We had a great time at the Opus Condos. They are located in a great area with great beach access. The pool and hot tub are a great alternative if you want a change! The facility is well maintained and perfect for families!

I recently used Oceans Luxury Reality to book a vacation in Port Orange. They were extremely responsive and attentive. Even when it seemed as if I couldn’t make the trip due to a family illness, they were willing to work with me so that I did not lose any rental money I had paid. They are the ultimate in customer service.

We had a wonderful time at our condo. The rental key pick up was so easy and appreciated after a long drive. The condo was spotless and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean from our balcony. The kids loved the pool and it was never crowded. I would recommend this rental company over and over.

We stayed in Opus Condos; place was great and well kept. The manager was very nice and welcoming when we arrived.However, our room needed some TLC with cleanliness of the carpet, couches, kitchen chair cushions, and there was a broken sliding glass door handle. However, the company was quick to respond to our concerns and very nice to work with.

Hello just start helping them out with Saturday cleaning condos it was a blessing for me to find them I super appreciate them and being able to squeeze me in on short notice if youre looking for a little extra work on Saturdays and youre a good worker there definitely a great place to work for good pay and Im for a little bonus if youre new on Saturdays they have a lot of work so if youre looking little extra income give them a call I know they also are a property management company so if youre looking for somebody to manage your condo I heard from the residents that they do a great job and as one of their cleaners we work hard to make sure everybody is satisfied so check them out for whatever needs you have:-) thank you for reading this and have a blessed day

My family and I had our very first extended family vacation this year, and we decided to stay in the Sanibel 504 condo. I had never used the VRBO website before and I had never stayed in a condo before so it was new territory for me. VRBO was very easy to use, Communication was excellent. When we arrived at our condo we were very pleased. It was nice, clean, and quiet. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect. My family and I would definitely recommend both VRBO and the Sanibel 504 condo to anyone. Very pleased with our stay and hope to comeback for extended family vacation #2!

We rented a beautiful place from Oceans Luxury for a week. Everything was wonderful. We would highly recommend Oceans Luxury Rentals for your vacation.

Our stay was really great! It was comfy, our realtor was Mike was great and got in contact with us to make sure everything was okay. Only downside was the pool onsite. Still able to swim and use it but levels in the pool kept dropping causing the filter and waterfall to not work properly and the heated pool was not as heated as we would of liked. But overall it was a great stay! And great people 👍 highly recommend!

Our realtor, Carlos Ring, was a pleasure to work with. He talked us through the process of being first-time home buyers and answered any questions we had. He showed us many homes and when we picked the one we liked he kept us up-to-date on everything going on. He also frequently checked on us. Even now that we closed, he checks on how everything is going. Definitely recommend him!

Agent Lisa Disario: I had a terrible experience with this agent. I rented from her for 2 years, never a late payment. When I moved in she promised to have the carpet cleaned, she never followed through. Immediately after I moved in, I started to suffer health problems; joint pain, migraines, rash, hives, itching, swelling face, neuropathy in the face, coughing, congestion. I went to repeated doctors visits until finally 22 months later my allergist diagnosed me with severe mold allergy. I immediately notified Lisa and requested she come to the condo to inspect some of the previous water damage and show her the mold I located after a big search. She wasn’t interested. She was too busy showing property. I told her I hired a mold test firm to come and professionally test for mold. The test results arrived 6 days later with extremely high spore counts of mold. Mold is present in all homes but these spores were extremely high and at 2000 spore count. Lisa didn’t care. I then realized she had not scheduled the HAVAC bi-annual service for over 18 months. I took the filter out, infested with mold. I told Lisa I would have to move out on 1/13. She said, ok. She didn’t care. She didn’t offer mitigation. I stayed in a hotel. I had to hire furniture movers, hire a housekeeper to be out. If I gave her a 7 day notice to repair the mold this wouldn’t be over. She was just happy to get rid of me. I had to get a storage unit because I had no where to go. It was then I realized how moldy and disgusting my furniture was. I had to trash everything. I waited and waited for my deposit so that I could replace my bed, my child’s bed, mattresses, and couch. Fifteen days later, still no deposit. Lisa’s response, “call the office.” The office didn’t know, didn’t care. Just like Lisa, rude selfish, only interested in HER commission. Finally, today the check was given to me after I threatened her with court action. I requested the insurance information for replacing for my furniture and my health insurance requested contact for insurance. Lisa has stated “I’m not giving you the insurance information.”I’m at over $5k out of pocket due to Lisa’s greed and her unprofessional handling of mold in a condo she rented me. She rented knowing there was prior water damage from Erma never mitigated and a sprinkler going off with out proper moisture repair/mitigation. She refused to assist me in a difficult position, she intentionally keeping at fault party insurance information from me. She is a terrible source of trust. I have filed a complaint with DBPR for her knowingly renting a water damaged property never mitigated and for violating Fl landlord tenant statute. Be ware. There are many agents. Choose one that cares for their customers not solely their own wallet.

