Ive went here two weeks ago for my birthday and they did a good job on my pedicure and fullset. This will be my go to place in the future and everyone is very nice

Been here a few times in the past but I’ve never left a review up until now. On a previous visit I came in with my mother for manicures/pedicures. Even though they were quite busy they still took us in and gave us proper service. My mother does not speak English as we are foreign yet they were very patient and addressed me with any questions they had as I translated for her. Overall we both were satisfied with our results. On my visit today I Walked in a few minutes before their closing time and they still took me in regardless and got straight to work. My nail technician was very nice and did not cause me any discomfort whatsoever. Overall my nails turned out good. Will surely be back again. If you’re at the mall and want to get your nails done I’d definitely recommend you give these guys here a chance. Personally I’d choose this salon over Luxury nails.

First off they over charging and second off when I was getting my pedicure the man was a lil rouge and sloppy painting my toes and communication is always a problem, not just here but like everywhere. My cousins was next to me and I watched they lady file her nail way to much where now she bleeding 🤦🏾‍♀️ never again this place

Nails came out horrible and over priced. i clearly asked if she is sure she knew how to do the set and she said yes. and still messed it up. will not be coming back.

WORST experience ever/ WORST nails ever. I payed $90for a manicure and pedicure. I told the person doing my nails that it wasn’t even from the sides and that my real nails still show on the side. They told me that there going to fix it. They filed my nails and started doing the gel and the white color was off. I told the person doing my nails that I didn’t like the color of the nails and to add white nail polish on top since I didn’t like the color. They gave me the look and said okay. After I went to wash my hands and there was nail polish on my hand. They didn’t even clean it right at all. Worst nails ever!!

Ive been going to this nail salon for a while. The salon is clean and nicely decorated.

I wish I could give ZERO stars, this place is horrible! I went in for a repair, and the man at the front said come back later while shooing me away. Mind you, it was 10:30am and the shop was not busy at all! Clear discrimination! All I wanted was a repair, and he acting like I was bothering him. Dont spend your money at this shop!

What a great experience! Customer service is great! Down to earth staff... patient, kind, and they werent rushing us out the door.

The ladies in this salon and incredibly welcoming. They are fast but efficent. I have no problem taking children in there. Which is awesome for all the moms out there, and the price is very reasonable for anyone. Thanks Lynn

The shape is bad (even after I showed pictures and tried to point out the flaws), the acrylic is thin & gel polish on toes is an extra $20 ended up being a $55 basic pedicure. I suggest no one go here! Ever!!!!

I finally found a place I absolutely LOVE. I went in with a picture I found on yelp and explained what I wanted for. Theyre very sharp witted in their color. And they made sure took pride in their nails scarf! They have made a loyal customer out of me. And my experience here was well worth.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. The service and quality are consistently excellent. Their prices are also competitive to other area salons making it a good value. Also, I love the new interior.

Finally Id found TI SPA AND NAILS after several to try many shops. Theyre so nice and sweetest. After a few weeks, my nails are long and healthy. Will definitely make this my regular spot.

They did an awful job! I absolutely hate how they turned out. The guy who sits at the front began to do them. Let’s just say they turned out terribly. I had to go to them because the other nail shop in the mall was busy. Then when I walked in here they were extremely slow. I was extremely saddened that my nails turned out like this. They need to get better customer service skills. It’s ashamed they could’ve earned another customer.The only nice thing about them is they have water at their shop, but the quality of the nails is bad. Save time go somewhere else.

Jamesha was terrible. On her phone with her boyfriend the whole time. Rushing my shellac. Nails look uneven and lumpy. Salon wouldnt reimburse, only offered my nails to be redone again by the nail tech.

Got a black acrylic full set. Lost 3 nails after a day. When and got them fixed and i am still loosing other nails. They tried to put “matte” on as a top coat and it ended up just looking like a 4 week old glossy top coat. When I went in to have the 3 I lost redone I had them put in a regular top coat. Quick and sloppy work. Definitely not worth 60$. I will not return.

My favorite place for a Mani/pedi hands down. These women are friendly, attentive and do such a good job. The price was pretty good, given the location too! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean salon.

I ran in during lunch to get my old nails removed. The staff here even accept walk-in appointments. They were very nice and kind. Sometimes, they asked until I said ok! The place is very modern and professional. Thank you to the staff for taking my concerns seriously. Loveee the ambiance too.

