I just moved down here within the last year and finding a nice nail salon has been a huge struggle for me! I decided to try this place out. As soon as I walked in the door I noticed how clean it was. Jenny did a gel manicure and pedicure for me. She was so gentle and diligent with both of my services. Most salons I have been to around here don’t even trim my cuticles or clean the skin around my nails, but Jenny did. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It was a little bit more expensive than I would usually pay, but the for quality it was definitely worth it. Overall it was a great experience. I will be coming here from now on!

I have been here 3 times, and the quality of my acrylic fills have been poor. Either my finger get cut from the gentleman trying to go to fast or the woman cant see that she has not put acrylic on half of my nail bed. The salon is beautiful and clean. I wish they would take more time with the customers especially when I spent more than a 100 bucks everytime I walk in.

Great place to get your nails done during coronavirus as it is large and spacious. Staff is always courteous and they offer many promotions if you sign up for messages. I am a frequent customer. One tip- they could keep the bathrooms a little more clean.

Loved my dip manicure, and went back a few weeks later for a gel manicure I love it. Pedicure was great.

This was the first time I’ve been at Ocean Blu Nails & Spa, and it’s now my go to. I loved it and Jenny was amazing. She understood what I needed and did an amazing job!

This place is new and nice on the inside so I decided to give it a try. I came in for a manicure and pedicure regular nail polish. When I got in as I was picking my color from the regular section the woman who was going to do the service went up to me and asked me if I want to do gel or dip and kept showing me different colors and I was like no I’ll do regular but I felt hassled to upgrade. During the service the women was pretty rough. She seemed in a rush and when putting the clear coat on top she didn’t even cover the whole nail. The next day you can see the lines where it was messily placed. Honestly disappointed and I’m sure it’s not the whole spa but just the employee(lily) I was assigned. Other than that nice selection of colors and a clean new environment!

I finally have a steady nail salon in Ft. Lauderdale. They are consistent and work is clean and detailed. The environment is relaxing.

They offer ombre services in their pamphlet along with pricing. Waited 15 minutes went back and showed him a picture how 1 nail was ombre and he said he doesnt do ombre. So when asked all the other techs the said they dont do ombre either?

3 of ladies made an appointment to get mani and pedis at 5:30pm we come and they dont have enough employees, told us to come back they have someone coming in. We come back at 6:30 as we called and they tokd us to. The receptionist was polite the whole time the gentleman pure attitude. Said for us to come back tomorrow He is the only one available and would not take care of us.

I went here for the first time today! They’re pretty new in the area of Dania Pointe and don’t have much reviews, so I wanted to share the great work that was done by Henry (nails) he did dip powder on my real nails and it was a pink & white ombre and Jenna did my pedicure all white! Great job!

So happy I gave this place a try, they’re super clean, such a beautiful salon, plus they are very reasonably priced. Sara was the one who did my nails, she’s so talented. I will be definitely coming back to see her again soon!

So the website says closes at 8pm. Upon entering the the door says 730pm. I walk in to get a pedicure and they say they are closed, it’s 630pm. I guess that’s why they are always so slow. Thought I would give them a chance. Guess I’ll go back to blush nails. They never disappoint!

I went last month and I notice the upcharge for everything paid it and said nothing. Then yesterday I went and noticed the were closed down...no communication to customers via text or notice on the door, just a for lease sign.

I hardly ever leave reviews, ESPECIALLY negative ones, but unfortunately I didnt have the phenomenal experience here as most of the girls who recommended it. First off, the nail tech filed one of my acrylics down so hard, that it caused the skinniest the side of my nail bed to bleed all over the table, and has taken several weeks to heal up. Second, I feel the price was WAY too high for the quality of service that was given. The place is very nice, clean, and new, but I have been to plenty salons that were more friendly, higher quality work, and the prices were much more inexpensive.

Before you walk or park your car thinking they are open dont do it because they arent there, they moved and didnt give us no warning.

As a nail tech its really hard to impress me but I love this place my spot when ever Im in town. Thanks ladies you guys out did yourselves.

I feel like I paid $30 plus tip to have my toes painted. I requested he cut the nails short because running around in heels at work all week causes pain if the nails are too long. He barely trimmed them. I had to cut them myself afterwards which ruined the pedi! The nail polish was put on so thick that 24 hours later, wearing shoes smudged the polish. No trimming of cuticles or skin around the nails. Also, I sat waiting for about 20 minutes even though I called and they said to come in, someone was available.

I have been going to Ocean Blu since they opened their doors for business. It is always a pleasant experience that Ive had with this company. Their shop is always clean and the nail techs are all terrific. If I am a walk in, I expect a bit of a wait, but they provide a coke or glass of wine while you wait. I can deal with a little wait if I havent booked an appt.

