I would suggest going around 10:30or11 :30 around 1 it starts getting very busy on a Sunday overall experience was pleasant And even helped me left my laundry into the basket

Reasonable cost for washing but get this... All the dryers are free. You heard me--FREE!!!! Maybe this is a Dallas thing but being new to the area, I can say Ive never been to a laundromat with free anything! It gets 10 stars on that alone. It also helps that the washers do a good job cleaning my dirty close. The facility is also very brightly lit with wide aisles between the rows of machines and its always clean.

There is no air conditioning. The staff member, who was wearing a shirt with several large holes in it, tried to convince me that 88 was a normal temperature and that the air was working. Don’t come here.

I give five stars for cleanness, cheap, friendly, and good customer service. Today was my first time at this laundromat. The lady in charge was very friendly and helpful. Kudos for good customers service. Recommend this place to everyone.

I came here for the very first time. There was a tall dark skinned lady she helped me from washing my blankets to folding it. She was so kind and helpful. I would strongly recommend for this place.

Washers work well. Employees very nice and helpful. facility is clean.Majority of the dryers do not work. If you go when its not busy this wont be a problem but during normal business hours you will be lucky to find an open dryer that works.

Its a nice laundromat with very nice workers who keep it clean in the facility...but many of the dryers are always not working and when its busy it takes a long time due to waiting on dryers. Also while sitting in the car waiting Ive seen cars with handicap placards come in and cant park because so many people not handicapped park in the 2 spots they have. They should be told to move to accommodate the handicapped washers.

Need to get the dam dryers fit it dont make sense you go down there every week to wash and you limited to how many dryers need to be repair a dam shane

The washing machines were good but its like rolling dice to find a dryer that works or gets hot enough. I was there 2 hours extra because dryer kept stopping and not drying.

Friendly attandent working. Free dry BUT Good luck find one that works. ALOT of the dryers we not working. There are 2 dryers that are not free. I ended up having to use them & my clothes still were not completely dry.

This is the most popular place for robbing the clothes guys. I have lot a t shirt and some other clothes and the manager is completely gave irresponsible answers .... stay away from this place

The place was amazingly clean, the washers were fairly priced, Ms. Rena was so sweet and helpful. I loved doing my laundry here! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place that is relaxed to do their laundry! I love that there is a restroom and vending machines so if you need to do more than a couple loads you are able to get a snack and drink.

Business hours say its open until 11pm. Showed up at 10:35pm only to get told by the lady that they were closed and that she wasnt planning on staying past 11. Alrighty then, change your business hours please.

Its clean but several dryer werent getting hot. Had to change several times before found one the heated up. Also the dryer you actually put money in wasnt drying either. Hopefully they will have maintenance check it out. The attendant didnt seem to care.

As a Student who used to live in McCallum area, this place is an absolute savior. I have been to this at least monthly once to wash all the clothes. The washer in this place are of high standards and washed the clothes really well. The dryers are always busy and its little difficult to get one so soon as there are free and many people come here just to dry clothes instead of washing & drying. Some of the dryers sometimes doesnt seem to work which creates a little hassle. Other than this concern, its a perfect place to have a quick wash though.

Been using weekly since late August. Today, machine displayed in broken letters Conn? No boot. Staff would not tell me who owned. Refused to return money, stating I should know. I informed her I did not work here. Machine 40. I told her should be out of order sign. She said I should know. She has been here 6 yrs. She taped money hole then. Last $6 I spend here. Also, machine 43 or 44 would not take money. She used tool to force it. Go somewhere else. Had another rude one...as witness only in past. Same area door stuck on lady...really rude...that was near closing. Now is 10:23 am Thurs oct 29.

We are here from out of town and did laundry here today because it was near our hotel. Laundry was super clean. Well maintained machines. The attendant greeted us immediately and offered us any help we might need. Very impressive.

The open sign is lit and it’s 730 pm. Soon as I walk in this lady barks at me. “We’re closed!” I said the sign says open. She says there’s no dryers available. I told her “ok, you don’t have to yell.” And she doesn’t acknowledge my statement and reiterated that no dryers are available. Horrible experience.

Closing workers are horrible, was pestered as soon as I walked in that they were about to close, it was 8:20 pm they’re not supposed to close until 11pm but was told she’s closing at 10, it doesn’t take that long to wash clothes shouldn’t have to hear her yell at everyone that walks in that they’re about to close just because she wants to go home early

Im out of town, had to wash clothes and found this place near me with great assisting person! The laundromat is spacious and very clean, with all the needs to wash (soap) in it.... dryers are FREE 🤩

I went here to wash clothes and Rena the attendant was so professional and attentive to everyone need and very aware of the surroundings and everything, she is definitely a hard worker and keeps the facility super clean I did not see her slacking not once she is AWESOME. If this place doesn’t do anything else they need to keep her because she is an asset.

