Great nail artists very friendly great with kids treated my daughter like a princess

I love this place!! My uncle treated me to a pedicure and my baby got her nails painted! The service was great as they treated even my 6 year old like she was a queen! I noticed the prices are reasonable too!

I was overcharged. I was given three different amounts when I asked for the price. I wont be going back, unfortunate because they did a good job.

I got a manicure, I asked to get a design that wasn’t even hard and they couldn’t do it. I then proceeded to ask for long nails and the lady wasn’t to happy I got long nails, she shapes them badly, luckily another lady came along and fixed them.

Manager is rude and aggressive. The other employees are super nice, but the manager insists on speaking in her native language, while obviously complaining about the guests. They have a loyalty system that they dont like to honor. This location use to be one of my favorite nail salons, but the rudeness of the manager today was a major turnoff. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the other employees do great work. The lady who did my nails said, please come back, it will be better next time. My message to the manager is, please be courteous EVERY time, because you are not guaranteed a next time! Additionally, if you look at other disappointing reviews the manager simply responds by calling the customer a hater instead of trying to address the issue. This is very telling and indicative of the lack of customer concern. Dear Manager, I am not a hater, I foolishly supported your business for years, and even recommended it to those who had equally disappointing experiences. Please respect and appreciate your customers, the non-verbal body language and disdain are just as strong as the verbal disrespect. Thanks.

I would never go to L.D. Nails again I was treated as an inconvenience like I was a bother to them to get my toe polish changed and acrylics removed, the eye rolls, rushing and it was painful. Instead of doing it the proper way of soaking he jabbed an acrylic between to rip off. It was completely unnecessary and there’s so many other quality places. Also she kept changing the prices at check out even though I called and asked how much it was it was ridiculous .

Friendly and professional service in a clean salon. This was my first visit to LD Nails, the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. My stylist removed my acrylic nails and gave me a beautiful shellac manicure. Highly recommend!

They do a great job here! They do walk ins or you can call for an appointment but Ive never had to wait longer than 5 minutes walking in. Theyre fast but still do a great job.

Shortly after having my nails done, I find a few have jagged edges. I continue trying to smooth the nails edges as I find them. Not cool.

On my last visit to LD Nails I was extremely overcharged and when I asked questions anne got extremely upset and said Ive been coming here long enough to know the prices and walked off, however when others that work there would give me my total it would be completely different from what Anne would charge me for. For example for a fill (gel) me and my mom the cost was 99.51 yesterday so be aware this could happen to you!!!! Or did it already?

Rude staff, tell you to come back over and over and over again. Have a lot of miscommunication issues. Would not recommend.
