I had been with Peggy White’s office for 2 years and I will never go back again. I returned my lease in March and opted to not have car for some time due to Covid. When I called the office to let them know that I returned my lease and will not be renewing a lease they simply returned the over charges for insurance and didn’t say anything else. Flash fwd to June I decided to get a car again so I called State Farm like a loyal costumer to get insurance again and found out my license was suspended. Peggys office ended up turning me into the state for driving without insurance and my license had been suspended for months. I didn’t have a vehicle so I didn’t understand why their office would do this. I was never informed by her office nor the state of this. When I spoke to Tunisia about this she told me it’s my fault for this. Very rude staff. Peggy is also never available by phone. I ended up having to pay $150 to get my license reinstated for something that was entirely unnecessary on their end.

I got an email with an awesome deal and as soon I called tp talk to Leonor, she took great care of me with my policy. Super professional and nice. Highly recommended!

I usually cannot connect with someone to question when I call but the last time was the worst: I had an accident and wanted to file a claim. The receptionist was told it was for a claim and kept me waiting for 6+ minutes ( actually I had to call twice ) and then finally told me that I had to call the CLAIM office of State Farm, which she could have told me in the first 30 seconds.I might keep the claim with this office until it is cleared but I shall switch agents ASAP after that.

Peggy Waite office didnt informed us about repayment in time, purposely, just because someone hit my car, so she let us down, not reliable, not helpful either, now I have no insurance because of this office, be very careful while choosing Insurance office, I trusted this office to help me but they did a bad job and now I have no insurance of cars. Corporate head office keep on telling me to call the local off. and this off. keep on denying us for new policy, forget about reinstating the old one. I am so disappointed with Peggy Waite office, she is never available to ask questions and staff is rude, not helpful, pathetic service!
