A few years ago I needed professional liability insurance and contacted the University Group. They were super responsive and professional. They were able to secure a policy for me in no time flat and anytime Ive needed help with additional clients who also need to be listed as an additional insured, Mary is always Johnny on the Spot! She takes care care of my needs in lightening fast time. I live 300 miles away from this agency and wont change agents due to the incredible service I receive from this group!

This place is amazing! I had a small new company and was able to get a general liability policy and a workers comp policy at an affordable rate with no payroll record. Cynthia was incredible and made the impossible happen. I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. They are professional, affordable, and respond in a timely manner. I had certificates in my hand instantly and was able to help that company get back on site and back to work. I also use them personally for home owners insurance, theyve been incredible. I am not happy with the service from this Insurance Agency. About a year ago I begun speaking with Cynthia about different insurances, and we eventually used them for our workers comp. A few months ago, I had to get liability insurance, and must have followed up at least a few dozen times and nobody responded or replied. I let that slide. Now, this year, I paid my Workers Comp Insurance Premium with them before policy expiration, but ended up getting a letter from the insurer before the policy expired, have to waste my time making needless follow ups again.

I contacted Ms. Scott of University Insurance Group on a Friday wanting to know prices for a vehicle I was planning to purchase on Saturday. She was courteous and knowledgeable and within minutes informed me of various choices. She told me no problem to call her on Saturday with the exact vehicle and she would have my new insurance to me via email. This young lady lived up to my expectations and exceeded what excellence in customer service is. I was able to complete my vehicle purchase that Saturday and be on my way knowing I was properly covered and educated to ensure I purchased the best. Five stars is not enough to express the quality of an insurance professional Ms. Scott and the staff of a University Insurance Group are.

Sean helped me to find a cheaper rate on my auto insurance at my renewal. It was a very simple process and I saved nearly $50 a month on my auto insurance thanks to him. He followed up with me to assure I had all my documents taken care of so I didnt have any problems with my policy. Overall great place with great rates on insurance!

I have had to call this office several times when I have difficulty trying to get things completed online. They have never failed me. I just now got off the phone with Mary Wessell who couldnt have been nicer and more helpful! She knew I was frustrated and immediately said no problem, Ill take care of it. And guess what??? She did!!! In what was seconds an email appeared and my problem was resolved. Thanks to the professionalism in this office, I will never go anywhere else!!!! Update ******Im updating my review due to Cynthia reaching out to me and stating that she thought that I had received the revise quote that she had previously sent. She was very nice over the phone following back with an email on how it was a misunderstanding on her part and even included the new quote that I had been requesting. I did verify my spam/inbox folders for the original email and it was never received, the quote/call was received 3 weeks after obtaining an insurance from another agency.Original ******Initially agency seemed to be professional and courteous, but Cynthia Scott the agency owner was very unprofessional, Ive called multiple times, left voicemail and emails following back a mortgage insurance quote given, she hasnt responded once or replied, she couldve easily stated that she wasnt able to no longer honor the qoute or simply that she wasnt interested in working with me. Its the worst experience encountered with an insurance agency.

It’s hard to find agents in Florida who give as much attention to their clients. If you are looking for the personal help in finding the right insurance for your needs, UNIVERSITY AINSURANCE is great. Mary, their auto insurance consultant is very kind and always offers options. If your unhappy with your current broker, or just shopping, UIG is a great fit.