Not professional at all, did not like how they did a regular manicure or French pedicure. It was very disappointing to see a high end salon charge so much and do so poorly

Today was my first time going to this nail salon as it is fairly new, one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. This is supposed to be a higher end salon and my nails look horrible, I did not get what I wanted What so ever and I paid top dollar for a full set. My nails are polished so horribly that I have to go to another salon tomorrow and get them re-shaped and re-polished. While the salon itself is beautiful inside, one of the worst nail techs I have ever been to. Did not get his name. Do not recommend at all.

To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I was so excited to try this new nail salon because it is close to my house. I go in huge place beautiful salon I was told there is a 15 minute wait by the receptionist who had a look of worry and fear on her face. 40 minutes later I am called to do my pedicure finally and was very happy with my nail tech she was a sweetheart. What I wasn’t happy with was the way that the staff were being treated by 2 Asian men. My nail tech seemed very weak and tired and I asked if she was ok and she replied yes I just haven’t had a lunch break and I’ve been here since 10am mind you it was 630 as I’m finishing up my nails. 6 people were brought back for pedicures and walked out after an hour of waiting and 3 of them had appointments. They were not told it will be any wait at all they just sat with there feet in the water and then walked out after waiting so long. I witnessed the 2 Asian men have pedicures wait for 45 minutes after they finished the same persons nails. I witnessed nasty looks from the 2 Asian men to the other workers because they where not going fast enough. I am appalled these staff that aren’t Asian where treated so badly in front of my eyes. The receptionist was told by the 2 Asian men to keep sitting people down even though there where about 6 people waiting and only a tiny handful of staff, now I understood why she has that look on her face And that is not fair to her she was a young sweet girl. Very very disappointed.

I had a great experience at this salon. I would recommend it to everyone. Gennie did a fantastic job with my French manicure!

I truly don’t like leaving bad reviews but I think the nail tech is to blame. I had the gel manicure and after two days it started peeling and still peeling and chipping off I had to take the rest off. I wish I could remember his name ...he didn’t even seem enthused to be working, while the other techs seemed happy and professional... so $65 down the drain. I’m disappointed it’s a very nice, new, clean place, nice location....but can’t go back.

Ive only been here once, but will return. Marina did my dip manicure and regular pedicure, and did a fantastic job on both. The salon is cp an, and has a relaxing atmosphere.Im surprised by some of the reviews. I didnt witness anyone being mistreated, or having to wait an unreasonable amount of time. If necessary, Ill edit my review of these things come to light.

I wanted a nail design, had to wait 40 minutes for it because they literally had only one person that can do nail designs. You guys need to hire people that can actually do nails. Nobody has time to sit around and wait for one nail tech to be available.

Good service but I get a new tech every two weeks. Employees don’t last at this place. I hate it because u need consistency to get used to a person.Another fail is the fact that they carry very little OPi and not Essy. None of the new OPi collection. That is very disappointing.

I am here right now . There is no way to see prices. The place is beautiful but the service is HORRIBLe .The technician doesn’t know how to do a french manicure !!!!! My chair stop working with the massage and she didn’t care even when I told her many times . After 10 minutes she told me to call the front desk girl if I have a chance that she could see me . Don’t waist your money here .

This is a beautful building with horrible service. We had an appointment at 9:30 and arrived to everyone standing outside the building. The techs were nice but the front desk lady was not personable at all. We got our nails done for a party Saturday night. My friends gel nails and pedicure took over 2 hours to complete. During the party, my friends gel nails came completely off. She was so disappointed, she just peeled them all off. We will not be patronizing this business again.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!!! I have been getting my nails done for 10 years and this has never happened. I came here 2 weeks ago to get my nails done, I got a new set of nails and they popped off within a week. I called Monday and they told me to come in Friday came in Friday and they sent me back home & said they’d call me when to come in. Manager just called me and said they won’t fix my nails my nails bc it’s been 2 weeks now but I called a week ago about it ... I’m disgusted with the customer service here. Mind you they way over charge. Worse experience in my 10 years

First of all, I had an appointment and was not seen for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appoinment. I had a pedicure with Debby and it was the worst experience I have ever had. It seemed like she has never done a pedicure before. Once she was finally done, i had nail polish all over my toes and had to have the man doing my nails remove it. The place is nice but the service is terrible. Save your time & money. Go elsewhere!

Read reviews saying the wait was long and they were also short staffed. Went in anyway and experienced that same thing.

Its so nice inside and the staff was so friendly, but the nail tech never introduced himself and he cut my cuticle with the drill. After a week, my dip powder was cracking and chipping all over.

Went there was not greeted for about 5 minutes then was told the wait would be 25 minutes after 35 minutes nobody called me to get nails done yet. There was only 2 customers in there 1 wasnt even being worked on yet. I got up and left.

This spa is really nice and very clean...the ladies there were very nice and my mani/pedi came out so beautiful.
