Hi this message is for business owner.You have a young lady working there that nice but theres a old man in sandals at entrance. He is nothing but problems tried to tell me I couldnt come in for no reason he told me he was the boss he made no Sense. Bad for business Im a regular customer so it really bothered me. Later find out from another customer that he gets into arguments with customers all the time he should be gone and fired! Another customer said one time he almost got stabbed over argument so its a matter of time before he messes with the wrong person. If you are the owner I hope you read this review

If i can give them no star i would i went to wash and dry and some of my clothes went missing that i had on a cart who steals a shirt and two shorts?? i live in oak cliff and things like this is expected over there but in richardson ???

The washers make ur clothes smell bad idk if its the filtration system but its bad . it smells like that way in there as well. The woman that works there is rude she will repeatedly clean the machines ur using while u use them. The older woman is very nice

Lot of dryers dont work, they wont give you your money back, terrible service

Really didnt like it there. washing machines worked o.k but the vending machine didnt also kids galore were running around like it was the park or something. people in there that wasnt even washing clothes just mainly in the way taking up space

Asked for some help because the machine was dirty INSIDE and this was the only big machine left. I was told by the guy in the office he didnt work here and his wife isnt working right now. 1- why are you in the office if you dont work there. 2- a sign should be posted when unavailable. When a customer needs service you are to provide it. Period. I KNOW ITS BECAUSE I AM WHITE. Every time i come here its something. People save a machine by putting ONE piece of clothing in it. THATS NOT RIGHT. ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. And this is not a playground but you can always find kids running around and bumping into people. This is a place of business not a park.

I wash here all the time bc of the big washers.
