Fantastic service! After a short wait, my oil and filters were changed, tires inflated to recommended psi and engine fluids (windshield wiper, antifreeze and coolant were filled - all while I waited sitting in my car! Tech explained everything that was being done and let me know if I had options and/or if there were immediate concerns that I needed to address. PLUS, I had a Groupon so I got $30 off the service package that I had selected. Wont have a Groupon every time - but I will get my car serviced here from now on

These guys got me in and got me out what more can I say? They seem to be organized in knowing what car was there first because service is based on first come first serve basis. I say this because it can get kind of busy. Also I want to point out that my vehicle was leaking something real bad after I left. I went back to have it checked and the manager took me in with no problem to do a major check for any possible leaks due to possible negligence. Everything did pan out and found it was something not related to the oil change. Nonetheless thanks for getting me right in. That there is customer service which is at the top of my list with any company.Thanks,D

Back in the old days when they bought this business from Pit Stop 500, it was quick in and out with just an oil change. Now its more like Jiffy Lube where they take more time, double the prices, and try to sell every service imaginable. I understand theyre in business to make money, but this is too much. I think Ill go back to changing my oil myself.

Literally a week later 6/25 my car was loud as ever! Checked my oil & its was none! Friendly, professional and fast.Emmanuel, BJ and Paul were great.Of course they told me about other suggested services, but it felt like they were informing me about available options, not pushing me to buy something I didnt want. Best experience Ive had. I didnt know oil changes didnt have to feel like pulling teeth. This is my new go-to place.Edit: Also theyre open with no appointment required after 4pm on a weekend, so thats nice.

I wish I could give it a 0. This place is very unprofessional. I took my vehicle there for a oil change and the tech installed an air filter in backwards causing my vehicle completely stop. I had my vehicle towed to a Nissan dealership where it was discovered that the air filter was put in backwards. The Nissan dealership told them @ Valvoline what the problem was. Valvoline admitted fault but refused to pay. I would not recommend anyone to take there vehicle to this place. Beware and save yourself a peace of mind and money. Take your vehicle back to the dealership for oil changes. If you file a claim they will lie and refuse to take the blame.

I would leave ZERO STARS if I could because they didn’t do anything I asked for. Went in for an oil change told me I had no oil in my car. Their workers think they can play me just because I’m a woman and that’s ridiculous. They’re extremely rude and deserve no business. They BROKE something in my car and then tried to FORCE ME TO PAY FOR IT when they weren’t even supposed to be touching it anyway.

I long for the days of no upselling. Also, the sales crew needs to remember they are wearing a mask --- speak slowly and a little louder.

They don’t do what you’re paying for.. pretended to work on my car and I went home and looked at it and nothing changed I’m glad I could get my money back from the bank but I shouldn’t have to do that

They check transmission fluid. I had it myself, after my stop and wouldnt go into gear. Will not using their service no more.

I really like not having to get out of the car. The oil change is done while you sit in the car. You pay while you sit in the car. Yes, they do try to up sell you (Filters, trans flushing etc). Told me once they saw an oil leak. I never saw one in my driveway. I ignored the comment. Next time I was there, they saw no leaks?? Overall, fast and courteous and competent service compared to other oil change places.

Great place. A little more in price but they have a drive through service. Not that I was trying the be lazy. lol You do not have to get out of the car and they check all of your fluids, lights, and the tire pressure. Very fast service

Staff cool, professional and not pushy. Great coupon but it took way too long for a foreign car and you have to sit in your car with it off so on a warm day; not fun. The previous Pit Stop was so fast you barely had a chance to take a seat in the waiting room so maybe Im spoiled!

Almost ruined my engine. The oil change is high enough. Money was not the issues the service was. They didnt replace my oil cap properly then tried to tell me I had a leak.

I suggested this place to my Mom, and she had been going here for quite sometime getting oil changes. This might be her last time because whomever did the oil change did not even do the job correctly. Her oil light came on not even 100 miles later, checked the oil and it was empty. I would never refer this place to anyone ever again. They dont even deserve one star. They need to stop telling people what other work they need done to their vehicles and just do their job correctly.

This was only my second time going to Valvoline for an oil change and my itll be last time. The purpose of places like this is to be able to pull in, choose your oil and go but when you go there thats not the case. During the entire service your hounded repeatedly to purchase items from them. Now I do understand that most jobs require you to try and make extra money from each service but after you offer one or two items and the customer says no do not keep going. Once i chose my oil it shouldve been smooth sailing sailing from that point on until its time to pay but not only did the lady continue to try and push merchandise off on me after i kept saying no thank you she got upset and proceeded to talk to about me in my face to the other associates as i invisible after paying $42 for my oil change the only thing i need to know is if there are any other issues under my hood etc that you all can see during 20 minutes im there but due to fact that they are not auto mechanics I dont need you trying to sale me items that your not even 100% sure i need. Ill go else where

Staff was friendly and courteous but when i went to do my own oil change a few months later, the oil filter was nearly impossible to take off as it was too tight to remove with a filter wrench. Had to take the car to dealer to remove it. Cant recommend anyone to come here honestly.

Overpriced and pushy for add on sales. Appeared to be a bunch of kids working on vehicles and female manager was more interested in goofing around with employees than taking care of business. We wont go back.

My fiancé and I came in To have our wipers replaced. We both used to work for the company so we both are aware of the 6 month warranty on our Aqua Blades. The manager told us that he had never heard of such a thing. We sat there for quite a while as the manager or whoever was trying to find information about the warranty. And as we waited we got the experience of having to watch the “men” walk around with their pants below their bottoms. It was a very unprofessional experience.

Staff was very friendly. Had my oil changed from them in Feb. But when I went to do my own oil change yesterday I was unable to remove the engine oil cap. They must have used a machine to put it on because parts of the cap were stripped, like they twisted it way past the stop point. I had to buy a whole new cap because it wouldnt go back on. Just an FYI!
