Ive lived in many different places throughout the U.S., and I cannot overstate how lovely my experience has been with Cranbrook. Where my previous rental companies/landlords have failed, Cranbrook consistently succeeds. Their management team is friendly, accommodating, and easy to reach; their maintenance team is skilled and quick to respond; and the location is great, with plenty of parking, easy access to downtown, and a laidback atmosphere.I highly recommend this place for anyone considering moving to Davis.

I was worried about moving to the Davis area and finding an apartment. They made it easy. I’ve toured over 15 complexes and they were the ones to be most in contact and attentive. They answered all of my questions and were just a text away if something new popped up. So far my experience has been great and looking forward.

I believe 7 years of stay is enough to write a review about any apartment complex and its management crew!Yes, we lived here for 7 years and had to move out of Cranbrook only because we bought a new house!We left this wonderful place with memory of joyful time we had and the sweet-sweet memories of 7 years of our life.Our ten year old son was so sad to leave the Cranbrook apartment. He cried for two days after leaving the apartment. What magic the Krissy and her team could have done to the 10 year old boy...!After living in Davis for 11+ years (including 7 years in Cranbrook apartments), in our opinion, no other place is better than Cranbrook to live.Our sincere thanks to Krissy and her team for making our 7 years of stay in Cranbrook so memorable.

Recently renovated the interior looks very modern. Plenty of shade gonna need it for the summer heat. The rent is decent

Management here is 10/10. I really felt they really cared about me as a resident with whatever issue I had and they are SO prompt about things. The apartments are old but honestly I didnt mind it. I was really happy

Living here has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff is amazing and always there to answer questions. They really do go above and beyond to resolve issues and get things taken care of. The units are extremely comfortable and practical. The complex has beautiful landscaping and its about a 20 min walk to downtown Davis, making it perfect for college students and working professionals. Cranbrook also features a huge swimming pool (and jacuzzi) as well as washer/dryers that use credit card (making them very convenient). Theres a study area and gym too thats well-equipped. The complex is also very quiet at night (for study and sleep) but lively in the day making it a fun place to hangout. I love living here and I think you will too. Id give it six stars but Google only lets me do 5.

We lived here for more that two years and our experience was mixed.Pros: Cheap, good location, quick maintenance service, nice club house.Cos:1. The building structures are old. We lived on 2nd floor and floor in our apartment was weak at some places.This irked the downstairs tenets a lot and they complained multiple times. it made us super uncomfortable in the apartment and we were tiptoeing all the time. The management did not do anything except a small personal inspection that concluded that the floors are weak and thats what is generating the noise.2. All facilities in apartments are not as shown in the model apartment. We lived in 1 bedroom apartment many other 1 bedroom apartments had two air conditioning units (living room and bedroom). But ours did not. We were paying the same rent as others and others were getting better amenities. Even After multiple requests, management did not give us another AC unit. This almost felt like cheating to us.Overall recommendation: Its one of the cheaper apartment complexes, but not the most comfortable. You get what you pay.

Not my style

Excellent place to live. Management is very nice, always available and supportive. Amenities include pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry, study room and parking lot. As for the price, at this point (2017) it is very competitive compared to other places

My daughter lived there for two years while attending UC Davis. Staff and management was great to work with. Parking was sufficient, laundry facilities clean and reasonably priced. And a safe neighborhood.

Got my motorcycle stolen there and office refused to show me the cameras and did nothing about it

Nice apartment complex in East Davis. People seem nice. Everyone seemed to have no problem accomadating my moving truck.

Awesome place to live..one of the best apartments in Davis..I lived here only for 9 months,i had to move to out of California otherwise i would have lived here longer..i have 2 kids there, was no issue for the time i was living there...Leasing Staff are very helpful specially Tiffany and Chrissie....Maintenance was always quick,we have awesome staff there..Ivan is just a superman..haha.. You get more than you pay..free cookies..choclates..snacks..everytime one or other events will happen..make you feel home..I would recommend for everyone who are looking for nice apartment in Davis,CA.Good Job Cranmanagement,Thankyou for all the help..
