I would not recommend this place to anybody. Went there to relax as this is supposed to be a spa. It was so far from so. I booked an appointment for a queen bath package at 4pm and when I got there at 3:15 which is way ahead of the time and they told me that they were trying to get a hold of me to rush to get there earlier and said that they got my number wrong, which is strange because they gave me a call a day earlier. They put me straight to the jacuzzi and left me there for more than 20 minutes (which is way more than it’s supposed to be) because all the while “hanan” or whatever her name is was working on a girl’s hair. Then they took me for a “facial” which is only a cream and a scraper on the skin. (Not worth a cent). Then Hanan finally came for my Moroccan hamamm which was supposed to include a massage, mud and various creams which were included in the package. Then she told me that she was gonna give me a standard Moroccan bath because she has a girl who’s in the process of doing her hair and she also has another customer that’s doing a Moroccan hammam after me (that was not my fault) even though I called 2 days before and we agreed on the queens bath. When I asked her what the difference was between the queen bath and the standard she said the only difference was that the standard doesn’t have a massage so I agreed and expected her to do everything included in the queens bath except the massage she did HALF the things on the standard bath now that I look at the list on their website. When I asked her about the milk and honey massage that’s not included in the standard bath and is in the queens bath which I didn’t know because like I said she told me the only difference was that there was no massage she gave me the lotion and told me to rub it on myself.Very unprofessional and unorganised. Seems like they just do walk-in services. When finally I was done, I went to check out and they wanted to charge me for the original package which I didn’t receive even half of the services that was listed because they just wanted to rush me out. Don’t come to this place. Worst experience ever. Not to mention it’s very unclean and messy.I’ve been to Moroccan and Turkish baths In Istanbul Turkey. This is a joke. If I could give a negative star I would.

Soooo I Bought a relative of mine a gift card to this spa in March and “Hanan” or whatever her name is tells me it’s valid for 2 years. Tell me why she went yesterday and they ASK HER TO PAY the price increase of 20$??? So unprofessional. Never going there again and would give a zero star if I could.

I treated myself to a Facial on my Birthday. It was Refreshing and my Face looked so Radiant, Clean and had a Glow. 😊Im looking forward to my next visit of having a Massage and Facial!

I wanted my tips dyed. My appointment was at 10 and wasn’t seen until almost an hour after. Once I was seated, I literally sat on that seat until 6pm. Even though I had an appointment and came in on time, they were working on walk ins as well who finished after me and was gone. I mentioned so many times that I had an appointment and they would apologize and continue to do it again. The price they charged me was $100 for the tip dyed. Not even a week after the color faded and my hair was damaged completely. Not satisfied at all and will never go back ever.This appointment was made not too long ago and It was not under my Google name 😒. I came with my nieces if you remember. I have receipts.

This was my first time having a Moroccan bath and it was an incredible experience to say the least! The lady who did my bath was so sweet and the rest of the ladies included were also! I got the queens bath which included a hair mask, hair rinse, jacuzzi, massage and facial. I feel amazing and my skin feels great! The only thing is that they forgot my tea which is supposed to be included😓 Otherwise, it was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back with my mom!!

I went for Moroccan Bath and the lady Hanin did an excellent job 👏 10/10 Took Massage with the package and Seema did perfect massage and made me feel so relaxed 10/10. I did my Pedicure with Ghenwa and she was super good in making my feet feel soft and nice 10/10. Will definitely recommend you all to try them once and prices are economical. Moroccan Bath: this is the first time I went for Moroccan bath, it was amazing experience. A lady (Halima) who gave the Moroccan bath was awesome and other staffs were good too. Can’t wait to go back with my girlfriends.

I did a LOT of research before I booked a microblading appointment with Shay. It was my first time and I knew from looking at a lot of Instagram photos that you really need to get to know a particular persons work before you can choose with confidence. Just from her IG account, I was impressed by Shays natural-looking work and her attention to different kinds of eyes and skin-types (Im Asian). My actual experience could not have been better. Shay spent over an hour with me just figuring out the right shape and color, until I felt completely confident about proceeding. She made everything as painless as possible and gave me multiple opportunities to look and see if I was happy with how things were going. My aftercare experience was equally fantastic - Shay recommends the wet healing method, using Acquafor, and I would strongly recommend the same to anyone considering microblading - there was NO scabbing or drying out, NO redness, and NO fading or blurring. Within just a few days, they looked completely natural and perfect. At my one-month follow-up appointment, we touched a few spots here and there, but there really wasnt much to do. I STRONGLY recommend Shay and know that I, personally, will be a devoted customer for years to come. (sorry not sure why it posted the pictures twice)

This business claims to do professional tattoos. This is not the case. Got strange vipes during my consultation. The lady have no eye contact with me strange lol. Wanted certain style but the lady kept saying is not right for me and wanted me to the henna style tattoo. Dont like this stuff. I also wanted a small tiny palm tree on wrist, the lady said she never did trees before LOL. Also disappointed with prices, the lady wanted me to pay $130 just for set up, dont know what the h**l is the setup anyway. I have tattoos on my body, not my first time. The only reason I went there because shes a woman and I want to support female artists in our community. I knew it was too good to be true. Not going back. No thanks!Summary: Leave tattooing to the Professionals ( not the henna stuff real afing tattoos).

