We booked a little studio for just my spouse and I and it was perfect and so affordable. Then, we had the idea to book a huge home and coordinate a big post-COVID family reunion. This agency worked with us and were patient on the phone to help us a find a home that worked for everyone. We had really specific needs such as a first floor master for my elderly parents and so many other things. I tried finding the information myself on the website but it was so tricky with everything we need. I called them up, listed all the crazy things we needed, and the agent knew instantly two houses that fit our needs and were available for our dates. AMAZING! We just left and had the best time. Everything was better than expected and I think Daytona is our new favorite beach destination town just because weve found a rental agency we can trust.

We rented a home in Port Orange at the end of June.The location was fantastic, right on the beach. This was convenient with the kids.There were issues with the house through the week. Michael and Alyia from the management company were responsive and helped during our stay.

Ive been using this rental agency for years and years every Race Week. They truly never fail to impress me! We always rent a big house and even though houses have come and gone and weve stayed at a few, they are always even better than pictured. Once during our stay the one of the toilets stopped working. I was able to quickly email them and I dont even know how they got to us so fast! I really cant imagine renting through anyone else after the reliable service theyve provided our family over the years. Thank you!!

Thanks goodness for this agency! We rented from some random owners on AirBNB only to be called while we were driving down that they double booked it! What a nightmare! We googled rental agencies in the area, not wanting to deal with random owners again, and this place had great reviews so we called them up.Even though it wasnt their fault at all, they really bent over backwards to find us a place last minute and we had a big group of picky people to accommodate! They were pretty much sold out but were in the process of bringing on a new house and called the owner to see if we could rent it and they got it pushed through super fast considering the home wasnt even online yet!The house was perfect and even better than the one we originally rented and the price was so reasonable. They communicated with us quickly and we all agreed that having the random owners fall through was really a blessing in disguise because we got to rent from this awesome agency in a sweet house!

First off, I want to say how amazing our vacation was last week. From the beginning, Michael was very responsive and was able to get me in their brand new Aruba building condo.I definitely will be back and recommending everyone to rent with Oceans Luxury Vacations.

We were so grateful for our stay in room 342. There was an issue with the air and the communication with michael was incredible. He had someone out same day. He followed up and made the experience a great one. I would highly recommend this resort!

Outstanding customer service from the team at Oceans Realty! They handled a problem we had with the pool at a rental house in S. Daytona Beach last week. Michael kept in constant contact until the problem was resolved then Aaliyah took it from there! Would definitely use Oceans Realty again!

Although we just checked in a couple of days ago I can highly recommend renting your vacation him from Ocean Luxury Vacations. Renters beware.Houses are not like described.Overpriced for what you get.Hardly any supplies are provided.House was dirty and very run down.Rented a Daytona beachfront house for 1 week - 8000$ usd and we were very disappointed.Lastly, tried to contact management multiple times and they failed to answer.

We were so excited to come to Daytona Oceans luxury but with the current circumstances cancellation was the only option!Ocean Luxury handled our reservations with compassion and professionalism ! We will be back 🙌