Paid $1200 to stay in a condo they rent and got to the room and the code did not work. We have called twice and have been waiting for over a hour for a return call from Crystal. We are waiting outside the room we paid for unable to get in with our 2 grandchildren ages 7 and 1!!!!!

This review is about Agent Will Ferro, not the company itself. Will’s negligence caused us to lose our contract, giving us no negotiating power when it was discovered that the air conditioner had not been replaced as stated in the listing. It is costing us an additional $10,000 for another choice. Not to mention the stress of having to move our belongings into a storage unit while waiting for the closing. It was very obvious to us that he had better things to do than take care of our small purchase. He didn’t want to keep his million dollars clients waiting and failed to notify the selling agent that we had a sales contract on our home. Way to go Will, can’t thank you enough! In case your wondering THATS SARCASM, not praise.

I am a property owner that was under management by Oceans Luxury Realty for over 2 years and VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least. First, I had them manage my house for a vacation rental. The software they used to track income was riddled with errors. It showed that I had more money coming to me then what they gave me. This went on for months before they finally replaced it with a new one. The owners daughter and my property manager, Aaliyah Anderson, was rude whenever I asked about this issue or any issue for that matter. Next, I was overcharged for home repairs, some of which had to be redone two to three times and I was charged each time. If a repair is done right the first time why would it need to be redone two to three times within a short time period? I was overcharged twice within a month to a replace the inner components of the toilet enough to where I could have purchased a new toilet. After this, I switched to a long-term rental and my last property manager, Anthony Williams, put a 100 lb Swiss Mountain dog in my 1000 SQ FT home when I was told only animals 25 lbs and under were allowed and their addendum also stated this. I have expensive, refinished hardwood floors that I was concerned about so I contacted the owner Crystal Anderson about this issue 3-4 times within 2 weeks and left messages for her. She never called me back. THIS WAS THE FINAL STRAW! Anthony Williams treated me very poorly from the beginning. He is condescending and rude and constantly spoke over me. I cant believe he would ever treat a homeowner this poorly or any person for that matter! Their maintenance people do horrible, amateur work and yet they charge top dollar. My electric meter read OFF for 2 weeks right before the last tenant moved in and their maintenance department should have known that this was the electric companies issue not mine. So I was forced to hire an electrician to find out that FPL needed to shock the meter. I was able to be reimbursed by FPL for the electrician but it was a lot of stress and time, 2 weeks to be exact, to deal with this when I should not have had to. I just ended my relationship with them August 2020 and I could not be more relieved!

Rented thru oceans luxury and Micheal went above and beyond for our family during a difficult time. We made one last beach trip revolving around hospice and this team and Micheal were amazing! Cant say enough good things about them.