Okay Shay is literally an artist! She’s amazing at what she does, always makes my brows look perfect. I get my brows waxed and she always manages to fix my shape when I fall behind on my appointments. I also recently tried her new brow products and they’re really good. You can tell that Shay and the staff care for their clients. Very nice and relaxing environment!

I originally went to Paradise City to get my eyebrows micro bladed by Shay (she did an amazing job). During the appointment, she gave me a bunch of really helpful tips in regards to skincare, healthy eating, etc. so I scheduling a beauty consultation with her afterwards. During the consultation, I told her about my skincare regimen right now, what I wanted to see and she really took what I was saying to heart. From how to use aloe in every aspect of my life to what cleanser/moisturizer to use for my acne prone skin...she had all the answers because she has tried it ALL, literally everything...so I knew I could trust what she was saying. Shay is so sweet and I feel like she really cares about my health and wellness. Hamam, hammam!!! A wonderfully private and cozy spa. Private and clean. I like that it is womens only. Very professional staff. Everything a Turkish and Moroccan (middle eastern) bathhouse should be. The oils and masks they use on the skin smell divine and take me back to the Middle East. Highly recommend. Especially to brides to be and postpartum women. Postpartum massage, spa, revitalization. I feel 10 years younger and pounds lighter.

No ambience or atmosphere unless you are getting a moroccan bath done. All services were great but Im not sure how certified the employees are. I will never get a massage there again, I had a 30 minute massage and came out with cramps, pulled muscles, and irritated nerves, I couldnt walk the day after my massage. The women there were not very professional either. The moroccan bath was nice but I wont be paying a visit back after my bad massage experience, and no reimbursement or refunds were given to me. My pain became so severe that I needed to go to a doctor.

Im only leaving one star because I cant leave a zero start review. I had really bad experience yesterday, me and my friend we scheduled our appointment for morocoon bath(which is very expensive here), and this was our first time visiting this salon and also Morocoon bath, the lady whom we scheduled our Morocoon bath with is so so rude and impatient, and I also feels like she don’t know how to do morocoon bath (because “she did nothing” for us as mentioned in the website, we did not feel “any difference “after this bath) she was talking on a loud voice with an irritating face with us as we were wearing our own undergarments to Jacuzzi, as we don’t know what to wear and what not and no body guided us. secondly this Morocoon bath is for 45 mins according to their website and which also includes argon oil massage at the end, she finished off our whole bath in 30 mins(includes Jacuzzi time, shower bath everything) and when I ask her why she is so fast doing this service because she did not even spent at least 10 mins on my body by scrubbing with loofah, and also she still needs to do massage and apply clay and scrub loofah in circular motions she was impatient and she told me that she got frustrated because i was wearing my undergarments to Jacuzzi that’s why she don’t want to do massage properly, (which she is not supposed to do she is not supposed to treat her customers wrong and send them with bad experiences because she is upset or frustrated for whatsoever reasons), she was not at all concentrated at the massage or applying those masks instead i was guiding her to rub my body areas and when i ask about argon oil massage which was clearly stated in the website she said the website is wrong we are not doing that, (then I don’t know why they have an active website? If it is wrong) and she has to keep those body masks for few minutes over my body instead she just applied and washed it off immediately, I am writing all this huge notes because when i try to explain her my experience in the bathing room, she was not ready to listen to me and she called her boss and she told something to her in her own native language which is really offensive, and she isnt ready to listen what i went through and why i got so frustrated about... THE WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I will never ever recommend this to anyone ever, but when her boss came over she try to explain their process and other stuff, she was soft and she asked me what can she do to replace this horrible experience with, i have asked her to reduce the total cost for the bath because it costed us 80 bucks each and 160 in total which is not at all worth it for this bad experience I had, so I wasn’t ready to pay that much and even I was being nice and ask her I can pay some but I cannot pay the total amount because I did not feel any difference any good at all, but she said she couldnt able to do that she offered me with some other services which i was not looking forward to, (because i was really pissed off with their service), so we walked away with empty hands and paid 140 bucks in total for nothing. I highly not recommend this place to anyone.

Right off the bat, I was told that they didnt do acrylic, I though alright, let me still give them a chance so I said it was okay.They took us into the nail booths and a lady came out from the back looking so surprised and disgusted. When we told her what we wanted she told us she couldnt do it and we had to leave. End of the story, nasty customer service.

Today was my second time at the salon, I was serviced by hanin, shes so great, attentive and caring. I did waxing and mani/badi (with shahd)They are really a great team. The place is very clean.
