I went for a fill in. He did not remove the clear polish before he started and only filled the red, not the black. He did not even put the clear coat of acrylic on the ombre like he suppose to. He said he was done and wanted to put clear polish. I asked if he could fix the black tip bc it has red on it.. And He kicked me out looking like this.

I recently switched to this nail salon and I’m very satisfied with Tony’s professionalism, accurate work and patience. Will be returning and I recommend (ask for Tony though I’m not sure of the others)

It was really good they did a really good job and they respect my wish to do my nail dune by a wamen and put the current down. So definitely going back .

This place has to be by far the filthiest nail salon in Michigan. Customer service is terrible. One guy refused to do my nails because I wiped The dirty seat before sitting. Lol I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the last salon in Michigan

PLEASE DO NOT GO!!!!! I had an awful Experience, the service is terrible, the people are so rude and mean, I got an acrylic set, and they came off a couple hours later. It is super dirty inside, like I said before they’re super mean. Waste of time and money.

This was my first time at this nail salon. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but they are so rude. They speak there language very loud, my pedicure and manicure look like a 5 year old did it. On top of all that they charged me extra to pay for their card processing fee when using a debit card. I will definitely be calling the state on this. The customer should not be responsible for paying this. I would never go back and would never recommend.

Tony is pretty good. I’ve been there a few times in the past but was worked on by other employees who did not do a good job with my manicure or pedicure. Today, Tony did my nails and he did well. If I go back, I’ll only ask for Tony.

Im not sure why they require you to schedule an appointment. On top of waiting 45 minutes, they were so rude and the quality was horrible. They dont speak English and keep talking in chinese with other workers and look angry. Maybe theyre underpaid or they just really suck. Never again

I only go here for convenience and my girls love their chairs. They have the best color selection in the area. But I can agree with the other reviews and say their skills are not good. My shellac and my gel overlay always peels and chips within first week. Maybe Tony should be the only employee.

I love Tony! He does shellac on my nails every three weeks and they last perfectly. They always look great and I get so many compliments.

They dont understand English and very rude. The thing I didnt like is charging $1 extra to use your credit card.

This place is horrible. Avoid them at all costs! Terrible customer service, and when I said I wasnt satisfied, the manager whose name is Tony told me not to come back and that its okay that Im not happy. Terrible experience. I also asked about the owners phone number, and they didnt give it to me. Very bad experience.

Please do not come to this nail salon! They are rude and unprofessional they speak about you in their language.... Im extremely unsatisfied with my nails. I chose one color pink.... I wanted the same color for my toes and fingers when completely I put them together to compare my nails and toes and they were completely different color. Instead of apologizing Tony the owner didnt even tell me that he will fix this issue he kept insisting they are the same color then told his fellow co workers to say the same thing. I come here to relax and didnt get that. By the way Good luck requesting a receipt he doesnt give one!

Very disrespectful and rude. I never leave reviews for any business. This place is the worst nail salon ever. They yells at you and try coming at you all together. This place really needs to get shut down. Very disappointed.

Beware!! Worst place I have ever been to!! One of the men that work there cut me so badly two of my toes were bleeding and my finger. He didn’t care that he kept hurting me. I also ended up with plantar warts all over my feet after my pedicure and had a nail infection in the nail bed of my big toe!! So disgusting! They need to be shut down!!! 👎 -5stars!

Tony does my nails and he is great. They last 3-4 weeks no chips no lifting. Knows what he is doing.

Very bad customer service I wont recommend to anybody. I had an appt yesterday with Tina at 10:30 I was there 10:25 she was and she had a customer I waited till 10:40 she was still working on the customer doing badicure I asked the owner how long he said 10 min after I waited 45 min he wanted to put me with different girl I told him how long for Tina to finish he said another 10 so after I waited 55 min I had to get up and leave I was really upset I had a wedding so I had to call places and see who can take me and I was late on my make up because of them

Ive been a customer for a while and for what happened yesterday i felt like it couldve been handled in a more calm and professional way. i did my nails a couple days ago at this location with no problems but when i got home i realized that he charged me two times. so i go into the salon asking what was going on and he starts catching a attitude and grabs the receipt outve my hand . he charged me 35$ service for which i did do but the other transaction was 38$ and i didnt understand why. he tells me because i tipped him $3. it didnt make sense because it wouldve shown as one transaction on the bill for a total of 38$. so he goes around around with my phone in his hand showing the customers its two transactions because of the tip. after 15 minutes of trying to figure out of whats going on he tells me to call my credit company i had already did that before hand and they told me to contact the salon. so a half hour goes by he finally agrees to call the company that he charges the card on (the decide where you swipe your card) hes on the phone and hes talking in Chinese the whole time and im just looking at him not knowing what hes saying . then he goes and tells me give me your card i handed him my card and he gave me the receipt to sign again all this with no explanation i had to constantly ask whats going on and at the end hes like were going to refund you he hands me the receipt and walks away without an apology.moral of the story he was rude as fk and very unprofessional.

I will never ever go here again!!! If i could give them no stars i would! There nail quality sucks! My nails always chip the very first day i do them there shellac machines suck my nails start peeling within the first week! There was one lady worker that did my nails with a tattoo that said family she absolutely sucked! Shes the main reason i will never go again she asked me how much will i tip her i was leaving her a 5 dollar tip then she told me no i dont want 5 dollars u need to leave me 7 dollars or up if your gonna tip me! Instead i left her with nothing as she deserved for her poor work and trying to hussle me out of tips!!! This is just nasty i recommend no one go there they are all so rude the workers and lazy! The best one was tina who unfortunately isnt there anymore

Very bad I dont recommend anyone going there I went their and got a pedicure with the owner she has a very bad attitude after couple of weeks I discover i got fungus very dirty place. They are very dirty they dont sanitize their tools. The owner has an attitude problem she keeps talking in her language to other workers.

Excellent nail Polish selection including Shellac and mood changing polishes however no real skills with nail art, junk nails, stones, etc. Very nice and clean facility and usually very timely.