Pros:-clean-Lots of size and cost washers-Lots of open space-Washers have extra options for heavy wash or extra rinse for $0.25 more-Typical washer is $2.50 - $5.00 (double load size), but driers are free (so you don’t have to try skimping on drying loads—..except if it’s crowded, then you either can’t dry enough or it will take you a long time)Cons:-Half the dryers are broken, so if there are many customers at all, they get a big backlog of people all trying to get through drying their things-The door says hours are 7am-11pm (w/ last wash at 10pm); Google says 7am-7pm; the workers start cleaning washers at 7pm, block the main sliding door and 1 of 2 small doors at 8pm. So, it’s probably more like close at 9pm w last wash around 7:30 or 8pm.-The parking lot is too small for it and the other businesses around it.-If there are 20-30 people in and out of the laundry, 1-2 won’t be wearing masks at all, and 5-10 won’t be wearing them on their nose. (And this is before Gov Abbots’ removing the mask mandate.)

I give this place a thumbs down half the dry does not work you are standing waiting on dryers he will not fix them we have asked its just a money pit for the customers and hes getting a good lump sum find somewhere else to was maybe their dryers will be working properly.

We have been using this place for a year now. Been good so far. Always pretty clean and most of the machines work... If they dont they usually tell you before you try them. Staff has always been great to us! We will continue to use this place.

Drying machines dont work

I had been coming to this washateria because it was near and has free drying, but today was the last day. Why? Because of the dryers. Dryers were stopping every 15 seconds, dryer was not heating up, clothes was humid, and about 5-7 dryers not functioning. It was so frustrating waiting on people to finish drying.

I come here every week. I pay 7.50 for all of my laundry and free dry. Always clean. And 75% of the time there is a basket available. If not, oh well. Get ya strength up and keep it moving. :)

Free drying draws crowds and lets people tie up more dryers than they actually need. During busy times, Sundays and holidays especially, you might have to stand next to one dryer for 10-20 minutes to claim it. During slack times, it does mean you can spread your big loads across multiple dryers and you might get done a little faster. I dont think the gimmick is a net gain for customer or establishment.

I dont like this place. This is the second time when I go back to switch my clothes from washer to dryer ther were taking them out. Are her hands clean??? What did she touch before?? Was the basket clean? It happened to me to ask why so many dryers stoped and nobody take them out and they said we cant touch them until the owner come. So why they touched mine . Maybe their friends were waiting.

I used to come here to do laundry its pretty close to my home and the washers and dryers are well maintained and always clean.

We drove quite a distance to use this laundromat for our cal-king comforter after getting a glowing recommendation about the cleanliness, availability of XL washers, and free dryers. We were very impressed. The machines are pretty new and heavy-duty. It cost about $5 including the second rinse (which I recommend for a comforter). The machine has a digital display showing the stage and remaining time. It got all the suds out. What really surprised us was that the comforter was completely dry after only 20 minutes on medium heat. It reverses tumbling direction throughout the cycle, so I didnt have to take it out and turn it. I have never seen anything like it.

The ladies are nice and helpful. They always help me if the machine takes my money, they stick a letter opener in and it pushes out the stuck coins. Its clean and the dryers are free.

Plenty of washers and dryers so no waiting, and no trouble getting a basket. All of the equipment appeared to be in good repair and my washers and dryers all worked great, and the place was orderly with no trash or smell. $10 for 4 hefty loads of washing was a great deal.

Machines are pretty good and comes in different price according to size of laundry clothes capacity. Has cash dispenser. Best part is Dryer is free! I would prefer it anytime over the laundry provided by leasing offices. You can wash & dry clothes till 11pm

I love that there are free driers, though some days you have to wait for one to be available (pretty sure there are people bringing stuff washed elsewhere). The staff are helpful and responsive, and quick to respond when there is a machine out of order. They could use some more wheeled carts, or stop people from putting stuff in to hold them when they arent using them. Clean restroom.

Really terrible staff. Like really, really. Although the door sign says last wash 10:00pm the staff will not allow you entrance after 9:45pm. And at 10pm, if youre inside and your clothes are washing - staff person announces that if clothes arent dried by 10:20pm, theyll be locked up and you can get them in the morning. Daytime staff is no better. If you accidentally spill laundry powder on the floor, they ask you to clean it up. Im not making up any of these scenarios - Ive witnessed and experienced these things.Google needs to have a zero-star option; if they did, this place would have tons of zeros.Do yourself a favor and dont visit this place. Theres a 24 hour laundromat not too far from here, go there instead.

Very nice facility. The big washers cost $6.50 and the EXTREMELY efficient dryers that finish a decent sized load in 20 minutes are free of charge if you also use their washers. Sadly the arcade is limited and mostly inop.

