service in any industry before, which has demanded that I drop my car off four separate times within the last four months. I was offered a loaner car only ONCE for my troubles.On Thursday, I expected this whole ordeal to end as my car was finally scheduled to be dropped off at my house. I waited all day, but it never arrived…and I received no calls/messages/updates from the service department! At 5:30pm that evening, I called Tyler to ask where the car was. Shockingly, his response was that they hadn’t dropped off the car since I had not yet completed a survey…and that the vehicle would not be released unless I write a good review.Essentially, he is refusing to release the car unless I use the survey to give him/the dealership a flattering evaluation. THIS IS MANIPULATION, BLACKMAIL, AND BRIBERY!! I was told they would apply discounts to the total service fee due to the inconvenience, time, frustration, and anxiety this dealership has caused me—but that these discounts are contingent on the completion of a positive review. Ive now been harassed, disrespected and insulted by both Tyler and Michael. When I then told Michael I would contact the police to get my car released, he said that was fine! UNBELIEVABLE!!! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! I would have certainly never expected this from Mercedes and am so SO disappointed and appalled by how this “luxury” brand has treated me! I finally got the car back and the brakes continue to make the squeaking sound.
They got me in the next day and was even able to get me set up with a loaner car. Everyone was great and my Service Person (Chris) and the Finance Manager (James) went above and beyond to help me with my questions and details about my service. A+ Service everytime I enter the building!

No cars to look at or test drive (GLE); Bradshaw was nice and helpful in putting our order together and slotting us for November deliveryBradshaw has not been adequate in his follow up to my questions even though he said he would. He mentioned a few days needed but it has been two weeks. I do not expect that type of service from a Mercedes dealer.

There was an issue with one tire they could have said was my problem, it was replaced without question and at no charge. I came in to get a new set of tires and the service department could not have been more helpful if they tried! They made sure all my fluids were topped off and the car was extremely clean when it was ready to pick up. Makaveli in service was super helpful taking care of me with a loaner vehicle and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back here for service. If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat!
We brought our SUV in for a service light after calling and being told to come on in. We came in and then were made to wait and after 35 minutes were told to we should have made an appointment and needed to come back.We came back and waited for about 30 minutes and finally left. We had a local guy inspect the car and just needed to be reset due to the last mechanic not having properly reconnected some engine part, it took us 20 minutes to wait and 5 minutes to fix, no charge. Ill let you guess who the last service shop was.

Beautiful atmospherical aesthetic; professionalism and hospitality differ amongst personnel. My experience was gravely below subpar, however the vehicle purchased was fair in price, and in immaculate condition. I arrived at 1330, helped shortly around 1400, and was not cared for until 1900 in which I left with the vehicle roughly around 2000 hours. I had then seen several parties enter and exit the facility. Not in any fashion respectful and considerate of one’s time.
After only a few moments of first walking into the showroom at Mercedes-Benz of Denver, I was met with pleasant and accommodating staff that were all eager to help in anyway. I can honestly say that this is not the norm in many of the other more high-end / luxury dealerships I have been to. After giving the name of the Sales person I had an appointment with to an employee on the sales floor, James Goza quickly came out to introduce himself and efficiently run me through the car buying process. James was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and for a lack of better words just a straight shooter! He was willing to answer any and all questions related to the car, buying options and really anything I could come up with, and let me tell you I had a lot of questions. He took the time to walk me through all the bells and whistles the car had to offer and gave me his honest opinion on car requirements such as tires and the 4matic option for the Denver area. James truly went above and beyond to make my car shopping experience as painless and enjoyable as possible. I purchased a used Armada the other day and couldnt be happier. Tony was my sales rep, he was knowledgeable and very attentive. He understood I was in a hurry and made sure things progressed quickly. Normally buying a car is an all day thing, I was in and out in a little over 2 hours. Finance was a breeze, even though my interest rate was a little higher than I would have liked. There was no drama, and haggling over price since they came in $2000 below book.

