This dealer charged me $60 in fuel. The gauge is exactly where it was when I checked it out. To quote lisa the uhaul dealer, the gauge a little under a 1/4 pls return it with the same amount.The truck ignition also did not work. I control not get the key out. She would not dinne help me and said, just leave it; uhaul customers are not my priority.

Worst shop owner ever met till now after a year of coming to Florida. Lisa who is at the main desk has a whole lott of attitude for nothing. She dont know how to talk to customers and also dont know how to use the uhual system. I went there to rent a uhual and she was giving me insuarance as compulsory while there is no such thing. I told i dont want insurance and so she told in that case pickup your uhual on your own i am not helping which was too rude.I really recommend any other place for renting uhual but not this.

Rented multiple times - dont let the wig shop deter you - the owner/dealer is extremely helpful, theyre open in the evening and able to get trucks with short notice.

This was my 2nd time renting from this location. I must say that in both instances my experience has been very positive. I was in and out rather quickly, their operating hours were very convenient, the owner/operator was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend and would use this location again when the need arises.

Super slow, waited almost half an hour to get my truck even though I had an appointment.Also did 6 miles with the rented truck and checked the gas level which was at the same level as when I got it. They charged me $10 extra for gas. For this you can get 3.5 gallons of gas. So I assume the truck has a milage of 1.75 MPG.

Worst uhaul in existence I also had an appointment with a confirmation number to prove which they magically didn’t have this location is a joke took 30 minutes for the lady to rent me a truck I drove my uhaul less than ten miles and left extra gas then I need to in it and they charged my card 3x as much as they were supposed to the people running this uhaul are scum of this the earth will never return and it’s in one of the shadiest parts of delray go figure

Made a reservation for 2:15, showed up and the van wasnt there because the previous driver was stuck in traffic. No problem because I understand some traffic. 3:30 comes around and the driver still isnt back. I canceled my reservation and went to another location to get a truck.

This doesn’t seem to be an open location. Also does not answer their phone.

NO ANSWER AT ALL AS IVE TRIED CALLING THE LAST FEW DAYS, at various times of the day!! Website says its open till 8pm, but NEVER any answer! Very unfortunate!
