I cannot say enough about this office! I am so thankful to have been a customer of theirs for years! Karen is my agent and I have to say I am so thankful for her, her professionalism, and just the overall hard work she puts in for our family every year. I have never had a bad experience with this office. Never. My questions are always answered in a timely manner and if it is something that the person I speak with is uncertain of I can almost guarantee I receive a follow up email or call within hours to let me know an answer or if they are still working it out. It has truly been a pleasure working with this office! If you’re looking for an agency this is the one for you!

When I call to leave a message, they do not return my call. I called multiple times in a row without response. The receptionist was very curt and rude. This isnt professional when handling time sensitive situations (Monica). However after this encounter, I spoke with Karen, and she was AMAZING. She is always super helpful and informative. However, upon my previous review their office has once again become non responsive. I plan to cancel my insurance with them today.

This review is for Gundie Bonner 9360 Commercial Blvd, Sunrise fl. Do not EVER go to this location or deal with the representatives here. We were in an accident (not at fault), and the car was totaled. We have not been able to purchase a car yet and extended the rental car to go to all the doctors appointments/tests and treatments. State Farm decided to cancel our policy and not cover the rental car. We were left with no insurance for a serious accident that was not our fault. Now we are paying a high rate of insurance for the rental car company. There was no sympathy as we asked to reinstate the policy due to their error but they said there is nothing they can do. Obviously several complaints will be filed. Stay away they are not professional or courteous people and do not care about your circumstances but they are happy to collect your monthly premium each month.

I have been with State Farm 6 years and no tickets, no accidents. This past year my transmission was in the process of blowing an I had to have my car towed 3 times. The great thing is I had insurance so I was not to concerned. The following month I received a new car and no problems in 7 months. The end of the Years came around and I called my insurance and noticed they didnt not charge for the previous month. I learned they had dropped me 32 days prior. When I asked why, due to my towing claims. I was in disbelief how being someone with a great record can be dropped from towing. No phone call, no email. They had sent a letter which I never received ! Crazy if you owe money they are calling emailing . Now that Im uncovered for over 30 days my insurance has doubled. Horrible customer service. When I called no one was in to speak to me I was transferred to leave a voicemail. Prior to this I called State Farm to have my car refinanced (my new car). I had to call the lady over a period of 4 days because she didnt call me back with options or answers after re running my credit. I will say State Farm needs work on customer service and communication. Will never recommend to anyone .
