The party wanted to evade service, and Rui scouted the serve location, hid from him until he could identify himself and complete the serve. After a brief conversation over the phone, Mr. Rui came to my house to pick up the court papers and the next day he called me to say that everything was done. If I could give more than five stars I would. Roy is the consummate professional and very efficient. He met me at my place of work and picked up my divorce papers. He served them at the time and place that we agreed upon, without any trouble whatsoever! He even filed the proof of service for me which, is going above and beyond the call of duty. When I had to serve more papers for the same divorce proceedings at a later date, I was sure to call Roy again to make sure that the job was done right. This is an AMZAING company with server, Mr. Rui on the field, very determined in serving the Party appropriately the way supposed to be, I had a difficult evading tenant and had to serve the papers, Rui was very helpful, committed and I really appreciate his dedication in getting the task done.He gave timely updates, he was flexible and went unconventional ways to serve the evading party. He is well versed in the documents needed, made sure to check them and print out an additional form to help out, then the team follows up with a filing as needed. BTW, they are a small team with dedicated staff working in background completing All Paper work on time and you dont have to follow up. Very happy with their service, professionalism and focus!
