Spent and hour and thirty minutes there which is more than I would’ve liked to. They spent a lot of time working on the shape of my nail which I liked. The lady doing my nails did cut open my thumb and it’s a pretty deep cut. The woman didn’t even apologize or acknowledge it. I was very upset by this. I wouldn’t go back just for how long it took and I’m not really confident that their workers have a lot of experience

I love going there. They get it right the first time. Everyone is so pleasant. I always fall asleep while they are doing my nails and pedicure, yep its that relaxing. The owner is like a sister to me. I love her. Been going for 9 years, a few months after they opened.

I have been to this place a few different times. After this last time I will not be back. I felt that each time I have gone here the service has declined. The last time I was in there my husband and I both just got a manicure. No gel or dip for me, just a polish and it was $49 for two manicures when the sign posted stated $18 for a manicure. They also have a reward program, but only get a “punch” if you pay with cash. There are many other places to choose, which I will going forward.

I love the service here, everyone is so kind and professional. Very clean and safe.

Mixed reviews. I personally have been happy with my visits. Nice work. Nice people to me. Down side..sanitary lacks. I wont be back because of that. The same emery board used to file your nails is the one used to scoop the dust into the trash. The next problem a lady was cut near her cuticle and bled because of the emery board. Instead of getting a new board or throwing it away, she actually put it back in the drawer for the next person. Lastly, another client walks in and the store is half full and they ask her how they can help? She said she is back to have her nails finished since it took 2hrs last night. The staff was kind to her. They did however all laugh and talk about her in front of us all after she left.

I hadnt gotten a manicure/pedicure for a few years and decided I needed to take the time to do it (I usually did it myself). I had a wonderful experience at KT Nails! I was greeted right away by a very friendly lady and the staff that did my nails were so nice and made it a priority for me to relax and enjoy myself! I got in within a few minutes and the place is also very clean (which was a must for me), you even get your own nail files that they keep for you to reuse. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I have now made it a priority to get my nails down every couple weeks. I have been back to get shellac on my nails again and again had an excellent experience! Great place!

I just started getting my nails done recently and I get the dip service. I will never go back to gel. The owners are quick and pay close attention to detail. My nails come out exactly the way I want them every single time.

Me and 3 girls decided to get our nails done. We had an appointment at 5 and we ended up started at 6:15. The girl who started mine made it seem like it was her first time. She made me bleed and my nails were crooked. I got up and left after I soaked then off. So unprofessional.

Ive gone here multiple times and never had a problem. Today I decided to get Almond shape nails. They looked NOTHING like that shape. I asked the gentleman nicely to stop that I dont like them since he filed them way too thin, and asked if he could please take them off. They refused to take them off and said I have to pay for the fill. They said this is what you asked for. So now I have to go home and soak them off myself. I refuse to ever come back to someone who is so rude when I kindly said that I dont like them.

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. It was very clean and they are up to speed on all the newest and latest nail fashions. I will return without a doubt. Im a firm believer in things happen for a reason. Drama from the old shop based on one of her techs leaving led me to search elsewhere and there you go, led me to my new nail home. 100% completely satisfied

Not the best pedicure I have had. My feet are soft and my nails are painted. But I have had so much better.

They dont do that great of a job, especially pedicures. Didnt smooth out roughness. Decent pricing, nice people, but there are other places.

I’d give these mfs 0 stars if possible. My friend and I got diamonds on our nails and that same night they started falling off. When I called to complain the next day they said “we don’t have the special glue to make them stick, we can put the diamonds back on for you” ... Why would I want you to put them back on if you JUST said you don’t have the glue to make them stick? I say I’d like HALF of my money back for the unsatisfaction considering my toe polish was messed up also. The woman on the phone says “She didn’t charge us for the diamonds & isn’t doing a refund. I can only get the diamonds (that are just gonna fall off) put back on”. THEN she hung up on me. I went into the store and the man was VERY rude & asked “where were the diamonds” and looked at my nails like he couldn’t see the patch of glue. Like I was lying about the diamonds. Gave me a rude smirk and said “No refunds” I asked where it says that on the receipt or in the store. He said “diamonds or nothing” RUDEST MFS EVER. JUST a side note, they don’t even cover their tubs in plastic for pedicures and they reuse scrubber brushes. Disgusting CHEAPass place

This is the worst place Ive ever gone to. Not only did my nails start popping off a week after having them. Then I go back and tell them and they want me to pay to replace them. I told her I wasnt going to and she offered to do it for free. Not only did she not repaint or fill the rest back she also cut my finger and made me wait for the acrylic nail itself to set. Never again will I go back.

I have been going here for many years. The last several months have made me decide to go elsewhere next time. Take far too many people on at once. Wait time is far too long and quality has dropped substantially due to being in a hurry to move on to the next customer.
