Everything was absolutely wonderful because except for the timeshare nightmare. It took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in (there was some understaffing at front desk, very understandable because of the pandemic), but we couldnt pry our way from the timeshare people who held the wristbands hostage (needed to get into room, parking garage, pool, everything). They call them the concierge at the white podiums. I would strongly recommend for anyone checking in just to keep asking to be handed your bands and move on because they will straight up lie to you, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you hand them a credit card. They will stand right in front of the current sign that says theres an injunction for harassment and harass you. They lied to us and tried to steal $100 from us. BEWARE! THERE ARE NO GOOD DEALS BEING OFFERED AT CHECK IN.Ignoring the wristband check in ordeal, everything else was really wonderful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, security, all were super responsive and very nice. Our room appeared updated. There were some minor inconveniences from them continuing updates, but since we came for the beach, not the pool, it didnt bother us.Well be back when the timeshare people are fired.
Garin was amazing when we checked in. He was all smiles and so helpful. He helped us pin down the topics we wanted to discuss in the meeting and even made a list for us. All week we were met with smiles every time we passed him. It so nice to see someone really enjoying their job. He was wonderful.
Great service! Clean. And the best part is…..the bell hop 😆 (capt). He is so nice and very helpful!! And some how remembers peoples names! Always called me by name and said hello! Always smiling and in a great mood!!
The staff was awesome and very polite. Rooms are the same size as an apartment and stocked with whatever you need. Security was everywhere . The pool (indoor and several outdoor with a bar) stays open until midnight which is always a plus. Santa even stopped by to hang out in our private bathtub/jacuzzi...
Excellent location, and great rooms! So spacious, and the concierge service is incredibly accommodating. (I asked them about karaoke, and they found a bar with karaoke night the next day!) The security is very present, which made us feel safe and secure. And the usual sales pitch was not pushy at all. Five stars, would recommend!
Great facility, beautiful accommodations. seamless check in. Wish there were a bar and restaurant. The resort is right in the middle of lots of fun places to go
Very disappointed that we booked a 2 bedroom and didnt notice we would have to pay to park a second vehicle. Paying to park will add up quickly if we leave the hotel to drive for anything. The desk person said they couldnt do any courteous spot due to occupancy. Definitely wont choose this place again or recommend. I paid enough for the room. Didnt expect to pay alot to park.
Went down for a long weekend with the family. We have been going here for at least 15 years. They have made alot of great changes. Everything has been updated, painted etc. Rooms and common areas were clean. Staff was helpful. Most every amenity was open and working. People were wearing mask and trying to social distance. They have even added entertainment by the pool. Great safe place for a family vacation!
The place is very nice. The only problem was check-in. I made the reservation on the website. Only my husbands name is on the page. My name is on the contract also. My husband did not come on the vacation. They would not give me the armband because my name was not on the reservation. It does not ask on the reservation who all will be using the reservation. I had to go through 3 people before they looked up the contract and saw my name. Then they told me I needed to go to the front desk and add my name to the reservation. This made me angry. In any reservation in my long history with Wyndham, my name is not considered, like I dont exist.
Staff very friendly went over and beyond to help us we felt safe here security was there out in the pool area common areas and parking area, pool area clean as well only issue was the couch and chair in living room it looked like it was picked up from a curb alert ripped and stained come on guys you need to inspect these rooms !! The smoke detector was missing but they came in and put one in asap
Great location! Terrific beach! This is a timeshare so rooms are like a condo with full kitchens, jacuzzi tub, and living rooms. All 3 and 4 bedroom units are oceanfront. 1 and 2 bedroom units can face any direction. The one bedroom suite has no outside view. Resort is very clean and has pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, water slide, and a kids pool area. Plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance. One of our favorite places to visit.
