First time going. The wait was kind of long but I got my nails done. The guy doing my nails did ok, he didnt understand what I was saying tho. Hopefully its better next time

I asked the lady for a mani/pedi. There was 8 ppl ahead of me she sat me 1st. The water was cold. She hurt my feet . Everything she did was rough. I brought my own nail color she insisted I use theirs. A customer came in and complained about her $112 lashes were coming off after just having them done and the workers laughed. After my horrible pedicure, we proceeded to the table. Correct me if im.wrong, but your hands are supposed to be soaking, she just started clipping cuticles. I told her I had enough. I will pay for the worst pedi and I left. Note to our African queens. These ppl dont like us therefore their service to us will not be a 1...they need to serve the communities where they feel are to their liking. We need more beautiful black nail techs.

They don’t clean at night after closing. Bad energy they come in late on Website it states they open at 10am on Sunday’s and no others arrived until after 11:30am. About to totally learn how to do my own nails. Sn if you don’t like job just quit .

There rude and dirty. Went in to get a pedi and a fill in cane in at 10:30 got put in the chair at 11 just to be told the lady didn’t want to do my feet because I always request Anna but she wasn’t there that day. She not once asked if she could she just passed me over

I used to love going to this nail salon when Kim & Tiara worked there. It definitely changed. Went in recently for a pedicure & they didn’t have hot water or provide “soak offs” .

I waited a whole hour n half just to be seated. There were only one person in front of me and a total of 5 people waiting. There was also four people who were working. Not only that I got there around 6 didn’t leave till 8. I also got my feet done and they used the same scrub n foot grater on the person after me so who could of been in front of me ??u know, I was really unpleased I wouldn’t recommend unless u want bad service but Then again I should of went to the mall instead.

This place is the worse I’ve ever seen! There’s a waitlist sheet that they don’t even look at when calling for the next on the list! They just pick whoever they like and neglect to even ask who’s next! I waited for over an hr and the lady that works there came out and picked a woman who came way after me and didn’t even bother to ask if I was first although I was the first in front of the door. They are soo unprofessional, unclean and rude! The lady asked me to pay up front before she’s even half way done!Avoid the wait and the rudeness of these people and go somewhere else! Oh there were 3 women who left because of how unprofessional and rude they are!

The one Star is for Nikki she does good eyebrows. Poor Variety of nail polishes you basically have 15 options to choose from. Fill ins lasts about 5days. This what you call a basic Shop, Last min kinda place.

Due to the convenience of this location, I arrived around noon on a Mothers Day weekend for an arch and basic manicure. To my surprise, this nail shop does NOT accept Visa-CASH ONLY. All nail shops-I thought-accepted credit cards. I left and traveled to a further suburban location. A New Five-star nail & spa shop and was in and out within an hour. BOO to Pro-Nails & Wax. I will NOT return.

They are ok..nothing specialI used to go there years ago but then the place kind of declined. I just started going back there again recently due to the fact that now that Im retired and they are in my neighborhood its convenient for me. There are two girls and two guys who work there. In my opinion the girls are much better than the guys!

This place is terrible. I went in for a SOAK off and the “tech” pulled my acrylic off using a nail tip. I complained to her multiple times that it hurt and told her I wanted to do a soak as I intended. She kept saying that the soak “takes too long” and continued to do what she wanted. She pulled a piece of my actual nail off. If I could sue I 100% would.

This place is ridiculous. They use the same stick to on everyones eyebrows that they use on other peoples face, chin and neck with and they cant do nails right theyre very unprofessional and rude. They dont clean your equipment. Oh and one time I seen the man cleaning his shoes where you do your pedicures all he did was drain the water and started working on someones feet without even cleaning out the tub. Very gross

Not bad. Would be so much better if they cleaned up the space. The establishment is unkept, disorganized and they advertise body waxing but only wax eyebrows. Ive only recieved services twice thus far and I really like the way the lady sculptured my nails.