My sister & I started coming here about 4 months ago after seeing all the amazing reviews. I have to say they deserve 5 stars! We go every 3-5 weeks to get full sets & pedicures & they have never given us anything to complain about. Everyone is super friendly & attentive. At a lot of other salons I always felt like the nail techs were talking about me but this place is 0 worries. My nails always come out looking exactly the way I want them & have never had any issues with chipping/falling/broken nails. This will be my forever nail spot!

I used to go to another nail salon in the neighborhood but stopped due to uncleanliness, poor quality finally I found here. They were friendly and very focused. I highly recommend this nail shop. This place is located in a very nice location.

Please read the reviews before you go here! There is a reason this place has recent bad reviews. I came here with my friend last Thursday and had a terrible experience. We both received manicures and pedicures. The way in which we were spoken to was in a very rude, condescending manner. My friend asked a question and instead of answering politely, he received a very rude response...and for just asking a question! There were also a lot of non-verbal things that made us both feel extremely unwelcomed and uncomfortable. They do not care about providing you with a decent experience here. They are rude and unhelpful.On top of that, the manicures and pedicures werent great either. The work was rushed. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend this place and I most certainly wont be returning.

First when I went here it was because the other nail shop was busy... which seem to be the main reason this place get business. Seriously if I could go back in time this place would have never taken 30 minutes out of my life. Next after going here I went back and read the review and it was clear that FAKE 5s Stars review were either family or purchased. Anyone who wants there nail done right please either go to the other nail shop or go somewhere else. Plus, there photos are fake. I asked them to do one of the styles and my nails turned out terribly. This place sucks and is clearly robbing people’s money.

This spa is terrible. The girl cut my toe and was not licensed. I saw two large roaches near the restroom. Do not go here. This place is unsanitary and the manager charged me for an unfinished pedicure. I am calling the health inspector.

Theyre attitudes are definitely nasty and they dont soak your feet long. When you ask them to correct what they done or ask to do what you want its a problem or they nasty with answering and doing it.. Dont waste your time or your hard earn money. This my second time come to this and the second time not liking my rest. I was trying to give them another chance but it wont be a third time..

Should’ve looked at the reviews before I patronize here. Received individual lashes at 7pm on 11/2. The very next morning (today) all individual were lifting off eye lid. When I called to rectify the issue by asking for either a refund or reapplying I first accuse of doing something to do them myself, then was repeatedly told this has never has happen before, i can’t have refund. After attempting to stay calm through the back and forth explaining that I am just trying to resolve the issue I was eventually rudely told I can come back in for them to reapply. After that ordeal, her time with attitude I decline and will be contacting my bank. I will not allow someone like that to touch my face again. I spent over $60 in services at this establishment (got nails done as well) and left a 15% tip and this is how I’m treated. Very disappointed.

The price is also very reasonable, especially for the quality!

Worst nail salon ever! Lady who did my nails was very impatient and just rushing it. Couldn’t even have some small talk or say hi without her rolling her eyes at you. Did my nails how she wanted. Wouldn’t make them long when I asked or even the shape I wanted. Just wanted to finish and get her money. Very rude and disrespectful.

I got my nails done on Thursday and Sunday they were lifting called and told them about it the person I talked to told me to come back, when I get there the lady that was doing my nails over said I had to pay &15 to get my nails done again “Really” now she has pissed me off long story short I will never go to this place again 🤬🤬 I wish I could have given them a -*

JACKED UP! DO NOT GO HERE! Rude, waste of time and RUINED AND DAMAGED my nails that I have worked months and months on growing. My bridesmaids and I went here because our hotel recommended them and we ended up spending over 2.5 hours there because they kept screwing mine up. I cried and asked for a refund and they said no. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THIS PLACE!

Took my girl there and it took 2 hours for a basic pedicure. Took 3 people to try and fix a French tip, place was dirty, and the people were so rude. How are they still in business??

My French tips on my nails were done terribly!! She left it all lumpy, uneven, and made the skin around the nail dry as heck. She couldn’t even get the manicure right! I asked for cuticle removal and she barely trimmed it leaving no difference before and after UGH!!

Very painful experience. The guy was trying to remove acrylic from my nail and the sharp tool went under my finger. He didn’t try to sanitize or clean my wound afterwards. My nails looked horrible.

Called state board on them with out hesitation! Bad additudes is an understatement, they all are terrible. The owner T is the only one that acts as if she has a decent additude or will be there for assistance if there is a problem. And theyre not licensed and some of them are very dirty as far as sanitation