The views of the beach were amazing. Being able to see the sunrise each morning was breathtaking and made our trip worth it. But Wyndham needs to stop with sales presentation at check in, we should be given the opportunity to go to a sales presentation on our own accord. And when I sign up for a OWNER UPDATE I WANT A OWNER UPDATE NOT A SALES PRESENTATION!!!!!!!!!!!As for the resort, the cleaning people need to pay attention to detail. I should not have to rewash supposedly clean dishes upon my arrival or clean closet racks and hangers from dust upon my arrival. The fans should not have dust piled on the blades and the refrigerator and shower door should be dust free.
Nice quite resort. Pools are a little chilly but nice. Could be cleaned more often from the leaves but otherwise great. Rooms dont have the best views as all you see is mostly other buildings but better then parking lot views. Clean and cozy resort. Mini golf and large checker & chess area. Kids playground was nice as well. Resort isnt busy and people keep is quiet and peaceful!
Perfect location, we had a beach front balcony room and the view was perfect. Kitchenette was nice and well equipped. The pools were a little chilly (we went during the end of April). The hotels was nice and clean, however it was very crowded. Im not sure if they are open to the public for pool access but 4 out of the 6 days we were there we could not find an unclaimed table and chairs by any of the pools, but we still had fun. My biggest complaint was verifying the payment with the manager who when I questioned the charges became very hateful and snarky; telling me I paid for what I got and refused to look up my questionable bill because she was busy working!! Isnt that her job??!!?? She even became personally attacking over the bill, making hateful comments about my morals and work ethic??? (Not sure why or how that was directed my way.) I was blown away - So much for customer service and respect. She may not have ruined my day or my vacation, but she did make one thing certain and that is that we will not be returning Ocean Walk
Pros: within good walking distance of a lot of stuff, room was clean and didnt seem like there was too much traffic on our floor, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. There is a kiddie pool section with plenty of seating for adults, a lazy river, and two pools with plenty of seating around them as well. Theres a bar poolside, and beach access directly from the pool areas. Theres an arcade/mini golf area on one of the floors, with just enough holes to get the kids doing something - and its free! The games cost money, and the claw games arent really worth it, but our kids enjoyed the driving games and air hockey.Cons: the driveway situation can be a little hairy depending on how busy it is, but theres usually an attendant or two out there to keep things flowing. The parking situation was rough, it seems like they might run out of parking sometimes, and then halfway through our stay there was almost a whole level of parking blocked off with caution tape.
Its the nicest place to stay on the beach. 2 large pools outside, 2 Jacuzzis, a kiddie pool area thats enclosed for safety. And 2 indoor pools as well. The staff was great and very helpful. Just a great experience for my family.
There should of been more staff available. Waited forever for coffee in the morning, and waited so long at the bar I just walked away. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely come back.
The old girl is really starting to show her age. Our unit was clean and comfortable but well worn. The water pressure was almost non- existent. It was crowded by the pool but we spent most of our time away from there. It is centrally located so it is close to many shops and restaurants. Decent value for a beach front unit.
Very nice place . Very close to beach. Large pools, kids pool. Lots of things to do in walking distance.
Nice resort on the Atlantic. Great weather. Friendly staff. Beach umbrellas are over priced.
Not a bad little spot. Good for kids. Priced about right for the area.
641 parking spaces and 720 rooms. Is that even legal? Its definitely not common sense. View from the room, amenities, accommodations, spectacular. However, the dryer, dishwasher was broke and there were no blankets/comforters in the guest bed room. Credit to the facility for getting it all fixed quickly.
I really love the Ocean walk and all the shops! Great get away daycation for me and my family!
I wish I could leave 0 stars.Staff doesnt answer the phone, only text messages. Who ever is in the other end is rude and dismissive. We have had cigarette smoke and pot smoke blowing into our room all night. They say there is nothing they can do since they allow smoking!! Right on their website it says 100% nonsmoking.Staff could care less, they already have your money! All afternoon the guy painting the unit next to us blasted death metal music, litterally all day.So this ocean front room with balcony is a total waste unless I want to go deaf and get second had smoke in my face.Going to call the bank tomorrow.
