I went to renew my tags recently and have to be honest, with all of the positive reviews I read, it was a HUGH disappointment.First, the woman who opened the shop was late, then she took all of my info and said that if I was paying cash, it would be $63. Not thinking anything as this is what i usually have paid for a 2 year sticker, I paid her then she said to go back the following day to pick it up.Go back to pick it up????? NEVER have I had to go back. Fine, a little out of my way, but ok.I get to the car and look at my receipt and its for 1 yr. $20+ agency fee. WTF?????I go back to get my sticker the following day and speak to her about it and she said that that is a Normal fee.Last time I paid about $69 for 2 yrs.THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!! GO GET IT DONE FOR CHEAPER ANYWHERE ELSE- BE WARNED.

Very friendly staff and super patient. The young lady who assisted me was helping someone else who clearly did not have their stuff together but she kept her cool the entire time and was very professional about it.I was able to get my Florida Vehicle Registration within 2 business days. My only complaint is that the service was a bit expensive. Great customer service nonetheless.

This place is very helpful! A woman there named Lynn was doing everything to help save my girlfriend every cent she could when getting the title to her car. She saved her $220! They are very genuine.
