I had Jerrys Seamless Guttering install gutters all around my house. All of the staff were excellent. From Sam who answers the phone, to Bill who gave me the estimate, to the team that installed my gutters. The gutters look beautiful and of course work well. I highly recommend Jerrys Seamless Gutters!

Jerrys team did a fantastic job on my gutters. Bill showed up on time and gave me a couple of different options (which I never thought of). His estimate was not the cheapest, but certainly in line with other companies, but I liked how straight forward he was with me.The install crew were the best. They, too, were on time. Both guys (which I cant remember names) were extremely nice and masters of their craft. KNocked the whole job out in a couple hours. Cleaned up to the point I couldnt tell they there....other than the new gutters. I would/will highly recommend this crew TOP NOTCH!!!!

In My Opinion ABSOLUTELY WORSE GUTTER COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH!! Hired to replace old gutters. New gutters would not drain. Had about 4 of nasty water in both gutter runs. And nearly all the gutter clips could be seen from the road. The job just looked horrible and the gutters were not draining. I complained and finally the owner Jerry came out. I explained that I got another gutter company out here to evaluate my situation and they showed me the the centers of the gutters were very high and would not drain. He said they would need to be rehung and the holes in the drip edge repaired. When I told Jerry this he said to give him the chance to make it right. I did and the pictures you see here are the result. I just got off the phone with him and in my opinion he was very rude. He admitted that the job looks bad but that there in nothing he can do about it and that we should have left it the way it was. He never explained to me that this would be the result if he rehung them. I am completely disgusted. This is a new roof not even a year old and the drip edge had only holes from the previous gutters, now the drip edge is full of holes, bent, dented, and twisted. The job they did filling the holes, in my opinion, is laughable. Our signed contract says they will give every customer 100% satisfaction. This is not the case here. I asked for my money ($479) to be refunded so I can get these fixed. He flatly refused and said to take him to court. Which I am absolutely going to do.UPDATE 11/8 - received threatening text messages from Jerry that he is going to sue me for the bad, but 100% honest review. I’m sure his company does good work. But sometimes things happen and it’s how the company handles these issues that really matters. So I am not saying that they aren’t capable of doing good work. I am only saying that they did not fix the issues we had and now I am hiring another company ($800) to fix this mess.

They did a great job, and before the gutter was installed the customer service was A+. Unfortunately the gutter over the driveway had a significant leak. The sales person came out, then an installation man. They told me it was the roof - but I had just put in a VERY expense roof. I called the roofer. He told me the gutter was not installed correctly. The gutter was below the drip line. The roofers fix was to lift the gutter in the middle and screw it back in. Not ideal since now the gutter is a upside down U shape (how is that going to drain properly). I had to pay the roofer. Despite multiple calls, they never made this right. The old gutter never leaked, but I wanted to place gutters on both sides of my house - not just the front of the house. I guess the old saying is correct. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Expensive lesson.

Overall great job. Bill was our salesperson and was very patient as we made several changes to the areas we were looking to address with new gutters which required several on site visits. The install crew were great as well and did a nice job with a great attitude towards their jobs. Always refreshing. Jerry the owner was very helpful and understanding as well. I did not fully understand one approach to the installation and he took the time to explain to me the reasoning behind the approach. From the top down, great company. I highly recommend Jerry and his team.

Jerry’s gutters has now done two great jobs for me at my home in Boynton Beach. My home is extra tall but these professionals handlers the job with grace and ease. They came as expected and cleaned up after themselves and are very personable. Very pleased and highly recommend Jerry’s Seamless Guttering!

Bill came today 11/24/2020 to do measurements and supposedly provide estimate, he didn’t seem to be happy serving a customer, very very rude and extremely unprofessional, he refused to do estimate on the whole back side of the house just because he had to ask for access from my neighbor, I had all the videos on my camera of what he said, he refused the job just because my neighbor wasn’t friendly. He assumed of what the terrain was going to be on the other side of the fence. It was even worse when he told me he’s the manager when I said I’d call the office to let them know. Jerry if you’re reading this - have second thoughts of who you put as your manager. I even told him that I have no problem paying more than what was initially quoted as rough estimate. No, I didn’t use this company because he refused to do a simple job and walked away! I was supposed to give a negative star but there’s none in that category which Bill deserved.

Jerry could not have been nicer or more helpful. He came out to our house and due to some issues with our roof, he suggested we get it fixed before doing gutters because it would improve our overall satisfaction. He could have just taken our money and put gutters on but he was honest and helpful, which is very hard to find.

