Very happy with their service! My tail lights wouldn’t work and other auto repair businesses either wouldn’t try to fix it or quoted me thousands (it’s a Prius so I’m sure it’s a pain..) I called Bill’s Crestmoor Automotive and Cameron helped me get my car serviced and kept in communication. It was fixed within the day and I really appreciated their help, honesty, promptness and price.

Ive found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the repairs and maintenance to be quality work and fairly priced. They took the time to answer my questions (sorry if you were the person behind me in line) and to do the job right. Now, I only get service at the dealer if I absolutely have to for recalls. I have no hesitation taking any of my vehicles to Bills.

After a mobile mechanic did a very unsatisfactory job we took our car to Bills Crestmoor Automotive. They explained everything that needed to be done to correct the problems from the previous mechanic and even gave me a discount. The work was done in a timely manner. The employees are all very kind and understanding to your automotive needs and budget. Everything is well detailed on the work done and a detailed list of future needs for the vehicle. Great job!

At first the technician failed to diagnose my AC issues and took way longer then originally quoted. I was not very happy, but a day later one of the owners Chris called me to apologize. She was extremely helpful and provided services in a timely matter to get my trucks AC fixed in the heat of summer. All In all Im extremely impressed with the ownership and happy my trucks AC works again!

I’ve been bringing my 1984 Jeep to Bill’s since 2005 (original location) for all my Jeep’s services. He and his staff have always been professional, honest, and priced competitively. On the few occasions where he couldn’t provide the necessary repair, he provided trustworthy referrals.

Bill’s Crestmoor took our car in on priority as we were 1800 miles away from home on vacation. They understood our timelines and did everything in their power to get us back on the road to home. They even stayed back almost three hours from their normal business hours just so that they can get our car fixed and we can get on the road.I would highly recommend their services. Their staff is knowledgeable and offers the best customer service.

Eli and the other gentleman walked me through all the fixes would be necessary to fix my acura tl type s with a130k miles in it.My catalytic converter was completely borked and they fixed it quickly and promptly and fixed another issue with my third cat.Super professional, honest, and gained a customer for many years to come.I was honored that I was told one of the mechanics who disliked working on acuras had his opinion changed, and the staff seemed stoked about my car when I went to pick up the keys.Thank you Bills Automotive!

Bill’s is great, I found them while looking for repair shops that can handle classic cars which is hard to come by in denver.They are courteous about timing everything- bring your car in when they’re ready to jump on it and get things done pretty quickly in my experience (i’ve used them for three separate issues now). They gave me a daily update on my car, very straightforward, no games being played.Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy.I definitely recommend this shop, extra points for classic car repair

Bills is always great! I needed an inspection done on a car. They scheduled it and completed on time and for the price they quoted. They are always accessible and communicate proactively.

Honest and professional shop. They were able to diagnose a difficult issue on my challenger. Asked if I was mechanically inclined and suggested I do some basic stuff to save me money. Another small problem arose after the initial repair and they took care of it right away at no cost to me. I Highly recommend this shop

I paid for an oil change. A week later I checked. Maybe the technician didnt understand. Classic small mind you got to fill the oil filter.. But beyond that I asked them to check a squeak in the rear. Bunch of shades tree. My wheels never came off. How them brakes look was this bad review. Foff

Took my sons Jeep here to replace the back breaks and conduct a overall inspection. Bills replaced the breaks and didnt recommend any unneeded services. Good local garage, reasonably priced, and honest.

My son actually found Bills Automotive when he needs some work done on his 08 Infiniti. They actually can came to our house to tried and start my sons car; which was really impressive. Since then we had referred other family members to Bills for some minor repairs; but is there really minor repairs when it comes to our cars. I recently was having some issues with my car; but its back again to finish the job. Will post another review after I get my car back. So far so good.

I have a 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitara that needed a CV axle shaft and bearing repairs. They are a REAL shop that knows what they are doing. This job was challenging due to the age and make of my vehicle. They ROCK!

My 94 Miata was not starting, so I got it towed to Bills Crest. Auto. for a free diagnostics on the entire car. I dropped the car off at 7:30 A.M. and got the diagnostic around noon (flooded engine/fuel filter replacement) via email and phone. I then approved which services I wanted, and got the car back at about 7:00 P.M. the same day. I am extremely pleased with the service and WILL return HERE if I need any other auto service.

Hi. With all do respect they only replace one lamp for me on my back plate and charge me 99$ to do that. Today I have no money to get Thru the rest of this month for that reason. The labor is very expensive for me to afford. The part was only $1.95…. I am a very poor person I cannot afford to pay out 99$ in labor for something like that.

Very professional and personable. My only complaint is they were not very good at communicating. I had to call a couple times to get updates, etc.

Turns out it was the cheap Orileys part I swaped a few months prior that went bad. A Jeep original part was ordered and installed just in time for me to go to work. What a great service center. If there were 10 stars thats what theywould receive. Extremely accommodating, diagnosed the problem with oil drip on my 1960 Ford F250, did a complete once over for other issues, provided detailed list of recommendations with zero pressure for them to do the work. Did a chassis lubrication while I had lunch down the streetFriendly staff and I felt welcome from the time I walked in until I left which is unusual for a first time visit from out of town.Chris the manager took the time to talk with me, from 6 feet wearing a mask. She was very friendly to a stranger.Highly recommended, especially to those of you who own vintage vehicles. Bill really knows his stuff. WELL DONE!!!Oct 2020. Second visit for oil pump installation and new transmission mounts. Another great job. Chris, manager, ferreted out the parts for this old beast and had the work completed in a couple of days. A great place to have your car serviced. With a 60 year old truck Ill be a regular customer.

