I had a very difficult task of getting my daughters tag transferred to a new vehicle she bought in one state, she is currently in a different state for work, with the car, and her resident state is here in South Florida. Their experience, professionalism and kindness were exemplary. We had unsuccessfully tried to get this done with another tag agency and had an awful experience. It was jarring how different FCI was and their courteous and knowledgeable service was such a pleasure.I must say I am not surprised. When I was in business i exclusively used them for all my tag and title work for over ten years and had the same experience. Was very slow, only 4 people working there. Had to wait in the hot sun outside for almost an hour. They had 2 more positions or windows to serve customers but no one was working.

FCI is the BEST! From the moment you call or come by they are professional, kind and patient. Being new to the state I called a few places in a row just trying to answer a registration question to no avail. FCI was so fantastic when I called them that I decided to drive 30 minutes just to use them. I was not disappointed. The entire staff was fantastic but Kai was especially AWESOME because she patiently made the process of tagging and tilting several vehicles seem effortless. Ana was also fantastic as she helped me get a collection of insurance quotes to look at. There were a couple others I worked with and they were amazing too! I needed to renew my registration/ Tag and get insurance in a hurry, it was a long and complicated situation (I was out of state and came back due to Covid) and I literally just came back from the ER with an injury on my hand . I did not have an appointment, I called and Neysa answered and greeted me at the door and immediately started helping me, Ana also came over and got my information to see what she can do about getting me insurances as well. I received my plates a day before they said it would get there and my insurance was immediate. I cant believe how fast they took care of me and how professional they were .I have to also add, their prices are extremely reasonable and they do all of the leg work for you I cannot recommend them enough. These folks will take good care of you and they are prompt!! Thank you guys and I will continue to do business with you :)

I have to say that this is the most friendly and helpful Tag Agency ever. It is very strange to visit a Tag Agency that provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I cant say enough about them! I have been a customer here about 5 times. Today, 9/28 I called them about a loss registration/sticker and they took the time to listen. They told me to stop by anytime and they will help me. I will be driving from North Miami Beach simply because of their customer service.

The level of desdain and disregard for customer service is one of the worst Ive seen.When asked about price to renew multiple tags, there was absolutely no mention of a heavily loaded service fee, that is later compounded by a 3% convenience fee.You will find out about it, after you paid.You are not allowed to step into the store and will ignore you, even when they see you from the inside standing there.The most you attention you will get if you are lucky, is a hand signal to call by phone.The general attitude is lime if they are doing you a favor..First and last time.PS. Hi Michelle. Got your voice mail and tried to call you back.Before i could even say hi, i was told to Please hold and then i got hung up. I guess that was my point.Have no issue with paying expired tag state taxes, my problem is with the agency and convenience fees that suddenly show on the final receipt.Glad that you guys are busier than ever.I will personally avoid doing business with you in the future.,

And without Ana and Angelica doing above and beyond to proved me a quote with insurance for a cheaper price than I found it anywhere else. Horrible customer service. I was given the name of this company as it is located very close to my home. The woman that answered the phone was short abrupt rude and when “she” thought I was done asking questions she just hung up on me. Unbelievable… So many places to take your business, not going to choose one who does not appreciate their customers.

I went to a different agency yesterday and didn’t have a good experience. I came to see the ladies at FCI on Griffin Rd and things couldn’t have gone anymore smooth. Everyone was beyond friendly and even helped me save some money on my insurance. I will forever bring any of my needs here.

I choose this place because it had the best reviews around. I used their vehicle registration for out of state. Service was fast and one of the ladies that helped us was very nice. It is expensive, so make sure to ask for an estimate before they do any service. And even though their office hours are until like 6pm they DON’T do registrations after 5pm

Spoke with Michelle who refused to assist me because I was not a customer. Michelle even went as far as to tell me that IF I gave her my business she then would be more inclined to assist me. Funny thing is that in the time it took her to NOT offer me decent service she could have given me the answer(s) I was looking for and probably would have gotten my business. We are a business with a fleet of trucks so we are always looking for a good commercial rate.

I loved the customer service provided by Angelica Gonzalez extremely helpful and knowledgeable respectful and courteous if I could give her a 10 star rating I’d do it. I recommend anybody to see her she’s fantastic actually all the ladies there were superb and awesome and Ana helped me a lot too and I’m very grateful to her as well

This is my new place for any tag or title work. My previous experiences elsewhere were no fun and had looong waits. I was in and out here and greeted with smiling faces. Go here! I came here from Pines because I was in the area and saw the reviews. They greeted me when i entered and Michelle was very helpful. Within a few minutes, I was done. I went back after 4pm and as they promised, my tag was ready! They even put the new license plate on for me, which was going above and beyond! Great service!

Completely unprofessional staff, untrained and rude.Called in for vehicle registration renewal and was quoted $20+ higher than the actual cost. Additional cost include: $10 payment over the phone charge, $12 certified mail charge ( most businesses have agreements with carries for discount shipping, this company uses shipping charges to add to the bottom line 3x the actual cost of the postage. Etags charge $39 for vehicle registration, $20 service fee and all taxes and shipping you are looking at $65.00 total (5000 lbs) vehicle. This company charges $85+ for the same service. When you inquire about the premium fees they tell you “You can pack a lunch and cooler to take to the local DMV” - Christina “If one piece of information is not as I asked I’m not doing it” - sounds like great customer service.Why would anyone spend their money here I don’t know. Please do your research, they’re better options from companies that value customers.In addition, you will have to go in person pay and submit the information, then have to go back at a later time to pick up the registration. For an additional $20+ over a online service that can get it done for $65.00 and it arrives at your door.I’m not a paid rep for etags or any company, but imagine this experience was so bad I had to take 10 min out of my day to make a google review to help my fellow community members make better choices.

They were fast, friendly and much more knowledgeable than place I went in past. I recommend you call the lady first because she knows her stuff. Whenever you have documents involved, its so nice to have the correct info up front so you dont have to make multiple trips.

STAY AWAY. Yes, the place is completely empty with no wait, but there is a reason for that. This is an insurance company that says it can do a title transfer, but they have no idea of how to transfer a title. All three workers were clueless. The person at the front was very nice, but the same cannot be said about her boss, Michele, who is the poster girl for lousy customer service. STAY AWAY
