Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received from a nail salon, would not recommend to ANYONE!! The lady who did my nails did an awful job and it looks like a 5 year old did it, I wanted a basic pedicure with no gel and the charged me and forced me to get gel. After explaining why I was upset I was offered $5 back, I will not go back and will not recommend it to anyone ever!! If I could give a 0 zero I would!!

This place is trash. Their customer service or lack thereof is disgusting. My mom was completely discriminated against. They are lucky she doesnt sure the hell out of them.

The lady burnt my nails/fingers and they look horrible! The polish is not even, does not cover my nails, she rushed through the entire processand the polish is already coming off after 24 hours. When I put my hand in the gel light my fingers were burning to the point I had to take my hands out and the lady said your fine put them back in. Poor service, poor quality and not a place I would ever recommend going.

Me and my grandmother went in and said regular manicures and pedicures. We had to wait 20 minutes then they just slapped on polish without getting calluses or taking the time to do what they were suppose to. When paying they charged us for deluxe . there was nothing deluxe about the service. They rushed to get them done after being told multiple times REGULAR mainicure pedicure. Cost an extra 37$ for a deluxe rush. We wont ever go back. We will stick with southpark where they take the time and dont over charge

Went in to get a pedicure, never again.There was a lady in front of me who went to get a pedicure as well. She got there maybe five minutes before me… They were done with my pedicure before they even started painting her nails, they rushed on mine so bad and skipped half the steps! Also the water for my pedicure was steaming hot at first to the point I couldn’t even put my feet in, so I asked her to put some cold water in it so she changed it to all cold water… So then the entire time I had no hot water. And on top of that they gave me the wrong color, didn’t even fix it. When I go to check out they charge me $15 more than what the sign said. They said I asked for the deluxe package, when I asked for the basic package. So in the end I spent $45 on a 15 minute horrible pedicure..

CJ Nails is a wonderful place the ladys there are so nice and very talented. My mom and grandma has been coming here for a while and they love it. They say it is very relaxing and the ladys are wonderful at there job. Hope other enjoy it as much as they do.

Went to get my nail fixed as the back had lifter after spending $100+ on a fill in ( not even a week ago) they said come back in 1 hour as i did they waited on a customer that came in shorty after I did and i’m still waiting as for the broken nail she glued it back down with nail glues and told me to come back when i needed a fill and blamed it on my long set which was not cool if i’m spending my money for you to fix it just fix it she was upset i had long nails and I didn’t want them cut down as i love my nails long they are so unprofessional and they chose who’s nails they want to do polish on my toes were rushed and not even fully painted if i could give 0 stars i would and will not be spending another dollar with them they rush through and even arguing amongst the other nail techs in front of customers completely unprofessional it’s a no for me

The girl on the phone is really rude, I just wanted to talk to the owner in regards a special service that Im requesting for an event and she just said call back tomorrow I asked who I have to talk with and she just yelled to me call back tomorrow

First Time Going Here Was Today, They Seemed Very Nice, But Rushed Everything. I Got A Pedicure & A Full Set, All Done Within 45 Min. & My Pedicure, in which I paid $50 for was for polish, my feet still feel the same no dead skin scrubbed off at all. Wouldn’t Go Here Again . I’m very disappointed after spending $100.00

The lady seriously spent TEN minutes on a pedicure for me....skipped half the steps, and charged me $35!! Will NEVER go here again. By the time I started soaking until when my polish was on, it was only 10 minutes. It was not enjoyable.

My nail broke off literally on the 4th day I went for them to repair it and the charged me $5 and didnt even paint it the same color. And then by the 2nd week every nail had lifted. Worst salon I have been to

My daughter got her toes painted and not even 20 mins after they were dry the polish was peeling off like a sticker. Took her back to have them fixed and a worker argued with me while all the others stared. Made my daughter feel totally uncomfortable. I will never return

The first time I got my nails done here, they were good and I had great customer service! I went to go get them refilled and repainted and the lady had to redo them twice and then charged me for both times... I will not bring business back for them! I dont think that its okay that I had to pay double for her mistake!

I went in on Dec 24th and I spent 107.00 on the deluxe package for mani and pedi also I had tips put on on Dec 25th the paint started to come off spending that much money you would think it would last longer than 1 day not happy staff wasnt friendly at all I will never go back

Quality when you first get your nails on his excellent you go back for a refill. And they just lower the expectations.