This is our first time staying at Club Wyndham and was very happy. The wristbands are great for easy access to the rooms. The two-bedroom suite was awesome! Love being able to send text messages to the front desk anytime we have questions or need something. The Bellman, Paul was very nice and did awesome. We will be back next year.
Really great rooms loved the hot tubs. WiFi restrictions are a little annoying however the view from the 25th floor is amazing I been here for 3 days so far and it’s going very well. My mother passed a month ago and she really enjoyed this place was a great time so far with my family. Was a good escape from the loss. Thank you for the great experience so far.
I wish I could give it 4 but you guys need to figure out your room problem. We arrived at 7pm. Checked in got to our and found no king bed even thought that what we payed for a king size. Went down stairs they could not help said all the rooms were full and she told us too call booking.com got no answer. Because it birthday we just went back up and push the two beds to together. But you guys need to figure out this issue and have a plan in place. I really loved the pool area it was relaxing and the food was good. Just figure out your booking issues.
We come every year!Great place to stay with no need for your car once you arrive. Pools, beach, food, and shops a few steps away.FYI the rooms that are street side are very noisy with traffic. The big trucks rev all night and loud music shakes your room like you are at the monster truck jam. I recommend a beach side room if available.Beds are comfortable and service is quick with any needs you may have.Life guards are always attentive and the water is beautiful.
Stayed a week, everything went smooth. The room was clean and besides not having coffee filters everything was there. The pool area was great and for families with kids, the kiddie pool was an actual pool with a waterfall! Where was this when I was a kid? Plus, oceanfront balconies had a great view of the sunrise every morning. My only suggestion is to make the bedroom windows be able to open so we could hear the waves during sleep.
This resort was great!! Very clean! Friendly staff! Definitely going to come back!!
Ocean walk has been fantastic. The front desk staff and the amenities are absolutely amazing. The room that we stayed in Could use a few updates. But the hotel itself has been worth every dime. Everything is so clean, the people here are so so nice, and it’s just refreshing to be somewhere so enjoyable!
Amazing 10/10. We have a beautiful view of the beach, many stores and restaurants, and the indoor pool area has a family movie nights. I would definitely recommend for family vacations. If you have a larger family the bigger rooms are great. The bigger rooms resemble an apartment with a fullly functioning kitchen (with supplies), a master bedroom and bath, a room with two queen sized beds, a room with one queen sized bed, and a another bathroom.
This place told us we would have an oceanfront to get us to sign up for the tour. Now look at our view! Stay away from the tours and enjoy your visit the Condo made it up to us as much as possible. No IOcean front but they sent us up a basket of wine and goodies. Nor exactly what were expecting but we appreciate the effort. The tour was our main problem the lies were uncalled for!
Staff is super nice and helpful. Nice place. Just needs a bit of updating for the price. We have come here a few times and really enjoy it overall. Not pleased we have to purchase ice at $3 for 10lb. They took out the ice machines on the floors 🤷♀️. We use a lot of ice on vacation. 😜
Visited a friend that was staying there. Beautiful place. Has everything you would want on a beach vacation. The only thing I could say wrong was I had to pay 10.00 to park across the street and when I left the next morning they tried to charge me another 10.00. I argued and they let me out without paying again. I guess if your there more than 24 hours they try to get 10.00 a day, no matter what time you leave. But theres no time on the ticket they give you, just a date.
