I have had Allstate vehicle insurance through this agency for years, originally with Herb Schultz, the previous owner. Patrick and Victoria have been extremely helpful with the renewals, the pricing, and the policy details since the change and I am extremely pleased and comfortable with them.I hit a deer in upstate New York this summer, so ended up a long way from home with major damage to my truck. When I first spoke to Allstate the intake person came across as casual and uninterested,and in fact said I would only be contacted sometime in the next week or so by an adjuster who would at that point give me a schedule for the inspection- not that it would take a week to get the inspection, but they wouldnt even schedule me for a week.Now, I admit Im in a rural area but its still NY state and the truck has been towed to a reputable repair shop that deals with Allstate all the time. Patrick Motta and Victoria get five stars and my endorsement because they jumped in on my behalf immediately and got Allstate to respond. In fact, two days after the accident the adjuster called, said he worked with the shop all the time, and would be there the next business day. He completed the inspection, he and the shop agreed, Allstate confirmed, the shop ordered the parts, and the truck was fixed a week later.So, all in all, it took two weeks to fix the truck, about what I expected due to the extensive damage. Without Patrick and Victorias help who knows how long it would have taken.The only bump in the process was that phone call to Allstate, and an unconcerned claim agent. Patrick and Victoria helped enormously, got me escalated, and I really appreciate it, so Im pleased to write this positive review. Thanks.

These wonderful people have been nothing but good to me! Everyone there that has helped me has been kind, understanding and knowledgeable. They do their job well and I got lucky when I found them for all my insurance needs. They always have time to talk with you. Great little office!

About three weeks ago I went in for a full review of my auto and homeowner policies to ensure my coverage was adequate. In both cases a thorough review was made and I left confident that the agency was on top of my situation and my coverage in line with my needs. The staff was most attentive and the owner, Patrick Motta, was very friendly and welcoming. Their new offices are very nicely set out and, overall, it is a pleasure to do business with them.

Had appointed with the financial advisor. He called and canceled the appointment due to illness, which is understandable. informed me he would call in a few days. Never a call back from him . However Allstate Insurance I would recommend for your auto needs.

I discovered this Allstate Agency accidentally when having my haircut. I went in to ask a question that I was concerned about from my Statefarm agency. Steve Shulak sat me down and told me he could probably reduce my payment. Not only did he do that, but my policy was 100% better in terms of what I received. Then I decided to ask them about my homeowners policy. Sandra was able to get me a much better policy and saved me money. Diane has been a tremendous help as well for my other needs and questions. I dont normally write reviews, but this agency is Top Notch. I would advise anyone reading this review to stop in for quotes. You wont be sorry.
