Very nice staff and professional people. They were a bit rough on the nails but nice results.

This place is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a nail salon. I went there twice and both times they made me wait 1 hour and more for an appointment that I already booked in advance. One of the workers took the lady after me because she knew her and said I had to wait till she’s done because she’s her usual customer lol.For anyone who is knew or walking in to this place without an appointment, go to the next salon because this place will make you wait hours.

Ive been to this nail salon once before and had to wait a while for the technician I wanted. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes past it while she finished a customer and took a break. I decided to go back again and they are so rude! I called yesterday to make an appointment and they told me they dont do appointments on Saturdays, only walkins. I decided to go by on Saturday and when I walked in and asked for the technician I wanted the lady asked me if I had an appointment. I told her that I was told there are no appointments on Saturdays. I knew immediately they were liars. The technician told me she was too busy and she wasnt able to do that for me. She asked if I wanted a different technician. How did she know she was busy if there are no appointments??! Seems like they only take people they choose or take appointments depending on their mood. Very unprofessional and so rude!

Always a pleasant atmosphere; prompt, professional, efficient service from all techs, and I always leave with a smile on my face. Nail Tech Kenny never disappoints!

I got my nails done at bamboo nails, they do wonderful but I needed a fill in and they were closed so I came to this place up the road of them 4 days ago. They did a fill in with pink acrylic and all my nails are chipping and falling off now.

I went there for a pedicure, they did a wonderful job. The staff is friendly and professional. The bonus was it was also very relaxing! I highly recommend them.

Amy is great! I go to her for shellac on my hands and feet. I make an appointment every time. This is a very friendly place. I have been going here for over a year. Once you know who you like, I would definitely recommend making an appointment as sometimes there may be a long wait without one. They have a ton of nail colors. 😬😬

Very rude workers. Unprofessional defined. I had an appointment but they took a walk-in before me. Number 6 is the rudest. Shes always giving dirty looks. And shes never even been my technician! Dirty place needs the health department to come by. Obviously talk about you in front of you in their language

Excellent staff! Don is my personal favorite. His manicures last me two weeks easy with shellac.I have read other reviews with complaints about the wait. May I strongly suggest make an appointment (ask for Don). I have never waited more than 15 minutes with an appointment and even that was rare.

I was hesitant to try them out after seeing some of the bad reviews, but I had a GREAT experience. I received a pedicure and a shellac manicure by Amy. She was very kind. This will be my new place 🙂

I usually love this place for the quality and price but I havent been in a while and its gone down. The prices arent bad, the wait is long as always because they are busy and reputable but the last few times I went, i just wasnt that impressed with the quality. Overall still a good nail salon. I usually get a pedicure here and do mani with shellac once in a while.

Waited over an hour, until I lost my patience and had to leave. Multiple appointments walked in during my wait, but someone could have at least told me how long the wait time was going to be or that there were appointments coming in so I didn’t have to sit for so long like an idiot.

I have been going here for the past 5 years with zero problems. Today I told my friend “let’s go, I promise you’ll love it, it’s the best nail salon in Dearborn” and it turned out to be the worst experience. It’s a Friday night and they are busy I understand that but they still have to treat their customers nice. My friend was trying to pick a color and her nail tech told her that she was ready for her. My friend told her “one second I’m just picking out a color” and the nail tech told her “I could take another client in that one second” which is so rude seeing how she was just picking out a color. Fast forward to my own nail tech, she asks me what length and shape I want. I said I want long and square, she then tells me it’s extra for long and square. No other nail salon charges for different sizes and shapes. That’s ridiculous, they are already long and you have to cut them down to the size you want. I’ve never heard of salons charging depending on length. Then apparently I didn’t hand her my hand fast enough and she said “hurry I need a nail I’m very busy” and proceeded to do a very fast job on my nails, which hurt extremely bad. She filed my nails so hard that she cut the skin surrounding my nails and made me bleed in multiple places. I’m so sad because I love this salon and they always do a beautiful job on my nails. I won’t be returning.

Very rude! After waiting for over an hour, I had to walk out. The same people who were sitting in the chairs when I got there, were still sitting in the chairs. One of the clients said oh shes walking out. The nail tech answered I dont care! Shes not the priority. Im sorry, I only waited over an hour. I didnt even complain about the wait or said anything. I wasnt expecting to be the priority, I just expected good old customer service like sorry for the wait, Ill be with you soon. I loved how one tech decided it was time to go for a smoke break even when I had been waiting for over an hour for a simple pedicure.

The only reason this place deserves 5 stars is because of JOSLYN and DENA. They are the most attentive manicurists there. Nancy and Lynn are extremely rude, always cussing and yelling at customers or laughing at clients who walk in.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to get my nails done for my wedding. Friends from out of town we’re joining me for the pre-wedding festivities... we waited for almost an hour past our appointment time, but were ignored and they took friends of one of the employees before us!! I’ve had very negative customer service experiences here in the past, but I was willing to deal with that because I feel like when you’re eventually in their chair, they do a good job. This was the last straw; I’ll never be going there again. Glad Hollywood nails down the road fit me in in time to get them done for my wedding!

This Nails Spa is the only ine Ive found to be latex free. Ive patronized it for over 3 years now and dont have a problem driving from where I live or anywhere else. The trip is well worth the EXCELLENT service and prices.The staff are all very professional and experienced... Best pedicure in town.

Last 2 times I have been here my nails looked horrible. most of the staff is really nice, but need to stop looking at their cell phones while working on clients. Depending on who works on you is definitely a different outcome. Some techs do a great thorough job, others cut corners. I am looking for a new salon

Best nail salon in the area!!! They have a wide variety of colors, including ombré and colors that change in water. I will not let any other place do my nails. Don(the owner) usually does my nails and he never disappoints! I have been coming here for a while.