I could not have found a better gutter company to install gutters on my home. I did some research on the internet looking at reviews, company websites and neighborhood nextdoor sites. Jerrys Seamless Gutters Inc had so many excellent reviews so I called the week of July 4th and left message. After the holiday Jerry quickly called me back and setup an appointment. I had a few questions that i know he heard a million times before but was patient, helpful and answered all my questions. The estimate was fair and I felt confident I picked the right company.My gutters look better than I ever thought and they stand behind their work. The team did an excellent job and were careful not to disturb my new landscaping. They were professional, courteous, came to do the job right and were in and out with no mess left behind. Jerry installed new gutters and downspouts for us while we were out of town. The installation work was great. Gutters looked good and the work was completed quickly.However, during the installation process one of his crew members stepped on a skylight over the porch and broke it. Attached is a picture of the repair that was made the day it was broken. Upon returning I texted Jerry and said Have you been able to reach anyone about repairing the skylight? His text response was as follows: No I dont even know anyone to do sky lights. So let me get this straight you want me to replace skylight when your planning on removing this leaky porch...Im just saying its like putting on a pretty band aid on a roof that is in desperate need of being fixed. Not fixed but replaced. I discussed with Jerry that the porch may or may not be replaced depending on if I received a quote we could afford. If the quotes came back too high, we would be keeping the roof and I wanted a functioning skylight.We negotiated a $100 discount off the price of the gutter installation so we could move on. Although the gutter work was good, the customer service was poor and communication was almost rude.

Jerry and his crew came out to install five gutters around our house. I had accidentally chosen the wrong color, and even though their guys were just about to start the job, when I asked if they could come back with the color I thought would be better, they obliged and didnt charge me anything extra. They were quick, reasonably priced, and did the job very well. I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for gutters.

This stellar company was contracted to add a top story 7wide, 7 length gutter of galvanized aluminum that the previous installer, South Florida Gutters, omitted in doing for us (and would not return phone calls to come back and add it). It was also discovered that old school, long nails were used in the lower gutter installation by South Florida, and Jerrys had to go in between those nail connections with invisible, inside bracketed screws inside in order to secure a more seamless joining to the eave of the house. We also replaced both original 20 year old downspouts, as they were damaged in the previous installation and looked really bad next to the new pristine gutters. A splash guard was also added to keep the top level gutter from rushing down from a vulnerable area to the bottom gutter from the top level gutter. Jerrys Seamless Guttering is THE most professional company to do business with....everyone from the front office, to Bill, the quote provider, and to the installer, Art, were so polite and professional! Jerrys office returns calls in a most timely manner, speaks ENGLISH fluently, and gets your quote and job done ASAP, with no hidden costs. In my case, it was miraculously all done within a weeks time! Save yourself a lot of grief and do not use South Florida Gutters...their command of the English language is lacking on the phone reception end, they wont return calls, change installation times several times, do shoddy work, etc.

I had a tiny original-to-the-house gutter removed and a new all-around gutter system with 3 downspouts installed. Excellent communication and explanation of their recommended layout of installation. They were very courteous and patient as I waited for HOA approval to come through. Installers James & Josh were excellent, friendly, and efficient. Gutters look great and the colors nicely match my exterior paint. Highly recommended!

This is how a business is run! Dont think. Call. These are your guys. Best out of 5 I called no run around, no deposit, no BS! AND they came 4 days early! Happy wife, happy wife. One less thing on my list. BTW, the install was 100 & Im a grump on getting the right job....... thanks guys!

Tested their patience, attention to detail, integrity, knowledge and their williness to come back to check long after they were paid. Their work is top notch. This was for 3/4 of my gutters.10/2018 Review:I asked them to come back to do the remaining of my gutters. Again, this company and its workers are consistent with their professionalism. Superb service done again! Bill who came out to provide an estimate was courteous and on point with all the timing of the work.I truly wish other contractors followed their lead because it is rare to see a company to treat you like you are not stupid and know not to BS you. Dont hesitate to hire these guys. Your homework is done.

