I had it scheduled to be dropped off yesterday by 10 am. 10 am passed and no update. I reached out at 10:30 and was informed that the driver was on their way and it would be there by 2 pm. 2 pm passed and I reached out again at 3. To which I was informed that they were speaking with driver and hoping to get an update soon. I did not hear back until this morning. I understand when things get backed up but the complete lack of communication was a horrible experience and I dont understand how it takes 24 hours to get to my home - since they were on the way with it yesterday. My suggestion is in the future to be proactive and honest about when the product will be delivered (even if it is delayed). Additionally if you provide 4 ways of communication then they should be responsible to answer through those 4 channels in a timely manner (no one answered any of my phone calls or my chats on the site)Additionally, It does not smell clean - just like it sat there.Also the site claims they provide a reusable bag for future orders. On the site its a purple or black bag. My item was returned in plastic wrapping.I will not be using this service or company again. The luxury of not having to drop off my comforter was not worth the experience of having my entire day consumed with trying to find out when I was going to get my comforter and having almost no communication even though I used all 4 types of communication provided (phone call, text, chat and email). I also do not trust my comforter was cleaned at all.

Where to start? The pickup driver either couldnt or refused to enter the apartment building, so I had to take everything down to the street for him. Pickup was scheduled on a Sunday between 10am and noon. They tried to arrive at 7:15am and I wasnt awake. Rescheduled delivery was supposed to be noon to 2pm and they arrived at 4pm only to delivery it to the wrong unit. Fortunately, I was able to track everything down. I got two shirts that arent mine - sorry to whoevers shirts these are.I also had them launder a comforter and it looks like there was no detergent used, or whatever they used couldnt remove the light dirt marks that my dog made. I didnt expect it to look like new, but figured that it would slightly better than the condition I gave it to them in.The apps happy path experience is fine, but they need to invest in product convenience features. Their help UI seems like an afterthought.Cant recommend this app over just using Favor to take the laundry to a drop-off service and pick it up for you.

This is the worst customer experience Ive had in a long while. I scheduled an 8am to 10am pickup window because that was the only time in the day that I would actually be available, due to work and other obligations. 10:30a rolled around and they were a no show. I had to contact support to be told that the driver was running behind and would now be there between noon and 2pm. This was a massive inconvenience for me, but I obliged. I understand that things happen, but considered it extremely unprofessional of Press to not let me know that the driver wasnt going to make it for the scheduled pickup to begin with. Fast forward to 2pm, still no driver. STILL had to go into the app and ask customer service, only to be told that NOW the pickup would be scheduled for the following morning. Please tell me how a customer can trust a company to properly care for their expensive dry-clean only items when Press cant even be professional enough to communicate with their customers preemptively?

I loved the app, very easy to use. The delivery was very quick and the service is great. Definitely will use them every time I need dry cleaning.

Unreliable time ranges, incapable customer service (other than the marketing emails), and Im not gonna lie, good job on wash & fold, but for the price I had to pay Ill be doing my own laundry from now on. Thanks for the learning experience.

It was the worst experience ever. Not professional at all. They did not communicate with me. The driver that picked up my laundry did not know what she was doing. She drove a small mid size suv our things did not fit also my husband had to help her to place the laundry into her vehicle. They texted me to tell me they were on the way at 9:34am the delivery window was between 10am-12pm but nothing came in the entire day. The man Gabe I was texting gave me a poor excuse to why they did not deliver my laundry. He said the water was door at the laundry site and they had a lot of catching up to do. Well if that is the case then why send a text stating they are on the way. Now he is not responding. I paid over $300 for poor service. Do not even attempt to call the number they have on file no one answers.

WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES?! Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY HAVE STOLLLLENNN MY CLOTHES AND NOT RETURNED THEM!! no response no answer!!!!

They were awesome! Came during the time I told them and my clothes came back washed and wrinkle free. The person who picked up my clothes was really nice and easy to work worth. Also, no missing clothes! Will never leave my house or do my laundry again!

Press Cleaners has been a lifesaver for me this year. Pick up and drop offs are always on time. Communication is superb. My agent does a fantastic job - very lightly scented detergent and folded so neatly. AND youll be pleasantly surprised at the reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

I was struggling to find a dry cleaner that was open during my odd work schedule, and a friend from Austin mentioned to me that Press had launched in Dallas. The pickup process was really easy and I got a notification when my clothes were being picked up and then dropped off, which is nice. Since Press works with local dry cleaners, I’m getting the same quality service I’m used to but they work with me so I’m around when the clothes come back.

The service is good, the timing is good is good they call you to update you on situations so customer satisfaction is a priority to them.

This is seriously a game changer for the power traveller. No longer will it cost 80 to press your suit, wash your jeans, and spruce up your work clothes while on the road. Im absolutely using Press any time Im on the road from now on.

I am in town for work training, staying in a hotel and needed my new uniforms laundered and pressed. Read reviews and went off referral from another team member who used them for pick up only so far, yesterday. I scheduled the pick up for same day as it offered times in the evening after my training and I received a confirmation text and email. No one showed nor communincated with me that they were not coming. I stayed at the hotel all evening just for this and apparently it was for no reason. They didn’t respond to my text or email asking if they were still coming until an hour after the latest pick up time and my attempts of contact, to which I was already in bed falling asleep. They were not willing to make up for their mistake and pick up tomorrow because “they do not work Saturday evenings” but on their listed times open, it says 24 hours a day. Very displeased with this company and will not be using them moving forward.

Press in Austin is fantastic! As a working mom, it is a blessing to have a reliable service that takes as good of care of my familys laundry as I would, if I made the time. I appreciate Presss flexibility, their communication, and their customer service. Most importantly, I appreciate the high-quality work. Send your laundry and your dry cleaning to them!

Great service. The dry cleaning is well done and there are usually no issues with pick up or delivery. A bit pricey -- but worth it considering one less errand to run.

What a great service!! I always dread laundry day in my house, so I decided to try Press Laundry Service. They picked up my laundry from my front porch and then dropped it off when it was all done. We didnt even have to be home! They did a great job washing and folding the clothes. I think Im hooked!

I had an amazing experience with Press. My pick up was delayed for an hour but they gave me $5 to compensate for the delay. They take good care of the garments and they come back in a promptly manner and looking neat.

Love this laundry service. They pick up and drop off on time and are responsive to questions. I really also like that the very largel laundry bag comes complimentary. Ive used their services 3 times so far and Ill continue to do so.

Impeccable customer service and the dry cleaning is marvellous. They always managed to get off stubborn stains from my clothes. I will not go to any other dry cleaners, because besides what I just mentioned, the free delivery/pick up service sold it for me.
