I have been to several nail salons in the QC, and this one is by far my favorite. Kelly and William are so fun and friendly. They show genuine interest in their clients and make sure everything looks perfect and that you are happy. I wont go anywhere else!

So I can go to Carly and her friend and her husband are very great and I would never ever send anybody else where I will tell them to always go to Kellys they take your time they take at least an hour or more on you and they do not rush theyre very clean they care about their customers basically and not the money

Went for a eyebrow wax. Lady was very nice. You just sit where you would sit to do yur nails. The area was kind of messy and not comfortable. Wax all over the walls. But she seemed to really take her time and my eye brows turned out decent. 8 bucks isnt a bad deal either.

This place is great! My friend and I recently got our acrylic nails done there and we are both very happy with the results. Our nails look beautiful and they aren’t as expensive as some other places. The people there are very polite and accommodating. It was taking a little longer than expected and I had to leave for work, so I asked the man working on my nails is there was anyway we could finish it faster than originally. He did it really fast and was still gentle and made it look nice. Highly recommend. These were my nails and they were only $45, and another customer who used the same acrylic dip powder that I have on mine said that its lashes her over three months!j

William was great, took his time, and my nails turned out awesome.

My nails came out very sloppy, I had sores on my skin from where they were getting the “dead skin”, I got shellac and that’s supposed to last 3 months not three days. I would have gone back and gotten them fixed but I live out of state. Very disappointed and hope other people have a better experience with them. Employees were very nice (as from what I heard in English) 😅

I brought my 92yr old MIL for a Manicure. They treated her with love and respect. They took their time and made it an enjoyable experience for her.

The wait here is so long(2 stars for that) and its seems like they are in no hurry to help their clients? I come here every 2 weeks and iv never just got in and sat down. I love the work i have received (4 stars) so I come back, although Im beginning to think its not worth the wait? 40mins has past and Im still waiting....... idk?

When I walked in the workers stared at me for awhile then kept working. Took awhile to get some attention. I understand most were busy, but not all of them were. While getting my acrylic nails removed, the lady kept getting distracted and stopped working and was yelling across the place talking to her coworkers all in another language. Not saying the talking in another language was the problem, but the fact that they were all yelling and only speaking to each other and not the customers was kind of rude. And she had such a strong accent I could hardly make a word or two out. Not only that but the ladyleft PLENTY of glue on my fingernails, which I paid for. I didnt realize until I left because I was more concerned with trying to leave the place.

The attention to detail was superb. Cost better than the last two salons I went to. Will definitely be back again.

Service is not the best. I did a pedi and mani and they took 3 hours to do both.. I didn’t even get anything crazy done. Tried to give them another chance and they sent me away and said they didn’t have time. They had 4 workers and two people there.. it was 3 hours before they closed. I’ll never come here again.

Staff is super nice however there seems to be an issue with first come first serve motto, if you have all the time in the world come here but it will take you over two hours to get anything done. Acrylics are painted horribly & put on crooked.

Great prices and my nails have always looked great. They also hustle, so it takes much less time to do a mani/pedi than at most places but still with amazing results.

This place was awesome. I got my nails done super quick there was no rushing or miscommunication, I got a full set and she didn’t mind she keep asking if I was ok and I highly appreciated it. I would recommend going here.

My friend went there today and had an appointment but they still completely ignored her and they kept taking walk-ins before her. She waited an hour and still didnt get any service. Dont wanna play the race card but its possible thats what it was so anyways be mindful of the possibilities when entering this establishment.
