This Laundromat is one of the cleanest and kid friendly I’ve seen. Signage says “Maytag Equipped Laundry” but the business is called Lone Star Laundromat. They are a coin-less system, so bring your dollars. To wash the biggest load, it’s about $6, but an average load will cost you between $2-$3. Drying is about a $1.They have a book section for children and a very clean facility. The owners greet you with a smile and are very eager to help. They have nice desks with plugs so you can charge your phone and they have WIFI.They also do other people’s laundry here. She is carefully folding each shirt and matching each sock.

Very impatient rude customers. My wash load had just finished and some impatient women goes to the manager and says I need to take my clothes out. The load had just finished. I wouldnt come here unless it was necessary.

I hate I had to give them a star, but this place seriously needs to upgrade their machines! I had 2 loads of clothes to wash & it took me 2 in a half hours to finish the loads because the washers didn’t spin the first time & the dryers it took a hour on each dryer & my clothes still were WET!!! I will NEVER come back to this place!!! It’s ridiculous how u have to take your clothes out of one machine just to put them in another one so u can finish laundry!!!

Khai the gentleman that works here is so awesome the first time I told him I wont be back cause I wasnt from the area. I found my self going back because his customer service is top notch. Very friendly. He is nice as if he just started the day but he is still nice when the day is over.

I called to check if my clothes were ready from the bundle service. No answer. I thought maybe it was there lunch break and now they have either blocked my number or took the phone off the hook. First time customer. Last time customer if they cant explain whats up.

Staff shouldnt be able to hog the big dryers. Especially for only two towels 🤦

I found out recently that Lone Star will launder comforters as bundle service, AND they will pick up and deliver for five bucks. It doesnt get much better than that! We had four comforters that I didnt want to have dry cleaned for $40-$50 each, given that theyre all washable and we probably didnt pay that much for any of them in the first place. I booked a bundle service appointment online, they picked up the items, they emailed me an invoice shortly afterward (which I was able to pay online and add a driver tip), and then delivered the comforters back to me the same day. Grand total: $54. I didnt have to give up my Saturday sitting in a laundromat, I stayed safely at home, and our comforters are fresh and clean. WORTH EVERY PENNY. I highly recommend for Lone Stars bundle service and will definitely use them again, especially for large items that do not fit in my washing machine.

Being able to swipe a card on the washers and dryers is great. The only issue I really had was that the dryers did not dry enough even though they ran for 30 minutes each.

Sorry to say I had a bad experience but felt I needed to share. Only self-wash didnt use their laundry service. We used two different washing machines and the spin cycle on both didnt work. Asked if we could just do a spin cycle to drain the water from the clothes bit was told the machines arent set up that way. This meant we had to pay three times as normal and wait three times as long for dry clothes (which STILL didnt come out dry). I visited here because the reviews and photos showed promise. But in reality, have of the machines dont work, none of the seating matches or appears to have been cleaned at all. Not likely to return and definitely wont recommend.

Nice quiet laundromat but the owners werent wearing mask and the machines were a little out of date. $3.25 to wash and $0.25 for every 10mins of dry time. Overall not a bad laundromat. I would go again

Lone Star Laundromat has very helpful management and nearly every size washing machines, and dryers... Nice and clean environment with baskets that have good working wheels, large round tables and plenty folding tables to help keep your washing clothes day a pleasant experience. They also have several flat screen TVs mounted on the wall for entertainment.Highly recommended for laundry service.

Dryers are awful!!!!! Spent over 40 minutes drying clothes and they were still not dry. Left and went to another place. Also...VERY VERY dirty!!!!! A lot of machines broken...and none take cash!!!

Cannot day enough wonderful things about the treatment here. I first only used their pickup and delivery service to help catch up from a 2 week vacation, but then we loved it so much and were treated so well we kept it up on a regular basis. Our clothes always smell so good and are folded neatly or hung if needed.I recently moved to Arlington and have attempted to find a similar service and have only been disappointed because I compare everyone the Lonestar.

Go here. Drop your laundry off. $1 a pound and super quick. I always throw them a few extra bucks because of how cheap and fast it is, AND your clothes will smell so incredibly fresh, its crazy. That might sound crazy, but I find myself catching a whiff of how good my clothes smell throughout the day. Itll put a smile on your face. I cannot recommend this place enough, they are the best, hands down!!!

I just relocated to Richardson and had to find a laundry facility right after my move. Even though there aren’t a lot of reviews thus location was 5 stars and close so I decided to try it. For a laundry facility it has everything you need. The machines use a payment card, you can load money with your credit card. Facility is relativity clean, books for kids, coffee machine for customers. The owner is very helpful, he showed me how to use everything the first time I was here. He’s always helping customers with the machines. Prices are good and they even have WiFi!

The equipment is reliable, the price is reasonable.- Pay for dry& wash....and its location is convenient too

I love this place. It is my Sunday go to for doing my laundry every week. I get there when it opens (7am) and its nice and and quiet and Im in and out in no time. It cost extremely less that what my apartment facilities charge. It uses a card system that I put 20 bucks on a month and a half ago and I still have money in it at this time (one load a week). There are plenty of, and different size machines to choose from. I am never waiting on a machine to be free. The man that runs it is extremely nice and helpful. Oh. And theres free coffee.

