This is the second time I have come here and someone has done this they have taken the whole wall of dryers and no has said anything. I suppose it is because it is not full but this should not be allowed.

There is a laundry site at my complex but the machines are difficult to use when paying by card.I like coming to this facility. Its nice and quiet and you get done within 5 hours (3 if you dont fold your clothes)

Thor is exceptionally clean management is extra kind and they help you out with all your needs Dave and have I wash you service in case youre in a rush and you dont have time to do it that would do it for you at a reasonable price thank you Joy wash

We’ve been coming here since March and had no problems. But today there was a problem. Either the manager of the store or another customer took our load from the washer and put it in a bin. We put a timer on our phone and waited 28 minutes elsewhere. When it went off, it was not even 3 minutes yet but we went inside to see some other woman using our washer. I thought it was absurd because the woman couldn’t even wait for 1 to 2 minutes. No offense but touching someone else’s clothes THAT’S NOT YOURS is DISTURBING. I was going to post this if items were missing but instead I’d like to bring some attention to some people. We wouldn’t mind waiting inside the store but management allows kids to run around like it’s a playground inside.

One of my favorite places to wash the manager is one of the best and very respectful yall gotta understand this is a family friendly place so be humble and dont be so rude on the workers or people here, if you dont like it then please buy your own washer and dryer, (the dry is free here and its fast)

After using this location since opening, I brought in a large 42 pound load of laundry for their wash-n-fold service. I got back 20 pounds. When I DEMANDED they weigh my cleaned laundry they stopped speaking English. After numerous calls to the owners, I was given another 5 pounds of my laundry. It turns out they have been weighing the metal basket they use to weigh your clothes and charging customers for that weight! BUT-even once the basket weight has been subtracted they still have more of my laundry, a nice quilt. I brought a photo of the missing item and left numerous written messages for the owners, but I have received no returned calls. Stay clear. They are sitting on a goldmine with their wash-n-fold service so close to Stephens Park, but their customer service is awful...not to mention I have paid money to wash the weight of their weighing basket numerous times.

Love the big washers.can scram all my clothes into one.place was tidey and clean.just need to get ride of the homeless man that was asking for money.thats not cool at all trying ro wash in peace and then have him doing that.plus watch ur preteen daughters he was talking to a very young girl.

Large machines might be a bit pricey but they have just about everything you might need or forgot at home there.

Worst place to come cleaning lady takes out wet clothes out of dryer to have their friends dry close to their table .. unacceptable have been coming here for years but defiantly changing washateria .
