From start to finish this was a very positive experience. I spoke with Shayna about some ceiling work and electrical work which needed to be done and to get an estimate. I was so happy to actually speak with someone rather than leave a message, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I appreciated the time spent responding to all my questions. The appointment was made quickly and I liked that they sent me a photo of Eddie who was coming to my home to do the work. Eddie arrived exactly on time and explained to me what was to be done. He was not only polite but so great at his job. From set up to clean up everything was done with exceptional care. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Great service, and communication. They even send you a text and email when the technician is on their way and a picture of them to identify. We had to have our ceiling opened up due to a leak, and will have to have it closed once the leak is repaired. They cleaned up great, and service was great so far.

We needed to have a vented range hood installed in our kitchen which in in the middle of the house (no exterior walls). Mr. Handyman (Shaina) listened to exactly what I needed and asked all of the right questions to make sure that we were matched with the right repair technician. Bruno came to do the estimate and then later to do the installation. He was prompt, professional and made us feel comfortable that he knew exactly what needed to be done and then he did it with very little mess. We would definitely use Mr Handyman again.

Everyone at Mr. Handyman, from Darrin to Shanna to Lawrence (the installer) was prompt, responsive, friendly, and professional. I was in a terrible bind caused by another service (that I wont name) - I needed shower grab bars installed for my elderly father, and within minutes of speaking to Shanna on the phone someone was headed our way. Lawrence was friendly, professional, thoughtful, and careful - and managed to install 4 shower grab bars in a tile shower that another handyman said couldnt be done. Theyre solidly mounted, no damage, and Lawrence went out of his way to clean up. And the price was LESS than the other service who had refused to do the job. Im a big believer in helpful reviews - if it werent for other reviews I might not have chosen Mr. Handyman. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Handyman.

Lazaro replaced the florescent lights in my two bathrooms. He was so very pleasant, informative regarding ballast that might be needed next possibly. However, Home Depot had only one left that was the correct size. Appreciated that info and will set about trying to locate more. Lazaro took the time also to clean up. Always appreciated. I was using another handyman that became unreliable and I needed to get some work done quickly. Recently used Mr. Handyman, great service and communication from the start. Spoke to Shannon to schedule appt. she also did some research on a custom door lock and coordinated everything. Miguel was the service technician who came out and did the work. Miguel was very polite and very knowledgeable. Miguel took the time to do everything right as if it was his own home. Handyman dragged out job to charge more in my opinion, worked at a very slow pace. When I told the person in charge of billing she raised her voice at me and had a sharp tone.

Bruno removed old light fixtures, repaired ceiling, installed new fixtures. Repaired old spotlights and installed water filter under sink. He did a wonderful job. I am very pleased.

The person that installed my faucet threaded a hose unevenly which left a flood under my sink and onto the floor. I was the person that found the leak. The painter painted only the walls and baseboard. When I ask why he didnt paint the doors, he said that I didnt ask for the door to be painted. Therefore, I HAD TO PAY EXRTA TO HAVE THE DOORS PAINTED. Hence a scam to me. I do NOT RECOMMEND MR. HANDYMAN OF Delray Beach

Harry was wonderful! He did an outstanding job! I felt though, that the company charged too much money and underestimated how long it would take. It took 3 times as long as their estimate but it wasn’t because of their employee. He worked very diligently. The project time was just underestimated.

I had not used this company before. We needed to have the vent cover replaced outside of our kitchen. Birds wanted to nest inside. Lazaro came and put a new vent cover on. It was too high up for us to attempt. He was prompt, friendly,and got the job done. No problems, very efficient process.

My service Technician was Eddie. I had 3 requests. repair some drywall, repair a bathroom cabinet and replace a faucet. He arrived on time, and explained exactly what he was going to do. Although he is paid by the amount of time he was at the house he completed the job quickly and I was very happy with the outcome. He was unable to replace the faucet but he explained the problem and why it was important we talked with a plumber. Mr. Handyman is not cheap but in this case I believe I got good value because of Eddies efficient work.

I will use them again and recommend them as well.

Lazaro did a very good job repairing a piece of damaged fascia board. The downside is it took over a month to get them to my house. They are a little expensive, but finding a company to do small repairs isnt easy.

Had a technician named Lazero come to my home by appointment with Mr. Handyman of South Palm Beach. I have never used this company before and am always nervous about service people in my home. I could not be more HAPPIER with the service I received. The technician looked at an issue with my doors, diagnosed the issue in minutes and got to work! One hour the job was completed with 100% satisfaction. The whole process at Mr. Handyman was great from scheduling, to on time arrival to job satisfaction. Technician wore a mask and socially distanced and the payment process was touchless using an Ipad. Highly recommend them!

The technician was supposed to be here at 4 for an appointment, didnt show up or even call to say he was running late. I called the company explaining I waited around for hours and his response was delivered to me by talking over me and acting like I had no right to be upset. This isnt how to treat people.

We needed some repairs done on a relatives condo. After reading online reviews we booked an appointment with Mr. Handyman. Lazaro was our technician and his work was outstanding. He listened to our needs, made recommendations, drove out to pick up the materials and worked diligently to replace old bathroom caulking, fix two broken toilets, install wall fixures, replace a subfloor shelf under a sink, relocate a front door switchplate that wasnt closing and install new bedroom baseboards. He went the extra mile to make sure the work was attractive as well as functional and asked me to approve everything before moving on to the next repair. The price was thoroughly explained over the phone and by Lazaro before the work began, there were no surprises. The bill was less than we had expected and less than a competitors quote. We are thrilled with the results!

Lazaro responded just when I was advised. He was quiet, listened to the tasks I needed and created a perfect solution for insulating the top of the glass full insert doggy door I had removed from one location in the house to another slider. The move was very difficult & took some analysis to get it moved to the right side of the patio door. It was nerve wracking work & he maintained a perfect attitude the entire time. Chris from Mr. Handyman provided fast and efficient service. One of our family members took a tumble and made a small hole in the wall. We hired Mr Handyman to do some painting in our home. I was very impressed by their quick response. They had someone out the very next day to do an estimate. The owner Vijai even moved some things around on his schedule to accommodate our time frame. The two technicians he sent out were punctual and very professional. They took the time to do the job right and were very careful as they moved around my home to make sure nothing for damaged or paint wasnt accidentally spilled on my new wood floors. I highly recommend them if you need some work done around your home. I will definitely be using them again for any handyman related jobs around the house.

Arthur did a a great job skim coating various areas in my condo. He even offered to angle cut new floor moldings for easier installation by my self. No slouching or down time. Put in a full days work. Would use him again.

The absolute worst. A catastrophe from beginning to end. I wouldntrecommend them at all. My wife was cleaning up the mess for a week.They did offer to send a better person out to finish the job. My question ..why didnt they just send qualified person in the first place and whose to say they person they sent out wouldnt be just as unqualified.They had no concept on installing toilets...though they said they did. The office knew what had to be done. Not only what we didnt get what we paid for but cost us hundreds of dollars more getting the work they did corrected.The tools looked like they came out of junk pile. I will be contacting the franchisor on this matter.

Very impressed!! My handyman (John) was so fast fixing a rotten door frame. He even had to run to Home Depot for wood and still got the job done in less than 90 mins. The fixed frame looked flawless, you never would have known it was rotten before. Seriously impressed.