We couldnt get into a room until after 7:45pm. They were over 100% booked and ended up putting us in a personally owned condo room that wasnt the quality we expected. We paid for a king size bed, we got 2 doubles which were hard as a rock and we were sore after sleeping on them. We had to ask for a shower curtain. We werent given a proper pass to the garage so when we went out for lunch the next day we had to get the guard to let us in and go back to the desk to ask for one. They locked out of our room the 3rd day and had to have security let us in to get to our ID and reactivate the card. They are understaffed (probably due to pandemic) so you never get new towels. The lazy river was smaller than I expected and overcrowded with no control and was dirty. The hotel restaurant was not open, so the only food option was the Starbucks/cafe, and the pizza was terrible. Thankfully, they couldnt screw up Starbucks coffee. We were harassed with a timeshare thing just to get our pool wristbands. They lied to us and said it wasnt a timeshare thing but a positive review thing, and that the 75 bucks they wanted was to cover the taxes for the future vacation they were giving us. We had to fight to get that money back after seeing the truth in the email confirmations. There are copies of an injunction all over the building for this exact scam, but they are still running it. We left a day early with confirmation that we wouldnt get charged because we were dissatisfied. They have incorrectly refunded us less than what it was supposed to be because of other daily fees than the hotel room charge, and I still have to fight with them on that. This was the worst hotel stay weve ever had and I will never use Club Wyndham ever again.
We have been coming here for 3 years in a row and love everything about it!!
Nice hotel was clean very nice staff we had a very fun time here and will definitely come back. Been here for 13-15 years and was never a bad experience. Will definitely come back.
Kind of a mixed experience. The room was great, except where things were broken and badly repaired, very clean except in the places it was really dirty. The kids waterslide was closed the entire time we were here. Check- in took forever, with 3 different lines we had to stand in. Just as we were leaving, I noticed the smoke detector in the kitchen/ living room area had been disabled with a plastic bag. Super scary.
Our unit had some issues. The light on the microwave and in the oven did not work. There were some tiles in the kitchen that needed to be fixed. The hallways were very warm. The staff were very helpful and polite.Wish there was an actual sit down restaurant on the grounds.
I stayed here twice, once in 2018 and once now, in 2021. I have to say the difference in service, access to promised facility’s is drastic. There is a bar out at the pool, which I believe is half the experience that has been open once out of my 8 day stay. When the workers are asked why it hasn’t open their answers are vague. There is also a Starbucks and bistro in the hotel that is supposed to open at 7, but not one day that I have went has it open nearly on time. These are only 2 of my several annoyances. Not fun paying thousands to stay and get the bare minimum. I’m being nice giving 2 stars. Won’t be staying again.
There were 3 people who were amazing. Cameron was so helpful when I was making our reservations. Since I was making arrangements for family members he was able to keep us close together. Alli Owens was an account rep who was so informative and absolutely not pushy in trying to get us to buy. When we are ready to make an additional purchase we will do it with Alli. Finally Leslie the runner in housekeeping. She was so helpful and pleasant, always making sure she greeted me when she saw me. A wonderful lady.
Ew to the fan and cushions, really didnt like the hallway view. Light from the hallway creeping in from the doors and windows even with shades. Woke up to no hot water and have no idea why but I didnt complain. Asked for an upgrade to a beach view that I offered to pay for and was told no. Im pretty mad I paid that much even with a timeshare presentation. Kitchen is cute though.$150 deposit and $40 fee for the water park.
It was clean for the most part and close to the beach. My kiddo had a great time in the kiddy pool. There was a room mix up that we didnt find out about until we got there with an extremely late check in but they fixed it the next day and gave us a credit. Definitely not what it once was. But its as good once, as it ever was.
My family vacationed here in the summer of 2021, thus the activities available were limited due to COVID-19 restrictions. The building and room itself were at the same high quality Ive come to expect of any Wyndham vacation resort. The love the availability of indoor pools whenever it rained, the two pools outside, us the lazy river. Of course, the convenience of having full access the beach is the perfect reason why we choose this resort to begin with. I love being right next to the Village Shops and the amphitheater below for entertainment within walking distance. The ONLY complaint that I have is the divide between the South Tower & North Tower because of different timeshare ownership. The staff of the original Ocean Walk not owned by Wyndham were not friendly and would bounce us back to the Wyndham staff after we were instructed to go there for certain assistance. As a Wyndham owner, Id like it if the remaining legacy owners sold to Wyndham to get this property as a 100% Wyndham owner resort and stop the confusion. Either way, I look forward to one day returning here.