Great price! Great Job! Came on time, on the date promised. I was out, but my husband was impressed with the polite crew, they wanted to make sure he was happy with the work before they left. Jerrys company was recommended to us by friends who were very happy with them.When I called, Jerry was away. I didnt know that then, only later. His office stalwart handled everything efficiently. Within a few days, Grant showed up as scheduled and gave us an estimate, along with some good advice. Later that day, I called him to ask if he could come to another property to do a different estimate. He did, late in the day, but he got it done - we gave him the contract then. I was very impressed with Grant and looked forward to see if the project execution guys would back up a really good front end man.The first crew, headed up by Corey, showed up within a few days, ahead of expectations, and finished off a somewhat complex job quickly and to our full satisfaction. The next day, another crew, headed up by Eric, performed equally well.In both instances, the teams worked efficiently and professionally, cleaning up and explaining what needed to be explained. There was no real need to over see their work, from my part, something that I have grown acutely and, at times, painfully aware of in this part of the world.If this is how his company operates when the boss is away, well, all I can say is that maybe Jerry might consider finding a new hobby and enjoy life a bit more; he has some very capable people who are dedicated and customer oriented.Of course, as a small business operator for over 30 years, I know it isnt possible but it is good to know that things get done the right way, even when the boss is not in.I highly recommend Jerrys company and teams to anyone who needs to get their mind out of the gutter. Exceptional experience. Hands down one of the best home service experiences Ive had. And heres why: While I did not reach a person immediately when I called, Bill called me back in 4 hours to schedule a free estimate. Jerry (the owner) personally called me, at my request, as I had a unique situation pointed out by a roofing company. He listened acutely, understood what needed to be addressed and assured me that his team would resolve the issue.They scheduled the repair and installation for a week later. They called back to confirm. Furthermore, Grant--the installer--called me 2 times 30 minutes before he showed up -- exactly as I has requested. I was not able to answer the first time so he called again. In my experience, most companies wouldve given up after the first call knowing that they simply left a message. Furthermore, I got a call in a day later asking me if there was anything else that needed to be addressed and generally checking on the overall experience. All the work would be guaranteed for 5 years. A first class, totally professional touch.In sum, the did exactly what was promised. Jerry, Bill and Grant could not have been more professional, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company. Its really one of the few out there – – in my experience – – that do exactly what they say theyre going to do.

JOSH & JAMES did a great job. Prices went up quite a bit though within half a year because of material price increase plus Company obviously wants to take advantage of high demand right now. Not too happy about that.

The response was quick when I wanted an estimate, the price was reasonable, the installation was scheduled immediately, and the crew did a fantastic job. I had new landscaping done last year, and I was concerned that it might get damaged during installation, but nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up so that you didnt even know that they had been here. I would recommend them highly.

Outstanding service and equal outstanding workmanship. The kicker however was that when I called Jerry and mentioned that my Wife had a question regarding the height of the slash guards. Upon hearing this Jerry made a special trip to my house spoke to my wife, explained why the splash guards were set up as they were. Could not be any happier....price, prompt, friendly & courteous, professional.Clearly explained all my options and they delivered.These are the local business and the types folks that we should all be supporting.Update - 08/13/18We noticed one little area that was leaking...called last week to tell them about the leak and I honestly forgot to follow up.Guess what?...they showed up today and fixed the problem in two seconds.Even better, they identified another small issue that we had not noticed and they repaired that in no time at all.Would your Home Depot installer do that? I seriously doubt it.These guys could not be any nicer or professional.

The gutters look real nice! Unfortunately they dont drain all the water and in some areas they hold almost an inch of water, due to not being level. I discussed this with Jerry he stated this is okay.

I want to give a 3 because of the non-transparent billing, and aggressive customer service, but the work was done quickly and efficiently. They add 3% to the total if you pay by credit card. This is on the bottom of the contract, but was never told to me via email or phone when finalizing the order. I specifically told the estimator that I would pay by credit card. When I expressed my concern, I was not met with even an apology for the confusion, just blaming me for not reading the fine print. The work was great but this customer service left me a bit sour.

Hired Jerrys to repair leaky gutter . There was 5 leaks in all at the seems . Was told they would remove old caulking and replace with new . After coming to my house and supposibly doing the repair it rained . The seams leaked twice as bad and Jerry demanded $325 for NOTHING. The owner contacted me to demand payment for NOTHING, not only was he demanding but rude . Tells me that they would come back out to fix it . Between the inferior work and his attitude we had our handy man caulk the seams and its perfect NO LEAKS ! Also it was $50 not $325 that Jerry the owner tried to get me to pay for nothing !!Stay away from this company

Rescheduled my appointment without calling to inform me, didnt show up for the rescheduled time and then was told they thought I would be at the home all day waiting for them. Very unprofessional!
