I have been here twice now and they are on time, quick and my dip manicure lasts forever! For my manicure I am usually in and out in less than an hour - this is so important to me because other nail places in town can take forever and overbook. I really appreciate that this place actually honors the appointment time that I book. Made the mistake of going somewhere else when they were booked and it took almost 2 hours for a dip manicure & it was definitely not as good! Thanks T nails you will have my permanent business from now on!!

The line was repeatedly busy at 3 in the afternoon so I walked in. They ALL looked at me and went back to their clients without speaking. I wait by looking at the price list, and finally the girl closest to the door asked how she could help. I inquired about a manicure and pedicure, and instead of looking at a schedule, she immediately looked at the other workers and said she did not have time today and was all booked up. To me, this is unprofessional and disrespectful. I refuse to spend my money somewhere where I am not respected. All it takes is common courtesy to get a sale or a new client, but its clear they arent interested in either.

I have yet to be disappointed! I have gone to many nails salons but this is the only one where I don’t have any complaints about how my nails look. My friend and I have gotten designs and they always do them so good. Couldn’t recommend them more

I went in for a full set because the sign says they take walk ins and they said were fully booked. You need an appointment. If that’s the case take walk ins off your window.

Very clean, very professional and thorough. They did an incredible job on my nails. Not to mention well priced. The staff is very sweet and great atmosphere. New favorite nail place ! :)

Made an appointment in advance because they say their always booked. I arrive 10 minutes early for my appointment and I was sent away because they were booked all of a sudden. I no longer had an appointment. This was the 2nd time i was turned away. I dont recommend this place. Bad customer service.

I got a full set of acrylics and I absolutely love them. she matched the reference picture perfectly. the shape and design is incredible.

First, they used the same tools they used on me to collect hang nails on my toes and fingers on another customer without sanitizing. She just rinsed them with water. GROSS.. my nails are uneven and look like i painted them. This was not worth $50 I am So disappointed and I have a wedding to go to on Saturday. I will definitely not return and I do not recommend. I have pictures but there isnt a place to post.

They are all friendly,and excellent at making my nails look at beautiful!!! I recommend them to all I know!!!

NEW FAVORITE NAIL PLACE!!!!I called super short notice hoping to get in for a full set, which I try not to do but I NEEDED my nails done & they got me right in. Very fun & friendly atmosphere & most importantly, my nails are PERFECT! Im talking shape, length, width, everything! Only downside is that its over 50 miles away from home, but Ill be making the trip anyway🤷‍♀️

Today, for my very first time trying this nail shop out I had the worst and rude service ever! I ask if I could get a nail replace a lady that work there told me in a very rude and tone of voice We busy! I was shock because I never went to a nail shop and a member was so rude towards me in front of other clients poor customer services wish I would have had better service very disappointed and wasnt treated equally I didnt deserve that got to do better.

Nail tech did not listen to my request. I asked her to put a design on and instead when she finished polishing my nails went and started on another customer. She never asked of I was happy with my nails.

Pretty busy, but they work quickly to get you in. They will remember your name, too!!! Family friendly!
