My wife and I had lots of questions we wanted to ask him and Blake always took the time respond in a clear and thorough way. I also appreciated how Blake tries to be as objective as possible when discussing the very scary (and some times emotionally driven) topic of environmental hazards. Blake is by no means a pushy salesman and will tell you the truth as it is. When it came to the actual work, I was confident in Blakes knowledge of testing for environmental hazards and I was impressed by the work he performed. The office staff at build safe also had excellent communication. All around I had a very positive experience working with Build Safe and would recommend them for any environmental testing work.

AMAZING COMPANY! Everyone who works there is great. Extremely responsive to emails and calls and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. We often need last minute testing done and they can always get out there the next day if not the same day. Results come back quick. They provide us with verbal results as well as a physical report. From the schedulers, to the inspectors, to the administration everyone is great and so easy to work with! Would definitely recommend them for any kind of asbestos/lead testing!

Prior to proceeding with a home renovation project, we used BuildSafe to determine if we have any asbestos in our walls that would need remediation first. BuildSafe came over exactly on schedule; they took unobtrusive samples; they were friendly and polite; and they returned the lab report the next day. Very impressive, and we would absolutely use them again.

Last month I came to visit my mom in Colorado Springs. While there, I noticed mold stains in her basement and a musty smell, so I decided to contact a mold inspector to investigate. I called and spoke to Marty and he told me what my options were for how to address the mold issue.He let me know that we did not need a mold inspector to come out to do an inspection, but that we should move forward with a mold mitigation company and gave me the number for 3 different contractors to call.We ended up going with another mold mitigation company (big mistake!). When BuildSafe came over to see if the mold mitigation work was successful, they noticed right away that the containment was not setup properly and there were mold stains that the contractor had missed.BuildSafe worked with my contractor to verify that they got the work done correctly and luckily the contractor was understanding and took care of the extra work that needed to be done without charging us more money.BuildSafe did a mold clearance inspection and took air samples to make sure the air was clean and they checked to make sure the water was no longer coming into the house.I recommend BuildSafe if you are looking for a reliable company to make sure that your mold contractor is doing a good job. I was so worried about my moms house, but am relieved to know that she no longer has a mold problem. Thank you BuildSafe for holding my hand through the process and for taking my late night phone calls when I was worried about the project! I have been in and around the insurance industry since 1999. Starting in April of 2010 I joined Farmers Insurance as a field property claims adjuster. When I chose to leave Farmers I joined a local area disaster restoration and mitigation company.I have been aware of BuildSafe Environmental for a few years. At first I knew of them through an adjusters eyes, seeing their invoices and reading their reports. They were always reasonable in their pricing and their reports were easier to read than most.Now, as a project manager for the restoration company, I find myself calling BuildSafe out to do testing for me to ensure there are no hazardous materials on a job site. I have come to appreciate how quickly they respond to a testing request, typically doing the testing the same day we contact them. Without their services we would not be able to function as quickly, efficiently and accurately as we do.The mitigation and reconstruction community is a small one in this area. Everyone knows everyone else. And everyone knows that BuildSafe Environmental is the place to call when you need a fast, cost effective and accurate test for asbestos, e-coli, lead, mold, etc.

BuildSafe and more specifically, Blake, has been great to work with. Blake came out to do an inspection and he was fantastic. Showed up when he said he would and walked me through my options and gave me great recommendations! My report came back on time and communication has been great. So hard to find these days. The team at BuildSafe were terrific and very helpful during a stressful time. I have a classic old home that I have been renting out. We discovered what appeared to be Asbestos. They were reassuring, quick, and very helpful in helping me get it resolved in short order. The tech who came to my rental several times was very knowledgeable, helped calm down my nervous tenant, and was super friendly and courteous. Great company, great service. I called these guys on a Thursday, I believe, and we set up the on-site inspection for following Monday, got the report Wednesday and the necessary letter from Colo. Not only am I employed by BuildSafe, I am a customer as well! I have been renting for quite some time now and have been living in the same property for years. On a daily basis, I assist clients in situations where they are renting and are concerned about mold issues and their health while living in a rental property. Buildsafe Environmental, LTD. is a amazing company that will exceed your expectations no matter the request. In my case, i am under contract for a house that had asbestos. The lender was requesting a unique inspection before i could close on my house. It had to do with the home having asbestos siding. After calling many environmental consulting groups that quickly shot me down because they had never dealt with this before. Buildsafe was the only one to take there time and hear me through. They understood that the request was odd but came out same day, took an asbestos sample, and wrote a personal letter of recommendation for the project. I cant say enough about the service they provided.

I want to give a shout out to the people at BuildSafe Environmental.I am making some simple remodeling changes to a new home, and I was surprised that I needed to get an Asbestos Inspection performed.I quickly turned to the internet and found BuildSafe. They were able to come out the next day, conduct the inspection, collect the samples, get the samples to the Lab and write and send the report just two days later.Whew!But it doesnt stop there! I had questions from the CDPHE and they worked with me to get the answers turned around the very same day.Still more!I needed to get them to sign off on a Demolition Permit, and re-look at three other areas, and still they turned it around and got me what I needed on the same day.Now!I am on the way to pick up the signed Demolition Permit!
