Chuck the head mechanic is a very trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Trust is so very important for those of us who dont know how to work on cars. We rely on service delivery that is honest. The Auto Shop is the best.

My wife and I had the engine on our 2013 sonata go out and had several shops give us estimates. Long story short Chuck and the guys at this shop worked hard and went above and beyond. negotiated with the warranty company to get us a new engine and was great at keeping us informed. In the end we payed 1/4th of the estimates we had gotten from other shops with a brand new engine with a warranty instead of a used one w/o. Im not saying thats what will happen in every situation but I am saying that these guys are trustworthy and will do their best to help you if they can and when it comes to mechanics thats what you want. Will continue to take all my vehicles here as long as I love in Colorado and I recommend everyone do the same.

This is the only place I bring my truck. Chuck is the best! And they wont try to upsell you, very hard to find mechs like that.

Consistent up selling, had sensors stolen in their parking lot. Waited 3 weeks for them to get replacements. Installed one backwards and sat there another 5 weeks while they “diagnosed” it. gave up on them and next shop had it fixed in 15 mins. Brand Cv boots torn, always another issue each time I would pick up.

I was having car trouble right before driving 11 hours back home. Chuck was willing to take a look at my car even though the shop wasnt open and checked the car for leaks exc. He let me know I was okay to drive home, gave me all the details on how to fix the issue when I got there, and filled up my windshield wiper fluid. All of this was free of charge! Absolutely great shop and owner, wish he was in AR because hed be my go to 👍

From the moment I contacted mr. Chuck on the telephone to schedule an apppointment.... to picking up and paying for the services done on my vehicle, I must say that mr. Chuck and his team do a fantastic job!! I am so happy with the work they did on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe! I brought it in needing a replacent sway bar link and they had me in and out by the end of the day. Not only are their prices reasonable they also have good quality parts. I was blown away by their perfect customer service they provided from first moment of contact all the way to the end I would definitely recommend them to friends and family shooot even people just walking on the street hey definitely check these guys out and give them a chance because I cannot stop raving about them. Being a female and going to a mechanic Id say is pretty sketch especially nowadays ..but Mr Chuck made me feel like a part of his family he was honest more than fair and I did not feel taken advantage of nor pushed into something I didnt want nor need on my vehicle! He went above and beyond even showed me the part they had taken off my vehicle it was bad😳😬Thank you Thank you guys at The Auto Shop I greatly appreciate the work that you do and the way you treat your customers it surely does NOT go unnoticed.

Update...Had to take my car in to get the tie rods, the wheel bearings and brakes replaced.Once again the crew did a fantastic job at a reasonable price.Im very happy. Its nice to know, I have an auto shop I can count on.I have been going to the auto shop for over 5 years now and they do fantastic work. I have been very happy with my service and they do free towing for customers UpTo 10 miles away. That is fantastic and saves me money.

My truck started to die while driving and started when it wanted to then completely died on the side of the road. Chuck was super awsome he sent his son with a Tow truck and got me to his shop safe and sound. They diagnosed the problem which turned out to be the fuel pump anyways they got it fixed and even fixed the gauge that wasnt working properly so i never knew how much gas i had. My truck was fixed and running better then ever by the next day needless to say i was super impressed and started telling other friends about how affordable, quick, reliable, friendly that both chuck and his son are. I need some brake work done now and I guarantee this is the place thats going to get my business. Thank you Chuck for all the great work you did for me and some of my friends!!

As a woman I am always on the defense and leery when it comes to having work done on my car. More than once I have been victimized by unscrupulous auto mechanics. Recently I went into the Firestone on West Colfax. They told me they didnt think my car issue needed immediate attention and they wanted to schedule me two weeks out. Then I went to The Auto Shop for a second opinion. The owner, Chuck Haber, quickly diagnosed the issue as a defective heater core. The front floor was soaked with antifreeze and the A/C was blowing toxic fumes into my car! It obviously did need immediate attention. Despite being busy, Chuck instantly took my car in to deal with the issue. Chuck is knowledgeable,caring, congenial, and most importantly he is HONEST! He and his sons do top notch work. Thank you Chuck!