Working with Nick Biel was great, he was super friendly and kind. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything or like I was being sold which is a big deal. Everything was handled very well and professionally, after financing they even gave a me a few tips on what looks bad on my credit to help me out since not everything shows up on credit karma. Snacks, coffee and soda were all a nice touch, and the dealership is a very classy place. I got a great price on my car and am very happy.

Drove up to trade in our car, and while in inspection they said our sunroof got stuck which has never happened before in 3 years. Then proceeded to tell us that no mechanics were present, so we had to leave our car here. Also they had no cars they could lend, making us take an uber home. Terrible service and attitude. Shouldve went to Littleton or Westminister location.
The staff was quick to check me in. Did try to sell me more then I thought I needed, but thats to be expected! In the end, they did what was necessary in a timely fashion and told me what to expect at future visits.
I worked with James Goza from Sales and I had a great experience buying the car. He explained the process and was easy to work with. I contacted him after the purchase to confirm that the temperature meter was inline, not showing over heat, and he was readily responsive.
The service has been extremely poor they are the epitome of customer no service I bought a vehicle from them 90 days ago they have to provide the information to DMV and the Creditor there for the vehicle cannot be registered they received the payment from the Creditor within hours of the purchase of the vehicle does skeet salesmen sales manager finance manager that we have contacted has constantly lied additionally you have no way to contact him via telephonically they have failed to answer their phones and said they cannot hire anyone to be in this receptionist youre selling high-end cars and you cant hire the staff your only excuse is covid-19 acceptable

I had been working with Mercedes Benz of Denver for 3 years. I had been in BMWs for over 20 years and wanted a convertible so went to do some comparisons. The 400E 4-Matic was exactly what I was looking for. Had a 3 year lease and loved the car so much I wanted to check into just buying it. Spoke with James Goza and he was awesome. He could not of made it any easier. He was straight forward with all of the numbers and what a great guy to work with. I am sold on this dealership. To be honest, I expect a customer service experience. I felt like I was buying from a garden variety used car lot. When you are buying a vehicle for $10,000s you do not want to feel like your business is unappreciated. SAD!!!

Ive a very pleasant experience with this car dealership, my car was drop off while I wait for it to be work on and Jake my service rep who helped me was very helpful and understand what I need to have done with my vehicle and the mechanic technician who worked on my vehicle send a video clips on what was work on and address my concerns I had with my vehicle, Im so glad I drove 30 minutes away instead of 10 minutes from where I live near another dealership that just dont care for my business the waiting areas was spaces and clean thank you for doing a nice job of taking care of your customers you have earn my parise and respect looking forward to have my vehicle services done here.

I had a very bad experience at your service department. I recently took my car in, I spent 6 K dollars worth “repairs “ a cuplé of them unnecessary and expensive only to end up with a car that was not repaired properly. After 6K dlls I left there with a bad taste in my mouth. That service department have no clue of what accountability means.

We are not Mercedes Benz of Denver customers. We purchased our vehicle at a dealer thousands of miles from Denver. Our GLS450 had, what turned out to be, a 48volt battery issue and died while we were on vacation. We’ve had this vehicle for less than 30 days and at this time had 6,129 miles.Our vehicle was towed to Mercedes Benz of Denver after normal business hours. Before the service department opened the next morning service advisor Geoffrey Wasteneys called me, asked what was wrong with the vehicle, and said he would keep me informed as the problem was diagnosed and corrected. Since we were on vacation and from out of the area Geoffrey told us he would move our vehicle to the front of the line.Because of problems with MBUSA, Service Direct Michael Ruch got involved. Michael is phenomenal. Michael, Geoffrey and Mike Boehmer the shop foreman, were in constant contact with us. We can’t say enough good things about Michael, Geoffrey and Mike Boehmer.A result of our problem with MBUSA, MBUSA did not approve the release of the 48 volt battery for two days. This is the only part MBUSA has to approve the release of. This resulted in the part arriving on Saturday. With Geoffrey not working on Saturday we were in the capable hands of Service Advisor Tyler Roby. Tyler was awesome. Tyler and Michael keep us in the loop and took great care of us. With our car operational we immediately started our 15 hour drive home.We can not say enough great things about the treatment Mercedes Benz of Denver provided us, specifically, Geoffrey Wasteneys, Michael Ruch, Tyler Roby and Mike Boehmer. If we lived in Colorado we would DEFINATELY, purchase and get our vehicles serviced at Merceds Benz of Denver.