Bills did it again! They were super clear with the condition of our dear work van, explaining exactly why we needed what we did (a new battery, fresh brakes, an oil change). We even did a little research as to comparative pricing and discovered that their quoted price to us seemed to be about the going rate. To top it all off, they quickly and kindly picked up the van from my bosss house when COVID hit and quarantine prevented our team from driving the van to the shop ourselves. The turn around on the repairs was even quicker than what they quoted. We are big fans of Bills!

I moved to CO about a year ago and I’ve been trying to find a good, local, trustworthy auto body shop to take my Hyundai Electra to. I’m happy to say I have found my spot. They were extremely friendly, explained everything well, and answered any and all questions I had. They also recommended certain maintenance on my vehicle to keep it running optimally.

I really appreciated the time they took giving me a complimentary inspection of my high mileage vehicle. I did not end up using their services as I determined the costs to keep the vehicle going were beyond the vehicles worth. I will definitely come back to get an inspection on any potential new(er) vehicle I plan on purchasing.

Ive been going to Bills to diagnose my shaking steering wheel problem and they have been more than helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind with me. Some photos of parts going bad would be nice to add in the summary of needed services estimate that they send you online, Ive had another shop include photos and that was nice to see. Overall I think Bills did a good job replacing my rear brakes and rotors. I appreciate that they give a free inspection before actually working on the car, and they didnt try to oversell me. The price was a bit more than I expected, but I didnt shop around so I dont know if it was normal or not (I would list the price but I dont have the receipt in front of me and dont want to put wrong info). Westin in particular was very patient and professional; I lost track of time the evening they finished their work, and didnt hear my phone ring so I was pretty late in returning their call, but he was very polite.

The team was very professional and were very prompt about getting my car looked over. It definitely exceeded my expectations from when they gave me the update to being able to repair it the same day. Most places, aka dealerships where Ive been before, hold your car for 3-4 days to repair it. I will definitely be using Bills for any future repairs! I also didnt feel like I was being worked over to just get a sale.

Bill crestmoor automotive.is a bad company...ran by bad people.cordial in the beginning.... until you disagree with their service.they became very rude and didnt let me remove my own car because they said it was a liability....but had no problem letting me unhook my vehicle in the beginning.CAR OWNERS......BEWARE.Dont trust this company

This was my first visit and it will certain be the first of many. I had my front and rear differential, high mileage transmission fluid leak repair and serviced and they also changed the oil. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful.I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a local mechanic shop.

I just had my brakes done. This was the second time I had service from Bills. They are some amazing people. The staff actually treats you like a family member. I needed my brakes done and they came to my house picked up my car done my brakes and delivered my car back home.Now thats what I call Red Carpet treatment.Dex.

Bills is great!! I’ve never felt like they were trying to make me get a service done that I didn’t actually need, like some other mechanics do. They really lay out everything the car needs, whether it’s super crucial or not as crucial. They also offer to give you a ride back home or back to work which is super convenient!

My Jeep Grand Cherokee is running great after a week. Now for the real test. Road trip to California. Nice company to deal with. Finished the repair as expected. No leaking thru the gasket and the car cracks up quickly the first time.

Called to set appointment for service for the following day. Weston said he would send two to pickup and drive the vehicle to the repair shop, great service, right! The vehicle was diagnosed and fixed the same day not to mention the thorough and great communication thru the day regarding the diagnosis. Yup, the guys drove my vehicle home before the end of day. Honest work, great communication and pricing, caring and respectful, I cannot say enough good things about Weston and his team. I took my car in to have a leak looked at. Not only did they inspect the leak, they inspected the entire car and gave me an overview of what they found. There was no upselling. They quoted me to get my issue fixed and I had them do the work. They did run into another problem and had to keep my car overnight. They gave me a discount on the work and also picked me up to pick up my car. They were all friendly and very helpful!

The car was old and we werent sure about putting any more money into it. Turns out the car wasnt worth fixing. The mechanics did an inspection on the car and we were called before any work was performed. After talking to the ladies in the front we decided to get rid of the car. But we continue to take our 3 other cars to Bills. The service we received and continue to receive here is among the best service we have found. We are customers for life! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!They quoted me over $700 for front pads + roaders. Went to Brakes + who showed me and confirmed my brakes were fine. No replace needed.Walked out and drove to Ohio without spending an absurd amount of money.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.

I wrote a review a few months back but just wanted to put up another one! They are amazing people! They helped my husband when his car broke down. It was going to be too much for us to fix so they helped us find a company to come get it. They made the process so stress free and really treated us like family! I love this place will continue to always bring my cars here for any type of repair!

My vehicle had a loud and consistent squealing noise so I brought it in. After initially checking the belt and pulleys myself I guessed that it was a bad bearing in the AC pulley and/or a worn belt. After bringing it to Bill Crestmoor’s they assured me the bad bearing was in the alternator then wanted to charge over 300$ in labor cost as well as 1,400$ in advisable repairs. I ended up replacing the alternator myself and the squeal was the same. I then replaced the serpentine belt and AC pulley and the squeal was gone. I feel they were attempting to swindle me into unnecessary repairs because I’m no mechanic and I solved the issue. I would certainly not recommend Bill Crestmoor’s or ever take my car there again