First Timer For Daytona: Absolutely loved our stay here. Pool area is fabulous and not too crowded. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Awesome views. Right on the beach. Perfect baecation getaway. Having the ability to check in from the car and send texts for help were a big plus.
My family and I have stayed here every labor day weekend for 10 years. missing it last year was awful, so we were super excited for this year. MOST every thing was OK.. except the CREEPY security guards that are babysitters at the pool. you can smoke cigarettes any where you wish, but cannot (a) save a chair (b) bring your own chair (c) have your own float.. all while a security guard will come over and put their arm around your shoulder and ask do you dance? (yes.. this happened to me and my sisters all weekend). every year the price goes up and every year youre limited on what you can do. I think its time to find a new destination for my family.
I loved the beach and the hotel it was amazing!! I was un lucky enough to be tricked into seeing a time share. When I get home I see a bill that was sent to my moms house with my wife’s name on it for $4200.00!! My wife never bought a time share and we never gave them my moms address. From what it looks like to me they smudged paper work used my wife’s name and my moms address to fraudulently buy us a time share how nice of them. I in no way did this and neither did my wife. The hotel is very nonchalant about it and don’t seem to care they committed fraud and have been no help!!!!!!! If someone that is important for this hotel reads this post please help me because every number I call directs me to someone else and the crooks that showed me the timeshare is of course know where to be found!!!!
Perfect location for a weekend at the beach. We went for a girls weekend- but definitely a family friendly resort.Joey- the security guard made our pool experience even better. He was funny, attentive to all guests and gave us some laughs.May sound weird to call out a security guard, but when a person does their job and does it well- you gotta give credit where credit is due.We had an amazing time at this resort- will be back!!
Always a great time. Suites are always spacious. Family meet up from different areas to spend time together. Hot tubs, lazy river, pools and childrens swim area, not to mention the beach. Something for everyone. Plenty of places to eat..if we didnt feel like cooking. All the amenities of home. Wonderful place
Pretty cool place aside from the time share meeting 🤨 Our balcony could have been cleaned much better, but outside of that its a great spot!
Great customer service. We loved everything about the resort, our room was clean and spacious. Loved the fireworks. We will definitely be back.
Dont know too much yet. Bought into the timeshare though and saw some really nice apartments also saw a lot of the layout and was very pleasantly surprised. My wife swore up down she would not buy in but it was just too good a deal to pass up.You can go anywhere in the world and stay in one of the resorts for less than a condo would it cost.
Dont be fooled giving this place money! 1☆ at the MOST. Our room was outdated, the furniture was broken, no cleaning service, room was filty, there were hundreds of kids running around and the pool you couldnt find a lounge chair because people would throw towels saving the whole bunch of seats and no one would show for hours to sit in them. I would NEVER go back to this dump.
The resort has been well maintained. The Ocean Walk Shops have gone to pot. Movie theater closed, but that was predictable. It was running poorly prior to covid. Part of the draw to Ocean Walk Resort was the shops attached. See no reason to return.
Love it. Only flaw: Building casts shadows at sunset. Do pool early, beach later.
Things to know~ The outdoor pools and lazy river are not heated. If you are a Wyndham owner you will be put in the North tower, some units are directly above the parking garage, and those facing north have balconies that receive no sun all day. The complex completely shades the pools and sun deck by 1:30pm. It appears as if the balconies and windows havent been cleaned in quite awhile. The windows have visible mold growth. Our balcony had food dumped on it from previous guests. After several calls they came and swept it off.The location is fabulous. We were happy to be three city blocks from the pier and main street which has an arcade, many shops, and restaurants. The bandshell is right next door, and the beach is lovely. The two bedroom units are spacious and pretty well equipped. We had a city and ocean view which was nice from the level we were on. Overall we would stay there again for the price we paid during Bike Week. I just hope they hire some window washers, and clean the balconies better.