This place deserves no stars. I spoke with a salesman and he invited me down to look at the C43 AMG I called about. We play phone tag for a few days while I was out of town. When I get home, we set a date. He texts me and said he looked forward to meeting me on Tuesday. I loaded up my car into the hauler, sent him a message and headed down that way. When I get there, he is off on Tuesday’s. He never responded to my message that I was on the way. So I work with a another gentleman who was very nice but could not access any internet in the store to search for other cars. While he was trying to figure it out, I go to the restroom where one of the mechanics was hanging out in a stall. Come back to the sales floor, no internet yet so I head home. The next day the salesman calls and apologizes and says he will make it up to me and find the car I wanted. A week later, no call back. I call the sales manager, he apologizes for the error and says he will call me back by the end of the day. Well we are going on 3 days and no call yet. Do not even waste your time going here. If my staff worked like this, I would fire them al!Response to their messageGreat auto response from the dealership which really serves no purpose The number is to the store and when someone answered, I explained the reason for the call, they had no idea where to send me. She was very nice and finally tried to offered me a sales manager but since the last one did nothing, figured I was not going down that road again. If you want a call back, give a name or extension in the response, It would help a lot

I am on my 3rd lease with MBoD. My first lease went perfectly fine. At lease 2 they only gave me one key but promised that they would provide the second key once it came in. After calling and texting the sales person, and coming in person to speak with the manager I was never able to get the second key. When I started my 3rd lease I mentioned that I would not be paying for the second key at the termination of my second lease, and I was promised that the dealership would pay for the key they never gave me. I am now 8 months into my 3rd lease and just paid for the second key to close out my lease after it went to collections because MBoD still hasnt reimbursed me. My big lesson on this is after you lease a vehicle the sales person will ask you to complete a survey, and they will try to expedite you doing so. DO NOT complete that survey until any outstanding issues have been resolved. Once you fill out that survey you become lowest priority and they will NOT help you with any previous promises. This will be my last lease with MBoD and I will go to a different Mercedes dealership that isnt owned my MBoD parent company. Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the people are friendly, and service visits go smoothly.
Found a car. Test drove it around 5pm. Made an appointment to purchase cash the following morning when I could withdrawal cash from my bank. Called Amos at 9:20am, set an appointment for 11:30am. Was told paperwork would be emailed to me so I could review before the appointment. Never received total purchase price. Called, text, until my appointment time. At 11:45am got a call that someone else was there looking at the car and it wouldnt be sold to me until after 3pm to allow another offer to be placed. Ive had far better service from Craigslist. I would never recommend. We purchased a car here years ago before it changed to Sonic... went way downhill. So unprofessional.
Truly exceptional experience! After looking to buy a new car for over a year, I could not have found a better dealership. Matt McGinnis was professional, extremely knowledgeable and welcomed all my questions. I greatly appreciated his patience and no pressure sales. I love my new car!! Max and Jay on the finance team were also extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions. If you are looking for a buying a car at a honest, top notch customer experience and no pressure dealership, I highly recommend going to Merceds Benz of Denver and working with Matt, Max, Jay and Jennifer. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here. I came in to get quite a bit of work done just before my warranty expired and the service center seemed happy to help. The process of scheduling an appointment, getting a loaner vehicle, and picking up my car was as easy as could be. I appreciate their flexibility of allowing me to take the loaner car hundreds of miles away as I go to college in Grand Junction (even with me turning 21 the same day I requested the vehicle). The service advisor was helpful and friendly, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly with the loaner, and giving me updates about my car. A week later I returned to my car, and just about everything looked as good as new, including a nice complimentary car wash. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars was they missed a few very minor things I had asked them to fix. These things include one burnt out light above one of my door handles which still remains out, and a drivers side vent still making clicking noises. The vent seems much better than before (only noticed it once for about 5 seconds, as opposed to daily for about 30 seconds), but the burnt out light I believe was simply forgotten about. These are honestly incredibly minor things, and I am still very happy with the quality of service received, and the quality of my first Mercedes Benz originally from this location (purchased at BMW next door from the same dealer owner). Everything about the M-B experience far outweighs that of my Audi, BMW or Toyota. I will be sure to return next time my car needs anything done!