They explained the ins and outs of rentals to me before I even started looking at properties. I was able to speak with them multiple times and even obtain income statements from a few of their properties that were similar to what I was looking for.After purchasing I was planning on self-managing but after working with this management team for weeks I signed my property on with them and the profits are better than I could have imagined.Just a real professional management and realty team here and Id recommend them to anyone!

Weve been renting our winter condo from this agency for years (January-March) and have had wonderful experiences with both the staff and the properties. Booking agent Jennifer really tries to understand our needs and finds great properties to match us with. This past year, we decided to purchase a condo to use in the winter and this company has been managing it for us and renting it out the remainder of the year. Best decision weve made!

They were sold out of oceanfront homes the week we were coming so we ended up staying in a home across the street, reluctantly. Now that weve actually stayed in a home not directly the ocean, we realize its just as convenient and saved us a boatload of money! I think next year well just stay across the street. Super helpful staff too!

I need a place for our employees to stay after Hurricane Matthew for an assignment in the area. This rental agency found our employees the perfect home and gave a great rate! I ended up saving at least 50% over what a hotel costs but my employees were even more happy to have their own space, kitchen and pool for the few months they were there. Now, every time we need to be in the area this agency finds us a good home at a great price and all the homes weve stayed in have been well-maintained and as good or better than the photos.

Our family as only ever stayed in hotels but we decided to try out a condo instead this year. We were nervous so we did some research and decided to rent through this agency based on the good reviews on Google. We are so glad we did! The condo was even better in person and we loved having a kitchen and our own rooms right on the ocean - plus the price was way less than a hotel! The staff at this agency answered all of our questions quickly and when the toliet stopped working one afternoon we called them and they had it fixed in less than an hour! They even gave the maintenance guy a key so that we could go about our day uninterrupted!

I just returned from my stay over Bike Week. This was my first time renting from this agency but it was a great experience. Other agencies have been fine but the employees here called me after I checked in just to make sure everything was to my liking! We rented a 2 bedroom condo and it was just as beautiful as pictured. Weve already reserved our dates for next year!

This was my first time lodging in something other than a hotel so I was very nervous about what to expect - you always hear the horror stories! The home I rented looked just like the pictures! We didnt really need to work with the agency once we arrived because everything was fine but they did call to check-in on us the day after we arrived which was nice. Now that weve rented an entire home for LESS than a hotel, I cant imagine ever going back! I will definitely be calling this agency for our next vacation!

I wanted to commend oceans luxury on taking care of my elderly parents rental. They had bad roach problem that another pest control company could not kill. They finally got us help and got imperial pest control to spray. That company at least cared and did such a better job that in one spray and a week later we saw no more roaches. I think the other company was spraying water. Oceans luxury truly cares about the people they provide services for.

I have always been pleased with how the staff handles my questions priors to booking and then when there are minor maintenance concerns they get right to it. Their cleanliness quality is bar none! On my last day the toilet started running constantly and after placing one call they had someone there within the hour to fix it.

If I could put no stars I would. The oven did not work for almost the entire time we were at the Seashell property. The hall light did not work the entire time. The sink in the guest bathroom was constantly clogged. The response we recieved was unprofessional the only professional person working there is Aaliyah. Also there were prickers in both the front and back yard so my daughter could not go outside to play at all. My daughter almost fell through the chairs on the back porch because the wicker completely caved in. We paid an extremely high amount compared to other properties at other companies with the same amenities and recieved no security deposit back.

After purchasing a condo through the real estate department, I decided to try out renting our new condo when we werent using it. Its been about one year now and our return on investment has far exceeded my expectations! My property is well-cared for and the property management staff is very responsive. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a great property manager!

Although minor, unexpected maintenance issues pop up every so often, Oceans Luxury Realty always has them fixed the same day which is all I need in a rental agency!