Great place to get your car worked on with reasonable pricing

I have been using the service at The Auto Shop for almost 14 years and have been very happy .They provide the best solutions with the a reasonable option to fix and repair vehicles. They are also my regular oil changing company for the 3 vehicles we have.If you are looking for a great service on your car repair I recommend them.

We brought our car in with a dead battery and known oil leak (we had spots on the driveway, and had been adding oil regularly). Dave charged us over $100 for a diagnostic, which he said turned up no oil leak, and wanted to charge another $100 for labor to replace a battery, which he wanted $180 for! I feel like an idiot for choosing his shop now.

These guys may look disorganized, but they get the job done at a good price, and do good work.

Great service ever since they went under new management by chuck and Allen they seem to have a lot more knowledge and have fast and friendly service. I hate to see all the devastation the last shop owners did. I hope they continue doing above and beyond service for me and more people to come. couldnt rate them high enough

My wifes Subaru had a loud muffler. Dave said he could take care of me right away.Dave really seemed honest. Instead of selling me a whole new muffler, they repaired the hole in the pipe, and added an additional support strip to keep it from happening again. $124 out the door. He quoted $125. Big thumbs up!

A few very young guys run this place. I think they were all stoned. Definitely did not do that 21-point inspection that was supposed to be a part of the oil change I got with the Groupon.They didnt have the oil filter my car requires though is had the appointment set for almost a week. Luckily I had one of my own on hand. They didnt even offer to take the cost of said oil filter off of my bill. Definitely not going back ever.

I’ve only brought each of my cars in a couple times, but Chuck and his sons have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are lower than any other quotes I got on small and major work I had them do. Last spring while I was waiting in the lobby my son, who has type 1 diabetes had very low blood sugar that I couldn’t keep up after using all of our snacks and juice. I took one of their sodas from the lobby cooler and that did the trick, thankfully. I mentioned to Chuck that he had never had soda before because we try to stick with healthier foods- but when it gets dangerously low you grab whatever you can. Today, 4 months since we were in the shop, we had an appointment and he had gone to the store and bought apples, cookies, and water and said he was thinking of my son and wanted to be sure he had options to choose from if he needed anything. These are more than great mechanics, these are friends, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

NEVER AGAIN!!They dont know how to diagnose issues correctly, instead they prefer to throw money at the vehicle and hope that it fixes it. They may get luck from time to time and save some one some money. Guess I wasnt one of the lucky ones.Three trips in and my car still runs like crap, and now has issues that were never a problem before their shop. They even jacked up my alignment. WHAT DOES AN ALIGNMENT HAVE TO DO WITH A RADIATOR??!!??Dont waste your time or money!!!

I would give the 0 stars if I could june 8th I broke down on highway 93 called this company for a tow and repair of radiator was quoted a price and told they would come tow me that was at 5:30. At 6:30 I get a call from the owner who says they dont do tows after 6 I told him I arranged this at 5:30 and why would he wait an hour to tell me this. I was waiting an hour already for the tow it was over 90° out and the owner could care less. He was rude and even though I had been waiting over an hour he said he was not going to argue with me and hung up leaving me stranded. The worst customer experience I have ever had. I was told at 5:30 the tow was on the way and 1 hour later i had to deal with a complete jerk ownerDo not count on these people for anything unless you think leaving a woman stranded on the road when shes told theyd be there is ok in your book. Rotten service lousy professionalism. Unreliable. Do NOT do business with them.

The individual running this shop should not be out alone... He seems like a complete imbecile who asked me to redeem a Groupon before he knew whether he could get the parts for my car, which is shady and deceitful. I told the shop that I was coming in today and the type of car I have. When I arrived, they didnt have the parts for my car and asked me to redeem the Groupon so they could get paid without doing the work, which is sketchy and unprofessional. He didnt have anything to write with and seemed to have only 1 or 2 brain cells that were attached. Take your money and your sanity elsewhere unless you enjoy the company of scam artists and bamboozlers.