This property has a lot of potential but could definitely use a good cleaning and a coat of paint. Our shower curtain had mold on it, the bathroom was dirty and the trim was falling off the wall. The pool area could definitely use some TLC. For the most part the staff was friendly but security was thick and kind of annoying.
This place has completely sucked all the joy out of our vacation, with their corporate rule, you can only leave your towel and chair, unattended for 30 minutes. Therefore you cant take walks on the beach, without setting a timer, you cant go to your room and make a sandwich because by the time you wait in line for elevators get to your room and wait on elevators to get back down its over 30 minutes! Then, someone else is sitting in your chair and theyve packed all your stuff up and taken it away! It was stressful, and absolutely ruined our vacation and the routine of our pool day! I paid $499. a night, and this is how youre treated!!! Ive never been so disappointed in a place, plus paid a Fortune to stay here! The staff could absolutely care less.
Pretty nice.mostly time shares great views pools lazyriver.indoor pool shut down.security is good..something was up with AC.had to keep it cold to keep humidity from making everything wet.
Excellent place for family vacation. Elevators did not get backed up very often this trip. Beautiful beach and ridable waves.
Our family vacation was lit and the Ocean Walk was a big part of that. It was the best hotel on the strip. The location and amenities where A-1.
Very clean and they are very helpful. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay there.
Great stay! Perfect location for a family vacation. So much to do all within walking distance. The view from our room was outstanding. With the fantastic pools, pool side bar and beach side room...couldnt ask for more. We will be returning
Beautiful resort! The balcony view was amazing. The sound of the beach is relaxing. It was crowded and busy overall. The hotel room was slightly outdated. But it was nice to have a full kitchen. The pull out sofa 🛋 was pretty comfortable. Even more comfortable than the king 🤴 bed 🛌. The bathroom 🚻 could have even cleaned better and the shower 🚿 pressure wasnt the best. The furniture needs updated for sure. Some of the amenities were closed due to covid. And the lazy river wasnt open at all times. The service was slow at the front desk. So allow plenty of time to check in but the customer service was good here. The text assistant was efficient and informative!
Nice property, great location, nice suites. On the beach, lazy rover and two pools.Easy parking. Clean rooms.
Understaffed. Nothing is open. 4 days to get any music out at pool. Slide is closed and the game room is a JOKE. They dont clean out the pools with a jet of debris. Hardly anywhere to sit. Overcrowded. Maintenance was called to room 4 times for different things. What do I pay Wyndham maintenance fees for?!!! Excuses doesnt help either. Black mold coming out of vents in my room and ceiling fans are super super dusty. Probably a years worth of dust or more. Securoty guys look like something off the street and not very bright. They dont know how to answer any questions and do not know their surroundings. I asked a man last night downstairs wheres the movie and he said he didnt know, then he changed his mind and said the indoor pool. Smh. I wont be back. Just to think that I paid for this trip. Drive 8 hours for a Blvd room. Not even ocean view.
Check into this resort and I was disappointed. The carpet was soaking wet in the dinning area. This is our second time been disappointed with this resort.
This place is past its due date, needs a complete clean up and remodel.
Absolutely no troubles! They provided beach towels, toiletries, laundry detergent even extra popcorn and lemonade when requested. Super friendly staff and right on the beach. The choice of pools was a huge success with us as well! We couldnt have asked for a nicer vacation!
We love this place and stay each year.
Loved this Club hotel very Nice smell when you walk in and the hotel was very clean and made our stay very enjoyable and we will come back again thank you.
Its a very nice place to stay. The customer service there is very friendly and professional. That place has always be booked.
Very outdated. We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo type. If you like 1990 furniture then this is the place for you. I wouldnt come back. Its not the worst but sure isnt the greatest. The only thing nice is the ocean view.
