I have been going to this place for years. The service was good but not always great! The, the pandemic hit and did not go for a while. Last month, I went (did not have an appointment) asking if they could do a small favor. The owner pretended not to know me and very rudely said no!!! I understand they might be short on staff or busy to accommodate me but to ignore me and not even sorry we are too busy or would you come back …. Nothing!! The bottom line very very poor service even for an old customer!!!

I go here all the time and honestly I don’t think I will be going to this place ever again. I have been here multiple times with good service but now it is starting to go down hill. Me and my mom had a apt and I always get my nails done but this one time they said they can’t do a design I have had them do multiple times. Stuff is starting to get super rushed and not the best quality anymore. If a nail salon doesn’t have time for something then they should tell their customers instead of scheduling a lot of people and having to rush everyone.

Impressions is amazing! We travel two hours every couple of weeks to visit Tom and staff! The customer service is unlike any other place we’ve been to. Prices are reasonable and we always leave happy. Thank you Tom and staff for caring so much about what you do and the customers you serve! ❤️

I would rate this 20 stars, if I could. Friendly, happy, super clean. Jennifer was an absolute professional and went the extra mile to make sure your spa was the absolute best.

I was welcomed immediately, everyone was polite, and Jenifer did an awesome job on my bikini wax and made me feel so comfortable through the whole thing. 10/10 will be coming back!!

This salon is consistently wonderful.Beautiful, super clean and bright- I have been going for a few years and have yet to have anything but a lovely experience. All the staff are skilled and friendly. I get gel and they never chip! The pricing is fair and is about the same as other nail salons- but what you get is very professional. Highly recommend!!

Tom use to run a great salon that I use to love. The last several times I’ve been there the pedicures were rushed and they didn’t do a very good job. Very sad to see this.- I use to be loyal

My pedicure there has always been nice. Heather helps to make my toes sandal ready and not hurting when I wear shoes! She askes that I tell her exactly any issues and she remedies them every time. I will keep going back to her every time. I just have to remember that the tip is better in cash than on my card.

I have been looking for a place that can do my eyebrows beautifully and evenly. I saw impressions across from chilis restaurant and decided to try it. Best place ever!!! A woman named Heather did my eyebrows and she did them perfect!!! I am so relieved to finally find a place that can do my eyebrows perfect! Heather noticed the place i went to before made my eyebrows uneven and she fixed me right up!! She knows exactly what she is doing and has a lot of knowledge! She told me shes been doing it for 20 years! Im never going to any other salon again! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed! I feel beautiful again!!!!!!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!! Youll be glad you went to impressions!

Went there for my first time and didn’t like it at all my nails are way too thick and I told them 5 times to redo them to make them look more natural and didn’t see a difference than some nails are long than the others the paint it all over the place the people were really nice but the nails just are not good at all and I paid 43 dollars for these nails with a 15% off way to expensive I usually don’t give bad reviews but I was really disappointed

Went there for a mom and daughter date. They split us up. The quality of workmanship is little. The edges of my shaped acrylic nails were jagged and the paint job was terrible. Paint was missing in some spots and over on my skin in others. I know 6year olds who can paint my nails better than this. They are over priced and do a horrible job. Doing nails is supposed to be an art. Monkeys throwing poop paints a better picture than they do.

I wouldnt recommend this place. You wont get what you are expecting. It is not worth it.

Got a pedicure done today with three of my co-workers. Everyone but me got attentive, good service. I got a lady who poked my bruise on my legs, told me I needed my eyebrows done (I didnt ask) and then asked if I was single. She was very unprofessional and didnt do as nice of a job as the other ladies did. She spent the entire time glaring at me and made comments about Rachel Ray being fat (who happened to be on the TV we were watching). Ive had this lady twice now. I wont be back, unless I can be assured I *wont* get her. She was the eldest of all the women working there, I think. She totally ruined the experience for me.

Worst experience ever. I went with my friend and the manager (Tom) asked where she got her nails done and she explained she stopped coming to his salon because she was charged 45 bucks for a set of acrylics for prom last year and he absolutely went OFF on her. He started yelling at both of us, repeatedly telling us to “stop giving him a bad name and lying” and I asked why he was being rude to my friend and he yelled at me to get out of his store. He was INCREDIBLY rude and refused to take off my HALF done nails. DO NOT go to this salon. It’s absolutely ridiculous. He embarrassed both me and my friend and was so mean.

FUNGUS!! I’ve been going there for the past few months and I have fungus on 6 out of 10 fingers! I have to take an anabiotic for 12 weeks! And I can’t wear any kind of nail polish or anything on my nails until it’s completely gone!Been getting my nails done for nearly 25 years and never have I had this… Unbelievable !

Kind employees, I appreciated the guarantee they have for gel nails especially since mine chipped a few days after.

Its a very clean and well run shop. The service was what I expected, but nothing overly impressive.

I was charged $47 for a gel manicure fill-in and an eyebrow/upper lip wax. She ripped 1/4 of my left inner eyebrow off, and the manager said he couldnt tell they were uneven, because he didnt want to admit she slaughtered my eyebrows in front of all the clients watching my distress. My fill-ins became loose and the jagged edges cut into my cuticles causing them to pull away from the skin. Now im out almost $50, my nails look HORRIBLE, and Ive been waiting for a week for my eyebrow to grow back and Im going to have to spend another $20-25 to have them filled in by a REAL professional.

Was not a pedicure like I was told that they do there I was pretty much dealing with a woman who had broken English and I had to keep corresponding with a lady named Sam and then the owner Tom kept coming over to make sure everything was being done right pretty sure the lady who was doing my pedicure didnt really know what she was doing and I just felt like it was a waste of $30 for me I definitely wont be going back and I didnt get a free foot massage like I thought I would like nothing compared to what the lady was receiving next to me mine was nothing like hers was so I think the owner Tom knew that I was disappointed..

I bit expensive, but what isnt now a days. I love coming here to get a pedicure. It doesnt matter who you get, all the staff does an amazing job. I give it a 5+. I actually just come here to get my toenails cut and the massage on my legs. All the staff is always happy and treat you nice.