My car checked out for all of the basics - green light on everything. I had my father check everything again, two days later before a road trip, and the oil & coolant were close to bone dry and my tail light was out. Doesn’t seem like the inspection team did a single thing.
I took my car to this location because two recalls were issued for my car. Supposedly I didnt have to pay for that but a couple days later I got a report with more than 12 issues, (my car was running perfectly fine, its a 2014 C 300) the total? $11,500!!! It pisses me off that this location isnt any different than any other cheap machanic (of course except for the outrageous price). Why cant they be honest??? They should make honest responsible recommendations; have different statuses, whats critical, whats good to have and whats ok. You always hear how mechanics take advantage all the time specially on women, Mercedes should be different! But I got that same annoying feeling that theyre just hungry for money. It really sucks.
I know for a lot of people (including myself)....going to a car dealership can be just about as bad as going to the dentist and having teeth pulled. At least this has been my experience in the past. That WAS until I decided to check out Mercedes-Benz of Denver. Id like to take the time to share my experience with you.Over this weekend, I was able to do business with this absolutely stellar car dealership. My first interaction was when I first called the dealership and was lucky enough to make contact with Dr. Tony Upton. There was a very specific vehicle that I wanted to inquire about. While on the phone, Tony provided me with the information I was requiring and set up an appointment for me to meet with him the following day.Upon entering this absolutely beautiful and clean dealership, I was welcomed warmly by everyone I came in contact with. The minute I met Tony, I just knew this was going to be a fantastic experience. And I wasnt disappointed. Within minutes of arriving at the dealership, Tony had the vehicle that I was coming to see pulled up at the front and we quickly took it for a test drive.When getting back to the dealership, the appraisal process for my vehicle began. While waiting, I had a list of questions that I asked Tony regarding my potential purchase. He answered them fully and with documented proof. He took the time to comb through the CarFax with me, recall notices, etc.Within minutes, I received the appraisal for my trade in. The offer was no nonsense and very fair. The acceptance and purchase process began at that point. Everything was handled by Tony. He continued to be willing to answer any and all questions that I had. Various protection products were offered to me and were explained in depth by Tony. Never felt like he was just trying to sell me anything.One important fact that I failed to mention -- the car that I was coming to see was NOT a Mercedes. Tony was aware of this, knew my needs and objectives -- didnt try to sell me an alternative vehicle at all. His primary objective was to make sure that I was getting everything that I wanted.In the sales office, I was fortunate enough to work with Max. Once again, extremely professional, well organized, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Once again, I never felt like I was being sold something that I didnt want or need. It was a no pressure interaction that maybe lasted 15 minutes.In my lifetime, I have bought and traded NUMEROUS vehicles and have visited dozens and dozens of car dealerships. When I say that doing business at Mercedes-Benz of Denver while working with Tony Upon (Sales) and Max (Finance) was the best...I mean it was the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! At no point did I ever feel like just some guy buying a car. I felt valued, respected and listened to. These guys treated me like they would treat their family, I have no doubt about that.From now on, when shopping for a vehicle whether a Mercedes or a different Pre-Owned brand, I will 1000% look in the direction of this dealership and will seek to work with Tony and Max over and over and over again. Tony Upton was incredible with helping us find the right car and trading in our old one. He was honest, fair, and thorough with us about our purchase. He even got us a new battery for the key when we were about to leave. He made sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend him as your salesperson the next time you purchase a Mercedes!

My wife bought a beautiful pre-owned vehicle from this dealership more than a month ago. Since then, we have had to purchase a new battery and my wife still does not have the maintenance records for her vehicle after contacting this dealership weekly since the original purchase. Communication is pathetic with this place. Stay away.