HEALTH HAZARD! WARNING! Very dirty and unprofessional location with garbage everywhere and questionable sanitary conditions and reused tools. The woman rushed to do a lip and chin wax on my girlfriend and ended up peeling skin off her face and now my girlfriend has 2 large red scars on her cheeks. Not happy. She charge $2 extra to get a couple hair patches the woman skipped originally and she went back to do them and because she rushed, she injured my girlfriend. The whole experience was not worth $10. My girlfriend is already depressed and post pardum and just wanted to do something nice for her self esteem for once and the giant red marks on her face do not help the situation. Would give 0 or less stars if I could. Horrible.

My nails look horrible. Not what I want. And they kept skipping me.Update: I had to go to another nail shop to get my nails fixed... They were so bad that my nails had to be cut extremely short....😥Never again...And on top of that they started another lady in a chair. The man turned it on without cleaning, there were already toenails in there..

Pedicures are amazing here and cheap.. The lady that does the eyebrows does a great job.. I do recommend…

He wanted to use a dirty towel for the pedicure, then after the the services were rendered he informed me it was cash only, I had to leave my phone to go get the cash.

Fast and nice nails, eyebrow waxing to die for

Initially, I would have given them 4 stars. I came in last minute on a Friday evening, 15 mins before close, in desperate need of a full set. The staff accepted my request, which required them to stay late. The shop isnt the prettiest (or cleanest). The technician refused to make the tips shorter because of the shape I requested, but being that I came in late, I didnt argue or make a fuss over it. On top of them being too long, the shellac is lumpy(the color selection is nothing great), and the shape of my nails is not consistent. But again, thats what I get for coming in at close. Despite being unhappy, left a 25% tip, as I was appreciative of being serviced after close.Fast forward a week. Never, in the 15 years Ive been getting my nails done...have I had entire nails lift completely off as if they were press ons. Everything from the cuticle forward has come off on a total of 7/10 nails. Which points to a technician based problem. I went in immediately to have the first one repaired. The staff, with the exception of Sky, was extremely rude. I wasnt expecting a red carpet to be rolled out, but to receive an attitude over their poor quality work was unbelievable. Within 2 days of that visit the other 6 detached. At this point, I removed the remaining 3, and will be going anywhere else before I return to this location.

Horrible. I tried to take my mom out for some mother daughter time and they dont care about giving good service. They werent even busy. They dont have the shellac colors numbered correctly then complained when asked for the right color saying they cant change it again. My mother has a dark nail bed. He couldnt even put on enough coats to color her nail bed. Horrible. Dont give them your money!

Totally unsatisfied.. went in on Friday ..went back on Saturday because gel was falling apart by Monday all my nails looked like i was biting them. Went back and 1st the tech blamed me then wanted to charge me 20 to redo. I just paid you 65 and ur product wad old or whatever and yoy want to charge me more. So before THAT him and 3 girls workers speakin in native tonuge were all yellin at each other pointing at me .. i have NEVER BEEN SO UNCOMFORTABLE

Nasty nail place I ever seen in my life.

My mom and me have been going her for almost 5 years now but we naturally found better nail shops because its honestly disgusting in there. Bathroom is nasty, and they been using the same rice cooker for years, its just an old establishment. The staff have had only black female employee over the years but she doesnt work there anymore. They have shellac, but never update their colors... THE BEAUTY SUPPLY IS ACROSS THE STORE...LMAO..like, I know they have been robbed over the years, and they dont have much money anymore, but if that is the case then they should just close down soon before someone ends up seeing them for all they have left, over a damn nail, and feet infection.And also, this goes out to all asian-owned nail salons, that serve 95% black customers, stop putting actone in the bottoms, because youre cheap and you dont want to buy new nail polishes to serve your customers.. Thats unfair, and putting acetone in the bottoms causing the colors to chip faster and it looses the pigment.But really though,..dont go here lol

Everytime I get shellac by the 3rd day its chipped. I usually go to K Nails in Hazel Park and they last 10-14 days. I only go here when I cant make it there and the 2 times Ive been Ive had this same experience.
