I was very happy with my experience with Jesse Heating and Air Conditioning. They added insulation in my attic and lined my crawl space with plastic to make my home energy use more efficient. The two young men who did the work were very pleasant and courteous. Brad did the assessment and was able to save me quite a bit through programs he found. Josh did an awesome job with the work and really knows his stuff. I am very happy with their work.

The installers were on time, efficient and neat. An excellent company to do business with. Great employees.

I had smelled gas but wasnt sure where it was coming from. The technician said that it was coming from the fitting on my water heater. He asked if I wanted him to fix it and was very pleased that he could take care of this concern for me since I was not on his work schedule. Thank you so much for fixing this and easy my mind for safety.

Jessie is a local business that does AWESOME HVAC company. Our air when out and call for a service tech. Was given a 10am till 11:40am time frame and was here early. Had air up and running within a 1/2 hour of getting here. Service person was very professional and very knowledgeable. All I can say is thank you Jessie heating and air.

For years, my air conditioner has been unable to cool the house on hot days. Several professionals have come to my home and pronounced the air conditioner correct for the space and that it should be cooling. Including people from Jesse. Today Dave a technician came out and within 15 min he determined the cold vent was pulling air from the attic. He took out a thermometer and read the temperature. He and his partner Brad went up into the attic and found that the leak was large because the duck going had slipped. David was a quiet problem solver. Thanks to him I will now have a working system. Our air conditioner was not working properly. I have a lung disease on am on oxygen 24/7 so air conditioning is very important. Bride showed up when he said he would and worked diligently all afternoon trying to get it working. Dave then showed up and they had to get a part and install it. They didn’t quit until it was working. I am so grateful to them. They were very conscious of the Covid 19 and kept masks on and were very careful. They were clean and professional. Tyler was able to get to my house long before I had to go to work. He checked everything over and made sure everything was in good working condition. Heres the best part!! Tyler asked me if I replaced the batteries in my thermostat. Huh!!! Theres batteries in the thermostat!?! That was my problem, but I would have never ever have thought about changing them. He was very helpful and very kind. I on the other hand thought to myself. Not very smart are ya lol. I recommend using Jesse heating and cooling. They are very professional.

Be careful with this company. They sent a bill to my father around the time he passed away. Now, as we go through his records to try to rectify outstanding debts, they have informed us that even if we pay the bill, they will never service our home again. This after the loss of a family member. Their compassion and integrity is in question and if a friend asked me my opinion, I would say Dont trust them. They care about their money and not the lives of their customers. Shame on them.

I had them insulate my house and replace my furnace and air. Prior to the work, I had air leaking from my attic 24/7. They found the source of the leak and sealed it while adding insulation. My home is much more comfortable and my energy bills run much lower, especially in the summer! Even if I didnt work here, Id definitely recommend them.

TLDR: Stellar service, but double-confirm your address!I scheduled Jesse Heating & Air to come do a seasonal check of my furnace and a/c several weeks ago. When they didnt show up within 30 mins of the scheduled time, I called. The office had made an error in entering the service order, and had both my street and phone number incorrect, so the tech was sent to the wrong address. The office offered to reschedule for the afternoon. When I explained I had already taken the morning off work for this, and work is an hour away so an impossibility to push the appointment back, they immediately rerouted a technician who arrived within 15 minutes. The technician was efficient, professional, and kind. He found and fixed a small problem with my air conditioner that would have turned into a much bigger problem later. Highly recommended (with the caveat to make sure they have your address right)!

Horrible business. My nephew had them come out and look at his boiler, the technician was there for 10 minutes and said that he tested all the zones and that they seemed to be working properly, did not test the low water issue, and did not seem confident in his work. Would not recommend to anyone EVER!!

Weve used Jesses for several years and have always had good service. We love our new furnace and our On-Demand water heater. Would recommend them highly.

Only negative was we were charged for 1 pound of freon when only 4oz was actually used. We were told the freon was only sold in pounds and some of the cost went towards labor it took the technician going to his truck and retrieving the product.

Jesse Heating and Air have put in a furnace, an air conditioner, fireplace, and installed a gas line for our stove in the last few years. They do a great job. Their installers are conscientious, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. They are peoole you can be comfortable with working in your home. And they clean up the worksite when finished. The few times we have had to call for service have been prompt and satisfactory. We would highly recommend them and their product lines.