After trying several other laundromats in the area, I can say this is *by far* my favorite. Aside from the reasonable pricing and good quality of the machines, they also offer WiFi and decent air conditioning - two things not commonly offered with laundromats. Additionally, the employees went out of their way to make sure things were working properly and they were incredibly welcoming.

Ive only been to a laundromat once or twice, and this one is is great. My washer and dryer are being fixed and I was in desperate need of some clean clothes.Their website was insightful and helpful. Awesome bundle service at $1/ pound! Clothes are folded perfectly, put on hangers for dress shirt-like items, CLEAN and smell super fresh for days! If you like your laundry done a certain way, just specify. They have a scheduling app when you sign up that texts you when your clothes are ready for pick up. They usually are done before the scheduled pick up time. They also have a $5 discount after a certain amount of bundle services. Khai and Mai-Linh are very sweet and hard working. They are always there, it seems, and always have a smile and helpful, positive attitude, even with all the piles of laundry they have to do! We came here bc we are relocated and still don’t have our laundry set, but it’ll be hard to do laundry as well as they do. When we have our own washer and dryer, I will truly miss them!

It’s spacious, clean and the have Tv’s. It is card in stead of quarters and the sell drinks and they have books for kids, massage chairs for $2

Ive had nothing but professional and it smiling performance from here.I am unable to do my laundry due to physical restrictions so I use their bundling service; it could not be any better. Its clean its folded immaculately and it is cheap for the service that they provide

Do not go here!!!!! Most of the machines are broken. Owner seems racist and will not issue refunds for broken machines. I asked for them to issue credit after using 2 broken machines they yelled at me called me a liar. Came once again as I still had money on the laundry card they followed me around and after I loaded more money on the card they told me not to come back and refused to refund the money that they just watched me load.

I am very pleased with my Bundle service. I spent 20 cents more per pound then I would usually but the service was well worth it. Very quick apon request and neat. They even found money and made sure I seen it in the bag. I have no doubt any other Laundry Mat would have kept the money. Deserves more than a 5 dollar tip. Thankyou!!

I found this laundromat whilst searching for one that took cards last week. as i had a bank issue & couldnt get cash. (desperately needed to do laundry)last week was my first time coming in. i was really excited by the fact that they have two machines in the wall that you can buy a laundry card from. the card itself is 1$ & its reloadable from the same machine. you can use cash or card to reload. incredibly convenient. i love it.then theres the amount of washers/dryers they have. last week when i came in, it was pretty busy. but they had more than enough machines for everyone. this place is pretty big, so that was a huge deal for me, as everyone hates the endless chore that is laundry & like myself, im sure everyone wanted to hurry & get gone.another thing i adore about this place, is its completely air conditioned. texas summers are BRUTAL. even with it packed full of people, it was still incredibly cool in here.they also offer drop off laundry, although im not sure how much that costs. cant be much though. the machines themselves start at 1.25$ for the washer & 25c per 10/min for the dryers.they obviously increase with size, but still, it cost me about 10$ to wash everything last week, because i let my laundry pile up for three weeks. today i only spent 3$ for two loads. thats incredible.there are an assortment of different types of washers & there are trash bins down every aisle & its kept very clean. the gentleman who works here is very kind.i found an issue with a dryer, it wouldnt read the card. kept saying error. he noticed me before i noticed him & he gave me a free dry for the trouble. even though it was only 2 small loads, it was still very kind of him.there are small tvs located on the walls for entertainment whilst waiting. chairs around the whole place. & its location is very convenient.they also have an ATM inside, as well as a soap dispenser on the walls. a unisex restroom, & tables in the front.its located in between Yes Dental & Boost Mobile in this plaza. 100 stars if i could. i love this place.

I love this place!! I have been washing here for a while now. They have a great variety of machines from little to huge. Their price is great! Other washaterias have free dry but washing here always come out cheaper for me! The staff is so wonderful and they will listen to your concerns and will get your problem fixed. Today I made a mistake by going to another washateria :( it was closer to my home but it’s not worth going there. I’m coming back here no matter how far I have to drive.

Place was okay, it wasnt the dirtiest place Ive been, their machines on the other hand... also the place was somewhat confusing. They make you buy a card to use their services too. Many out of order machines and no obvious attendant to help. The thing that really got to me was that the first washer I was going to use had some clear liquid already in the fabric softener slot with a huge snotty spit. Sorry wont be going back.

Clean, well maintained, and safe. Some out of order dryers, but more than enough worked. Prices seemed a tad high. Even though I live 20 minutes away, Id go back.

Yes it was clean and I loved the set up. But most of the machines werent working and or the machines wouldnt wash that well. It was kind of expensive and you have to use a card to use the machines.

Nice laundromat, machines are in good repair and they have a lot of specials including 75 cent washes Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. they also have 3 televisions, 1 for spanish soap operas, 1 for English and another for children playing the disney channel. Free wifi is also available there, just ask for the password from the onsite manager.