Overall our stay here was great. The staff is friendly, the food is good and our room was very spacious. There seems to be a lack of places to eat in the area. Every restaurant we went to had at least a 2 HOUR wait. My only complaint about the facilities are the pool and deck amenities. The lazy river needs more floaties. We counted and there were only 16. The capacity of the lazy river is 30. Shouldn’t you provide 30 floaties? There are rules posted everywhere that no one enforced. You aren’t supposed to be in the lazy river without a float but kids are running and swimming under floats. As a former lifeguard I can’t express strongly enough how dangerous this is. The water slide hasn’t been open the entire time we were here. We spoke to other guests who come every year and it wasn’t open for them last year either. Why have these amenities if they won’t be available? The pool in front of the south tower and the lazy river close if lightening is within 15 miles of Daytona. If you’re familiar with FL you know this happens DAILY! The pool in front of the other tower stays open until lightening is within 5 miles of Daytona. This makes more sense to me. BUT WHY different rules for different pools. It just angers guests and doesn’t make sense. The pools were closed more than they were open during our stay because of the 15 mile lightening rule. There are some decks higher than the pool level and we were told we were not allowed to sit there when the pool in front of the North tower was still open. The inconsistencies are confusing and distressing when you just want to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Loved it great hospitality except for the security theres a black guy thats about 200 lb out of shape that thinks hes a tough guy other than that in my eyes hes soft as funeral music and they can do a whole lot better with serving breakfast to the guest
The best security at a hotel I’ve ever stayed at! But everything else was pretty poor… not enough elevators, no moving carts, the pools were closed half the time we were here… the water slide was closed the entire time, front reception was rude when we checked in. It would have been a worse rating but we stayed in an AirBnB so I can’t take off points for how terrible the room was too…. Thought it would be a great experience but definitely regret staying here.
Your response as the “owner” clearly explains the problem with this property. Everyone wants to place the blame on someone else. Believe me I get the entire process, I sat through the 2 hour time-share presentation. What a joke….why would anyone in there right mind want to be trapped into this madness. As someone whose traveled yearly since I was a kid I understand things happen and there’s unavoidable issues that arise, but the simple lack of sympathy/compassion from the Wyndham brand is really sad. Whether these condos are rented directly from you or an owner they are a direct representation of Wyndham. Your customer service at the resort was absolutely terrible.
Your pillows were terrible, this hotel is very run down and we werent even given clean towels or shampoo for our stay. For this very overpriced holiday inn i would have expected at least what I get at all the other holiday inns . Terrible experience.
I stayed with friends. The resort was clean, staff was always friendly a helpful. There were security staff to keep things safe around pool area an in parking garage. I would return with out any hesitation.
I’m writing another review to say that the building is not completely run by Wyndham, which is an atrocious business model. Why would you have two towers in the same building yet not make it blatantly obvious that one tower is a different company than Wyndham? Maybe if they posted this information the same way they post info about their ONGOING LAWSUITS against them guests would be aware and able to STAY AWAY from here
Very nice accomodations, friendly and helpful staff. Pools and beach were great!!! Cant wait to visit again!!!
This hotel is a good summation of Daytona Beach - It’s terrible. Our place was gross. We booked a suite with a kitchen and the entire place was dirty. Carpet was disgusting, the bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was trash in the room, hair all over the bathroom, dust everywhere, and it smelled like urine in the hallway outside. There legit was a piece of trash on the floor of our hotel for all 4 days we stayed at the place. The store in the lobby has a fake Starbucks that always opens late. All you smell in the pool area or on the balcony is marijuana smoke. Multiple other people in our group got rooms with broken A/C. Outside of the hotel is nothing but homeless people. I wouldn’t stay at this place again if it was free.
Beautiful. And the staff WOW theyre all so nice and helpful with everything.Beds are very comfortable.Everything you need is right here.