Horrible horrible customer service. None of them can speak English nor say one correct simple sentence to anybody. They be speaking their bird language and talking about you. I went for a full set. Price shown was 25$. When it was time to cut the fake nail down, i told her i wanted it meduim and she told me its gonna be 10$ more.like really? She cut it all the down and when i started reacting, they made me pay before they even finished the job. I was in a hurry for a birthday party or i would have showed them things in that shop today. Unprofessional people

One of my worst experience ever. My nails were done 5/18 and on the 20th they already falling out.customer service was 1star. Did not do what i asked her to do. Nails uneven, and she rushed me thru the process. Full set $35 was what i picked and told her but she wanted me to pay $45 for some reasons. Couldn’t understand one word she was Saying.She was very rude to me. Her face expression and attitude was so nasty throughout the whole process.Smh never spending my money there again.

Great service. I am disabled. Paralyzed on my left side and my fingers curl in tightly. 3 ladies all worked with me to make sure i was comfortable and even suggested i do shellac instead of normal polish show it doesnt smudge when my fingers curl. Great job ladies!!

Pretty look but Way over priced, spent $110 for gel nails and pedi w gel. Not worth it considering how long it last. Staff werent very friendly or personable. Very clean place though!

This people are unprofessional. Don’t know one thing about customer service. They just know how to paint nail. Rude and careless. How can the paper state $25 for full set and i soon as you grab my fingers, you gonna want to charge me 35$ ? Because i want my nail not too short. Took my daughter amd her best friend to get their nails and toes done. Walked half way down the mall to leave and the Polish peeled off my daughts friends toe. When we turned around and went back to explain what happened and have it fixed, the lady got a nasty attitude and blamed it on the child. Their rude as hell.i will NEVER go there again. I wasnt asking for my money back or anything crazy. Just fix what you messed up.

DONT EVER GO HERE! My daughter was charged $48 for what they were advertising for $25. When she went to pay, they insisted she asked for something that she did not.

This is seriously the worst shop I have ever been to. I asked for the gel polish colors and she gives me ONE to look at and rushes me to pick the color. Then I asked for a pedi with regular polish and and mani with gel and all three of them attack me with “ gel last longer and you need the dip for your hands” so I tell them I’ll try the dip but regular on toes she was so mad I didn’t get gel that she rushed through the whole pedi my feet were still dry after she was done and the way she applied the polish was so bogus. My toes looked so horrible. The other lady went over them again and when you say something about it they all attack you and talk about you in their language. I asked who the owner was and she was sitting right there not saying anything all the kept doing was speaking their language being so rude and pushy. All they cared about was the money that’s it. Will never ever step foot in this place again. Not worth your money and time. Pushy and money hungry and rude.

This is the absolute WORST place you could go to get your nails done! When i sat down they handed me colors to look at and the girl repeatedly asked me what color i wanted before I even got the chance to look and was getting mad at me for not knowing the color I wanted. I asked her why she was rushing me and she began to talk in a foren language to another employee. A couple minutes later she had begun to but the acrylic on my nails and the fake nail she had put on started to come off and she continued to put the acrylic on the nail. I am not even half way through my experience and it is already THE ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! 100/10 DO NOT recommend!!!

Woman was rude and ruff in the way she was grabbing my hands. She didn’t explain what she was doing through the whole manicure. In the end every nail is messed up, it’s either the application of the nails are way off or the paint job did not cover the whole nail. Will not be returning, waste of money.

Their gel set said $17, I have short nails and they charged me $40. Then I decided to give them another chance and they told me my nails are too short for gel? Really? Lol!! Because I didn’t want the fake? They don’t really do a good job anyway

Nail salon was awful. Unsanitary and rude. I’ve gotten around 3 fills there and they’ve all popped off within 2 or so weeks. I asked her to remove my left thumb nail because it was loose, and she ripped off my right thumb nail with a nail tip. Some of my real nail came with it and I was bleeding. She continued to file over that spot. Your little fungicide does nothing. Never going back.

66+ dollars for 2 sets for my nieces while I shopped. They were rude slapped their hands if they moved even an inch, every nail had the polish bubbling, they didnt fnishf cleaning up/filling the rest of my oldest nieces nails and to top it off they were still wet and refused to give a receipt!!

These lovely ladies fixed my friends nails after getting them horribly done at the other local salon in the mail Calinails. Go here!

Charged me $32 for a fill. Which is outrageous considering a full set is $25. Was very rude yanking on my hands. She filed a cut into my finger and then put nail glue in which burned very badly. Didn’t even apologize. Will never go back.
