I really like living here. Everything is so organized. The leasing professionals are very helpful and responsive. The place is relatively new, and facilities are amazing. I love going to the gym here. They have a very nice study room too. You’ll love it here.

This place is the worst. I signed for a master room in 4b4b but they switched to a small room without telling me(I have the email that shows I asked for master room). I find out that after I move in. The office said they cannot fix it. They give me a offer switch to a master room in 5b5b with same price. Ridiculous! If you have any other options, never choose here.

I like this place really more than my previous apartment that I stay in Pleasant Hill. I was recommended by a friend who also stays here too. The employees are very welcoming and always be there to help me if I was a bit confused over a thing. Also, it has a gym & study room where you can print papers that you need. The only issue was that the TV in the apartment only can play HD not 4k. It’s easier for the package stuff because they have their own locker too. Overall, I’m really satisfied with everything here. 👍👍👍

The front office always responds and calls back quickly to any questions you send them and they are all super kind. The apartment was in perfect condition when moving in. The furniture already in the apartment made the move a lot easier and was in a very clean condition. It might be a little more expensive than other places but the convenience and quality can’t be topped especially it’s also a short drive from the university.

Linh and Betty are very helpful, they answered our questions clearly and are so kind. From what I saw, the property is beautiful and appliances seem sturdy, there is a lot of natural light in the room we walked through. So far the process- the tour, signing the lease etc...- went very smoothly, now all is left is to move in!

Office staffs are super patient and sweet, they explains with detailed information! When asking for help they always response in a timely manner, the apartment amenities are great and convenient, specially if you are new Davis.

I just finished my tour of my unit and of the facility at Sterling on 5th! I was so impressed and everything that was discussed was very clear and all of my questions were able to be answered. I had such a pleasant experience and everyone was so nice and accommodating. I cannot wait to move in in September and live at Sterling

This is best and most valued apartment I ever lived since I live in Davis back to 2015. The facility is brand-new and incredible. I really like the huge parking structure, new furnitures, convenience, amenities and the overall cleanliness. Especially, the community staffs are super friendly and responsible. Highly recommend 5th sterling!

The property was beautiful and I loved the amenities. Betty also answered all my questions so well. I really appreciate how accommodating she was. I can come off a little aggressive when stressed but she knew exactly how to help me and what was best. The gym was really nice and so was kitchen in the apartment

Incredible apartment complex. Everything is of highest quality and follows a modern style as youd expect for the price tag. Every single member of the staff is as friendly as can be and are very willing to help in any way you can. Units are quiet and the included furnishings are pretty good. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for the best living experience in Davis, CA.

The apartment is really nice with brand new furniture and utilities. I can say this is the newest and most comfortable apartment in Davis. Whats more, the assistants in the office are really nice and friendly. I love them!

This place is so clean and nice. I love the modern layout. The apartment comes fully furnished which is a huge plus! The staff is sooo nice and helpful, I cannot stress this enough. They really care about their residents and are there for them every step of the way. They have study rooms on each floor which is extremely useful. I recommend anyone staying in Davis to live here!

This facility is super nice, just like the pictures provided online. I thought the pictures online were too good to be true, but all amenities are portrayed accurately. Everyone here at Sterling is so welcoming and has great energy. The staff is super inviting, cheerful, and understanding. Linh and Olivia were a big help answering all of my questions before choosing Sterling 5th Street as my new home. Upon arrival Linh kindly walked me through my first payment, where to collect my mail/ packages, etc. Moreover, the staff continues to answer my daily questions pertaining to the building as well as navigating around Davis.

Just had a virtual tour and the staff are so welcoming and nice! Even through a virtual call, they wore their masks and was able to answer all my questions. Facility looks great, even through a screen! There are so many great amenities and the community seems very genuine. I can definitely see myself living here!!