The owner of this place needs to change the hours or hire another crew! I wash here often and never knew for this place to close at 10:30 when the sign specifically says 7AM to 11PM! How long does it actually take to dry one small load of clothes! I will be letting local residents know not to come here after 10 and won’t be spending any more money at this place! Hire some people that want to work and not sit in their behinds on a phone all day! Bad for business!!!

Nice wash and dry place. Owner is very friendly. But one of the staff there, I think her name was Alex was very unprofessional, rude and disgusting. There was another lady staff, Sara who was very friendly to us. She was awesome . Sara always kept it clean.

Plan your trip!!! It gets busy. Its worth it! Washer and dryers are all new, clean and functional. There is a young lady helping us...we are so used to the old machines from other places that we were a little lost. I was embarrassed but grateful for the help. The facility is well lit, parking is tight, restrooms, coin exchange machine, folding tables, video games, lots of places to sit and there is someone willing to help. FREE DRYING...Enough said! Needless to say...my experience here today was good! 😁

The washers are good and the dryers are good. But now a days a lot of the dryers dont work

A decent wash and dry outlet on McCallum Boulevard, especially meant for people living in Chatham and McCallum communities nearby, who dont have a washer and dryer at their place. There are different charges for wash depending on load size and dry is free of cost.

Very convenient place to wash clothesEdit:Their dryers are broken and they are not doing anything to fix it except placing a paper saying out of order.This happened with me 2 times, I put clothes in the dryer, the machine completed 20 minutes cycle and I realized that it was just spinning. No heat at all. Total waste of time.

I love this place

A little pricey but I suppose the free dryers make up for it. Manager lady was a bit rude to me and a number of others when I was there. I understand she might be under a high stress job, I dont know but that doesnt justify being semi-rude to customers. Just my opinion...

They lock the doors at 8:00 p.m. for new laundry and turn people away but the sign on the window says theyre open till 11 p.m. so dont come here after 8 p.m. because the Mexican couple like to close early!!!!! I have seen so many people turned away at 8:30 PM scratching their head because the sign on the window and on the internet says they close at 11:00PM.

Ive been going here for a while. The machines work really well but dont know if Ill be going back. Dont feel comfortable with people taking my clothes out of the machines when they please

Washer is awesome but dryer keeps stopping

My washer at my house broke, so I had to come to this laundromat to wash my clothes. The staff yelled at the customers like they were kids. Every 20 minutes you would hear her yelling. The washers have your clothes smelling like fragrances that were used on previous customers clothes. Some of the dryers were broke causing me to wait in line for another dryer. Wait in line behind an employee who is drying towels lol. Needless to say I need to hurry up and purchase another washer or go to another establishment.

Pretty clean and big. There is A-C and tvs throughout. Also free WiFi but it is locked so you must ask for code. prices are reasonable. Small washer is $2.50, big is $4.50 and there is a huge one for $6.50. Drying is free. Plenty of folding and seating areas. Vending machines on site as well.

I wish i could give the zero star, Hispanic lady is horrible and rudest person Ive seen in my life, zero customer service. if their machines are not working they wont put a sign and they wont reimburse. Please file official complaints and review in BBB, a bad business doesnt deserve to make money.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! Went there to wash & dry a few loads of clothes and someone stole our clothes! We are here for a National softball tournament and my softball uniforms were in the dryer when a low life came along and took our clothes. When we went to report it to the woman in the office she made it clear that this happens all of the time and that there is nothing could be done about it. She refused to playback the video and claimed it was only live footage and not capable of being played back. She went as far as telling that it happens everyday around here. So if I were you I would NOT go here to wash your clothes.

I spent almost an hour getting ready to load my clothes. I have a bad arm so it takes a while. I finally get everything loaded and start heading over only to find out from a piece of paper taped to the door that last wash is suddenly at 9pm instead of the usual 10pm. Two whole hours before close. They don’t even close until 11. It does not take 2 hours to wash clothes. I’m sick of putting up with this laundromat. It’s a shame it’s the only one around where I live.

Big facility, big washer & FREE dryers. Never had issues with people messing with my clothes or anything as most of the time I would even leave and come back.

Free Dry with Wash! Very clean laundromat. Brittany was exceptional, she kept adding time to the dryer for me and showed me how everything worked.

This place is well maintained. It has change dispenser as well as detergent dispenser. This place gets crowded on weekends, but has enough washers for everyone. Depending on your load, you can choose washers ranging from $2 to $6.5. Driers are free if you use washer. It takes around 30min to wash and 20min to dry. In the mean time you can either surf internet through their free Wi-Fi, play games or just grab a drink from their vending machine. Youll be out in an hour with squeaky clean clothes !
