I got a flyer in the mail from this office and thought the rate was too good to be true. Nonetheless, Im retired so thought Id kick their tires for a bit to see if I could find out more. I got Dustyn on the phone who greeted me promptly and seemed to know what he was talking about. We reviewed my homeowners insurance and he explained that he would get back to me before the end of the day as he had over 15 companies to work through. I didnt expect a call back to be honest, but less than an hour later, I got a call back from him with a quote. The quote was $30 cheaper than what was on the flyer and I couldnt believe it. The quote was emailed to me on the insurance company letterhead, not some generic document and I was on my way. Dustyn was able to secure the coverage for me 3 days later as agreed with no problem whatsoever. I have even waited a few months before leaving this review to ensure that nothing changed and I wasnt missing something. Ive called the carrier themselves several times to confirm as well and everything is on the up and up. Dustyn saved me $810 a year and was able to match the coverage I had before. Very impressed with this outfit.

I spent 5 years with a different Agency and never got a call from them when the credit card on file expired or when my policy renewed. I was tired of feeling like just a number and found this agency on google. I was shopping for homeowners insurance for a new home purchase and spoke to several agents in the Fort Lauderdale area. The other agents offered either D rated insurance companies at a premium or same A rated insurance companies at a higher cost as Great Florida. In the end, I chose Great Florida for good linking me with A+ rated insurance providers and good rates. Yesica Parra assisted me in all quotes and paperwork and she was professional and quick to respond.

This office was recently brought under new management and I cant tell you what a difference it has made. I felt like just a number here before and had a hard time getting calls returned. Its hard to find an office where you walk in and are greeted by smiling faces on a regular basis. I met Dustyn at a charity event and the timing couldnt have been more perfect. I was recently involved in a car accident and the Agent I was dealing with was of no help whatsoever. Dustyn offered to look into it for me because he said he had a good relationship with a rep in the claims office. Mind you, Dustyn was not my Agent at this time and had no reason to make this offer or even need to help in any way. I, of course, said there was no need for him to go out of his way, but he insisted. That following week, I received a phone call from the Claims Manager, herself, apologizing for the lack of communication from their office to me. They said that Dustyn reached out and when they heard his name and his office was associated, my name was put on the top of the list. TALK ABOUT SERVICE?! Again, Dustyn was not my Agent at this time, but still treated to me like I was one of his own clients. I received a full length update on the status of my claim, was able to get my vehicle looked at my claims adjuster that SAME day and got my car into a repair facility the next day!! Needless to say, I transferred my auto and renters insurance into Dustyns office and am telling everyone about my experience! Why would I pay this place for this kind of help right after a storm when I have questions? I will maintain business with Allstate where employees are available to help 24 hours a day.

I dont speak English fluently and this lovely lady that happens to be bilingual (excellent plus for the company) help me from the beginning to the end. She is charismatic, professional, dedicated, willing to go above and beyond, and satisfy customers needs.