I went here when I was about 7 and half months pregnant for a pedicure. They took really good care of me and it was ventilated really well. Oh, and my toes looked amazing!!

One of then men did my nails and they were done perfect, and he took his time! The only bad thing was he was kinda rough and while i was picking out a color one of the ladies was extremely rude... saying PICK A COLOR OVER HERE! When there was a color wheel i was looking at up front.... then continued saying she acts like shes never done this before. Which i have never been to this place... she was extremely rude.

I have been going there for over a year and I have always been happy with their service. I never make an appointment and sometimes have to wait but thats to be expected if you dont have an appointment. I have never had to wait more than 20 min. They are busy because they do a good job which is why I will continue to go there.

I really liked this place from the moment I walked in. Even though they were busy, the employees were all friendly and sat me right down to soak off my set, knowing it would take a while, then finished what they were doing, because they are professional. They didnt just make me sit waiting like other places, they used both of our time correctly and proceeded to let a 30+ minute procedure take place while they took care of the customers before me. I had an amazing tech named Karen give me new nails, they are beautiful and for a very good price. She was very pleasant to work with and I will absolutely go back, and refer others to this place too.

I feel discriminated against. As an American and Caucasian Woman I feel as though the salon appeals to a certain culture.The owner is very unkind and actually quite biting!The owner showed disdain the moment I walked into the shop and I dont know why. She told me there would be a 90 minute wait. Yet the next person was serviced within 10 minutes. The next customer was told to grab their favorite nail color. I sensed the hate and eventually walked out!!!They have their favorite customers and they only service those people!!!!It appears they serve the Arabic Women more than the American! When I went to the City of Dearborns website to see who owns the shop at 420 N. Telegraph it only showed this salon as tenants. Id like to know why the salon owner was so cruel and so biting?!This type of behavior belongs nowhere on planet earth!!!

For the most part, its generally a good place to get your nails done. This place can get very busy and if you dont like the uncertainty of how long the wait will be, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Ive had most every tech in here and about 90% do a great job. Ive only had two techs that have been a little more rough than I would prefer, especially after I fell and sprained my wrist. Ive never had a bad customer experience here. One major issue I have though is a lack of price consistency. Depending on the tech, the price could change.

I use one person and he is great. The cost is about the same as s other places. I recommend making an appointment.

I went here for the first time yesterday, (the day before Christmas Eve). They were packed but still provided amazing service to every customer and didn’t rush through anyone. Will only come here now!

The pedicure I received was very good. She would receive 4 stars. The person who did my manicure need to go back to school. I had to tell her 3 times to clip a hang nail and I still left with the hang nail. I am not a manicurist. I do not want to go to a salon and have to tell someone how to do their job. The service can be great, but it is hit or miss...

Waited 2 hrs...overpriced..work on my nails and feet were okay..they call people who they are familiar with first especially if you are a walk in (i called before i walked in and she said they were slow and to come which was the only reason i went)..just dont even waste your time people. Customer service is just not there. I will not be returning to this place everrrr again.

Worst experience ever! I booked a appointment on Thursday for 1pm on Saturday. I got there early and still had to wait 15 minutes then the nail tech asked about what I wanted seated me at her work station and her regular appointment shows up early. She said oh my appointment early you have someone else do ya nails. Then another lady was taken instead if me for another nail tech and still I didnt get my nails done. I was so mad I didnt get my nails done there and wouldnt recommend it!

I’m sorry to say this, but this was honestly one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon and if it was possible to give them no stars at all, I would. From waiting about an hour after my friend booked an appointment in advance, to being COMPLETELY disrespected with their tone of voice and demeanour, it’s safe to say that I will never go back again.

Nancy and Gina are the best! They pay close attn to detail and have easily given me the best mani pedi Ive ever had. Theyve got a vast shellac color selection to choose from. All the Dearborn Nails Salon members are super friendly and I will definitely be back soon!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going to Dearborn nails for 3 years every two weeks. They do not know my name. One second Ill hear the woman that handles the phone speaking perfect English, and the next second when ask her a question she repeatedly pretends she cannot hear me.So I come in one day with no appointment expecting a wait because thats normal. I put my name down on the list and ask how long the wait is. Im completely ignored so I ask again, and I am told 30 minutes top. Its an hour and a half later and theyve taken three girls in front of me that had no appointments and walked in after me. At this point I have to leave or else I will be late for a prior engagement because even if they were to take me at that moment in time, it would have been another hour or hour and a half to complete the mani/pedi. I tell them that Im a bit disappointed at the way I was treated but in the most polite way possible and then leave.Today I walked in around 12:00 which is their recommended time if you dont want a long wait. There are clearly lots of girls in the nail salon. I ask how long the wait is and I am ignored. I ask again loudly and I am told long wait. She remembers me from the last time so I ask politely is there anyway you could take me as an appointment because I waited an hour and a half the last time and got no service? She ignores me looks down at the nails shes currently working on and then says one second I didnt hear you, a few moments pass what? I ask the same question again this time a bit louder she says Im not sure let me see I wait as she goes back to working on the womans nails....I then have to ask AGAIN is it a yes or a no, is there anything you can do for me? She finally looks up and says no sorry too many appointments.I am not the type of person to write a review. Actually this is the first Ive written in my life. But after going to the same salon for 3 years knowing every single girl that works there and being treated like the scum on the bottom of a shoe I am feeling...quite frankly I am feeling disturbed.If you wanna go in once a year for a simple manicure or eye brow wax give this place a go. But if you want a nail salon that you can go back to where you will be treated like a valued customer then DO NOT go to Dearborn nails. To them you are just the next thing on their assembly line. They hate their jobs, they are miserable, and they DO NOT care if you have a bad experience and take your business and money elsewhere.