Arrived on 348 Brookline to find bed bugs our second day there...they moved us to another property 40 minutes south of Daytona Beach that is owned by another company...did give us partial refund....but not satisfied with the overall experience or refund amount given by this company. This totally ruined our weeks vacation...NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Up

The office in ormond is horrific. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect because of my credit score. The man who runs this office should NOT be in this business. He did not want to draw up new contracts or do anything for that matter. I will never use these people again or reccomend to anyone!!!

Extremely disappointed with our oceans luxury rental Christmas experience. Management company showed initial interest in making things right but after our 2nd call to them their tone completely changed. Very Poor customer service. They seem to only be interested in making their money not the customer’s experience. We are a well-traveled low maintenance group. The Oceans Luxury Rental group is one of the worst weve ever dealt with. Our property (vrbo #1075989) and the management company is doing the industry a disservice. I am posting my experience with Oceans Luxury Realty. I needed a 4 bdrm rental for my family of 6...3 teenage girls & my teenage son, I was sent email after inquiring on several other properties with this same company that had already been reserved. I recieved an email from Oceans Luxury Realty that they had a 4 bdrm home with private pool available and they would let me have it for a few hundred less than normal because of some previous I had with them, so I agreed and paid in full.Upon my arrival I walk through house to discover it is only a 3bdrm, the 1st full day of being in home ac quits working, tv service does not work. The price I had to pay it should have been in top notch working order. On top the night of our arrival my husband sliced his toe in half because they did not finish tile work on step from master bedroom to laundry room. I did bring this to their attention, and all they could say was Im sorry for your inconvenience...husband unable to get in Ocean entire time we have been here. Yes they were fixed only to quit working again. Our last night here and AC has quit again. It is again cooler outside than in our rental. I have yet to get a phone call back or have the is resolved.

Never will I rent from these people. They double booked. I was told the place we rented had plumbing issues. That was the first lie. We drove by there on our way. They gave us another place. We were told Stanley steamer was cleaning the place. Second lie. We drove by this place on the way to get the key. We seen who was cleaning. Pictures showed alot of twin beds and I asked about that because there was 5 adults and was told another lie. Jennifer said it was a very nice place. It smelled stuffy. We sprayed alot of febreeze. It helped some. The back yard hadnt been mowed in weeks The original place had a pool and a nice back yard, but we had to settle for the overgrown yard.This place was cheaper to rent than what I originally paid. I was offered no refund. Called three times to complain about things that was wrong and I am sorry it was Christmas Eve but we paid to enjoy our family vacation and it all started out bad. Every time I called I was told lies. I paid for a nice place and we were given a dump. We had our children and grandchildren with us. Never again.

Rented condo thru them. Hawaiian Inn 425. Smelled so musty about made me sick. No dish detergent 1 roll of toilet tissue and no pillow cases. Tv didnt work properly. Couch was fake leather and everytime you sit on it it came off on your skin. Never fixed any issues we reported. Never again!!

Property at 348 Brookline Daytona FL was rented month’s in advance for March 10-17, 2018 for our annual LEMC vacation for bike week, due to circumstances beyond control our usual location was not available so this was a new venue for us, on the second day we found that the property was infested with BED BUGS, needless to say we freaked out and tried to contact lease office via: phone w/o having luck so we then rode over to voice our concerns in person, the company contact sent a pest company out to confirm the infestation and after several hours a substitute site some 40 minutes away was secured by the leaser for the remainder of our stay.The substitute location not only was very far away but was not as large as we needed so some had to sleep on couches, we were offered only pennies on the dollar as a refund and then the leaser in an email to us had the audacity to include that they had to pay for pest control out of pocket. NEWS FLASH that’s your responsibiliy as the owner/owner representatives.At minimum the 10 of us should have been given a full refund and extra monies to cover the professional cleaning of our cloths and luggage as a precaution. If -5 ⭐️‘S was an option thats appropriate. CAUTION DO NOT CONSIDER RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLEP.S. the review from Meagan Dykes should be removed since she is an employee of Ocean Luxury Realty trying to do damage control for her employer
