I was a walk-in and they took me immediately. I didn’t do manicure. I don’t like to risk, when I don’t know how they sanitize equipment. Truly I expected even worse, but the girl did pretty good job for this type of salons. I cannot say that they sanitize everything in the best way, but at least she used some liquids, she had gloves and everything looks fine and clean. I paid $40 plus tips for dipping powder removing and new coating. Looks good!After three days, all the deep powder was cracked and I didnt really do anything. 😥See the photo below.

I had the pleasure of getting a manicure and pedicure at Star nail salon today. The service was outstanding and competitively priced. It is a family owned business. They were friendly detailed oriented and made me feel welcome.I was very pleased with my services and definitely will be returning again when I am in town.

This nail salon is the VERY best. I love my nail expert Tammy, she never fails me when Im undecisive about my nail colors. Tina, Farah and all the other ladies are just amazing. You wont regret getting your nails, pedicures, etc. done at Star Nails.Trust me!!P.S.- for the COVID pandemic they have installed plexiglass and social distancing within the salon, which I found really commendable. It shows they truly care about their customers 🙂

Ive been going to Star Nails for 15 years and would not go anywhere else. Most of the Nail Techs have been there longer than I have. The Owner and the Techs are very pleasant and the atmosphere is happy and calm. Pedicures are done while you sit in a massage recliner. Its clean, relaxing and nice. Prices are very reasonable. Check it out!!

How did they manage to get 4.0? No idea. I went Saturday for a gel mani and pedi, the guy who did my feet didn’t even clean underneath my nails, he was very quick and I could of done a better job at painting my toes. My hands the gel the same day peeled right off so when I called they took me the same guy fixed it and was super rude literally left my nails drying and said when it’s done wipe your own nail off. Never again.

They received 2 stars only because I was a walk-in and serviced quickly. The manicurist was disgruntled. She kept changing between two bottles of mostly empty topcoat resulting in a streaky lumpy finish. I wanted 2 nails to be a different color of dip. She wanted to upcharge me five dollars a nail! No thank you! Hard pass! I will never go back.

Horrible! I only came in because it was very close to where I live. I only wanted clear nails and she kept trying to sell me something else. After I stated about five times that I just want to clear nails she did them but charged me $35. I think that’s rather high! Less than a week later they are already coming off which means they are poor quality nails. I will never waste my time going here again! I would rather drive Further than to go to this place!

Awful! I couldve had my 2 years old paint my nails probably wouldve stayed in the lines better. And then wait 30min for them to fix it. Never again!

Sorry to do this bc the tech was very nice but i definitely wont be back. DND desert spice polish i get at least 4x a year has obviously been topped off to stretch the glitter, tried to tell him it was much thinner than normal but he said no thats just how it is. Polish is very lumpy and uneven. Skin pieces hanging off cuticles, gel clumps sticking off the sides, no callous removal on hands, no massage during spa pedi, just a quick gel smear and rinse. I work on a boat so this is supposed to be a special treat, its sort of a big deal for me. Heading somewhere else to fix nails, 80 bucks wasted.

I came in to get a liquid gel fill ins. The owner did my nails. She isn’t the nicest person plus she can’t do nails at all! Very surprised she stays in business for over 16 years .. must be the staff otherwise she herself can’t even shape, file nails let alone do gell fill ins . Also even my daughter who is 10 said who did such a bad job painting your nails . Over charging terrible work by the owner herself !!!

Im argentine. I made myself semi permanent black enamel with mirror effect. Everything went out a week and a half in layers. And apart from that they charged me almost $ 45 usd. They saw me as a tourist, I did not know how to explain myself correctly in English and I let it pass, but I will certainly not return.
