Charles and Joyous Vacations have always been there. They respond to any questions I may have in a timely manner and supply any additional information I may need. They are there, 24/7. I sometimes wonder if Charles sleeps. I have been with Joyous Vacations since 1992 and have never had any problems with its operation. Once Charles came aboard, I noticed a difference and he has, in fact, made a monumental difference. Charles stays on top of the latest tech and strives to include it in the operation to provide us owners with as many rentals as possible. Weve stayed at Evergreen Cabin outside Colorado Springs several times. Charles is always an informative and attentive host, but unobtrusive. If you need help, hes available. If not, he has ensured the cabin is clean and ready for guests. The cabin itself is amazing. Wed probably live there all summer, if we had the chance. Great views and wildlife, and a real sense of isolation, but only 20-something minutes from Walmart or a movie theater in Woodland Park. Or 20 minutes from the casinos or live theater in Cripple Creek. Mueller State Park, and several other hiking trailheads, are even closer. The cabin has no internet, but an excellent, family-friendly DVD collection. If Charles is your host, youll enjoy your stay.

They rent my place out a lot and take care of everything for me, and make me lots of money in the process. Couldnt be easier.
