Guy was nice but he removed my acrylic nails using a fake nail instead of soaking and grinding them off. He made 4 of my fingers bleed from ripping off the acrylic nails and its pretty pricey. 2 pedicures and a manicure was $105. Highly do not recommend this place. The paint job on nails was also sub par.

I went in on Friday 07/23/21. I received a full acrylic set and a pedicure. I paid $115 for these services and they turned out awful. I got an infected toenail from the pedicure and had to go to the ER. The nails from the acrylic set started lifting and the nail polish peeling after 2 days. I called on 07/29/21 (as I was out of town) and explained that I wanted a refund and they said without any paperwork from a Dr that I couldn’t get a refund because it would start to hurt their company. I’m so upset that not only I spent that much money but that they denied hurting me. I will never go here again and I hope no one will either.

I like Phoenix Nails very much. They are always fast and professional. They always give me just what I want. The only down side for me is that the dont offer true manicure service such skin care, paraffin wax treatment hand massage ect. They are focused on just the nails but they do a great job with nail painting, gel, dip and design.

Big THUMBS DOWN..So we are visiting from out of state and come to receive service. We walk in and he doesnt say hello, we are greeted with what can I do for you we busy..I told him what services we would like a gel nail for me and my husband a pedicure and he kept saying what do you want we busy. How rude and unprofessional there was no hey if youd like to wait, we wouldve waited no problem. Im sorry that 2 people make yall so busy. Note to self dont go back to you guys oh and post a review.

Lady was filling my nails so hard that she made my finger bleed along with my friend. Had Acrylic all over my fingers, also did not get the color I wanted. Salon was not clean

Paid almost 90 bucks to have me and my step daughters nails done and I got cut twice, they rudely carried on their own conversation and than insisted on jumping in on ours whenever we wanted to conversate together. We couldnt have our own conversation without commentary but we let them have theirs. So we sat there and it wasnt relaxing at all. They used to be so amazing but what happened?

I went there with a friend. She had scheduled an appointment for the both of us. We got there on time and had to wait over an hour to get served. I wanted to get short acrylics and I showed the man a picture. he did not cut them short after I asked, and some were uneven. then, the lady who did the gel did it so bad and make it thick and chunky and not even which then made my nails look flare. I paid almost $50!!! But my friends nails looked amazing.

I tried to get marbled nails, and i wish they would have told me they couldn’t do it. She did the design and I tried to explain that it didn’t look right and she said it looked like the picture. I ended up just asking her to remove the design and have plain black nails. when she removed the design it also took off the second coat, so now it looks like a thin layer of polish. I was waiting for her to fix it but she told me it was done, so I was slightly confused. She charged me the same price as my friend who got a full set and mine was a fill.

I’ve been a long time customer, an excellent tipper, etc... I felt like a part of the family!!!Unfortunately, I’ve become extremely displeased with their services over the past few month. I had strong, long natural nails, up until recently. Although i had acrylic dip & shellac on my nails, 3 nails broke ALL THE WAY DOWN TO MY FINGERTIPS in less than week. At the time I was out of town & could not make it back for a repair. However, once I returned to town I called and scheduled an appointment- 10 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment time they called to tell me I’D NEED TO RESCHEDULE because a large bridal party had just arrived. Needless to say I was dismayed. I’d been a loyal customer for years & how was my loyalty rewarded — by canceling my appointment for a walk in bridal party. I’m extremely disappointed and although I loved my time there as a loyal customer — sadly I won’t be back!!!

Forget it!!! Look at my nails. The owner (make) cut my cuticles dry. Then painted over my crystals.....thus they look like little clear bubbles now. Left in pain. Also may now have an infection. Very dirty. Period.

The younger man that works there Anthony is very rude and doesnt listen to anything you say. Tried telling him my the color he grabbed was not what I picked then got pissed when I told him I did t like it. If you go here always ask for the lady. Shes sweet and listens.

Just had my first Mani pedi with my wife and daughter. Great time. Very relaxing. They are the only place we could find with a kids pedi chair. Good people and reasonable prices.

I have been a customer here for 6 years, and a loyal advocate for Maria ( the owner of the salon). She does amaxing work and anytime i recieved conpliments on my nails i woukd refer them to phoenix. Wel ever since they have moved salons I have yet to be able to get my nails done . I have walked in on 5 separate occasions, each time to be told they were to busy to accommodate my manicure. Not even an opportunity to wait, or another appointment time later in the day, nothing. I REFUSE to give any more time, energy, or money to this business . Shout out to Anthony, ever since you started working at this location the customer service has declined . Are you even a licensed nail tech? In the state of Iowa you need one to perform the services you are giving . Maybe someone should look into that 🤔🤔🤔Sincerely, you once loyal customer
