We have stayed at many units at this resort this unit 806 was horrible! The ac did not cool more than 78 degrees the smell in the unit was funky and the kitchen was very dark the best part was the great weather so we didn’t have to spend too much time inside. We know they must be aware because they have fans in each room thank goodness, we left a day early and that is very unusual for us. Never will we stay in that unit again. Thank goodness it was not our first time to visit this resort.

Honestly the place is nice. If there weren’t so many roaches it would be a hell of a nice place. But I don’t know about y’all but I can’t sleep with roaches crawling around. The roaches are centrally located in the kitchen for the most part. After the first couple hours we decided to leave and get a hotel that isn’t a roach motel. I would not suggest this place to anyone. I tried speaking with the owner(John) and he declined there being any roaches. Wpretty upsetting when the owner can’t admit he has a problem. I suggested Massey services to his place to Mayb help with his problem but he declined which means the problem still exists he just doesn’t want to admit it. He claimed her pest control is out every week. Let me ask you John, if there isn’t any problem with roaches why do you have a pest control service out weekly..... exactly..... it’s because you know you have a problem. I expect a full refund. I stayed in room 105

Perfect beach front get away!

My family and I stayed here for 7 days. Donna was super easy to work with. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and even allowed us to check in a day earlier with less than 24 hours notice. The condo was clean and nicely furnished and the view was great. The televisions have HDMI ports so we were able to use our firestick and the air conditioning was AMAZING! The staff was helpful but otherwise left us alone. The only negative thing I can say is that there were extra pillows, blankets and bed spread but no sheet set for the sofa bed. We will definitely return and refer our friends and family.

The rental is awesome!!! So close to the beach and with pool and hot tub access. Its also next to the pier and our favorite Daytona spots like Crabby Joes! I have used this as my getaway several times. I have never had any health issues and the owners were extremely accommodating.