I came in for a tour this week and it did not disappoint! I was in awe the whole tour because everything was so nice, modern, and spacious. All of the amenities were great! There was an amazing gym, pool, and apartment layout. The staff was super welcoming and responsive right when I walked in. We moved our son into Sterling 5th Street last week, and like the other reviewers have mentioned, the photos on the website accurately depict the property....which means its really, really nice. And like the other reviewers have mentioned, the people who work at Sterling 5th are incredibly friendly, nice, and professional. Special acknowledgements to Betty who checked us in on move-in day (which went smoothly) and Linh who answered our questions over the next several days. Notably, while speaking to Linh at the front desk, I noticed she greeted every delivery person who came in by their first name and asked how they were doing. Its nice to see the staff interact with people with such warmth, especially during these difficult times, and I am hopeful that the Sterling will provide a positive environment for our son as he begins his first year at Davis.From a parents perspective, these are the top 10 reasons we chose the Sterling for our son....1. Its one of the few apartments in Davis that has a washer and dryer in the unit - and they are big, new, energy-efficient front loaders that are nicer than the ones we have at home.2. Everything is still pretty much new because few of the amenities were used during the pandemic.3. Its secure - fobs to get into the property, fobs to get into your rooms, keys for bedrooms, and so on.4. Several bus lines stop pretty much in front of the apartment.5. You can bike/walk easily into downtown or campus - bike down 5th, turn left on L, turn right on 3rd, and go straight.6. The apartment is furnished with nice quality furniture - the wall mounted Alexa/Smart TV that comes with the room is an extra bonus.7. Huge amounts of storage in the kitchen and closet.8. The ceiling fans are great - open the windows and patio door in the morning and turn on the fans - the apartment cools down very quickly, so you can save money by not having to crank up the AC.9. The patio is larger than it looks in the photos - it easily fits a small table and two chairs.10. Everything can be done through the Resident Portal app - bills, maintenance requests, etc.There is also a very nice pool, a great coffee machine by the front desk, several study spaces, a fancy gym, bbq grills, hammocks, and a bunch of other stuff, but it didnt quite make the top 10 for us as parents.

I really love it here! I live by the pool and I love waking up early in the morning to see the view of the pool. I am truly excited when all the amenities are open to the resident. I also love the unit I am living in and the staffs here are very friendly.

I took a tour with Sterling 5th Street and although I (sadly) decided to lease someplace else because my financial plans fell through, I believe that they are one of the best, honest, and most professional off campus housing groups here in Davis. If you have a bit of money saved (it’s less expensive than the dorms and other places in Davis) I would recommend spending it here instead of at a place like West Village or some other sketchy housing companies (sadly these are common in Davis). There is a reason why the reviews here are good despite the price. That’s because Sterling 5th Street will deliver the quality of service you pay extra for. If I’m able to save up some more money in the future (or if rent at other places increases significantly in the next year), I would definitely give Sterling 5th Street a call.

Really love living here. So far my experience here has been phenomenal. Not only is this place big and beautiful, but the staff here treats you like family and really makes you feel at home!

The online tour was very helpful. I love how the gym is set up because one of my goals in life is to GET BIG and the gym there will allow me to do so. Linh was very helpful when I had questions and answered with confidence!

I was looking into leasing an apartment in Davis and I came across Sterling 5th Street. I thoroughly looked through their website and was very impressed with the amenities, features, and the overall feel of the community. All the rooms are furnished, which is great! Another great feature is that they go by individual leasing. When I called, I was helped by Damon and Linh, both who were very nice, welcoming, responsive, and professional. Great management and a nice apartment complex are VERY RARE to come across in Davis. The team followed up with me a few days after my initial inquiry, which I thought was a very good sign. I am very pleased with the interactions that I had with the leasing team. I was looking into a short term lease, however, which is currently not offered. There is only an option for a 1-year lease. Although I did not sign on, I was very pleased with the great customer service from the Sterling 5th Team.

I’m absolutely obsessed with Sterling 5th Street!I love how modern the buildings are and in love with all the amenities they have to offer...gym, outdoor yoga studio, pool. The entire staff has been extremely helpful from beginning to end. Betty and Olivia were kind enough to do a FaceTime tour of my potential unit and answered all the questions I had.
