This is not your standard jewelry store with things you will see everywhere. I bought a necklace and matching earrings as a birthday present. Very beautiful and almost unique. Hawaiian silver and wood, reminiscent of the silver and turquoise you will find in the Southwest. The sales staff are very personal, helpful and informative.

I love Na Hokus jewelry and have purchased multiple pieces for my lovely bride. In 2014, while visiting Maui, we purchased one of their newest designs The Wave pendant. During the past 7 years, my wife has worn this perhaps 15-20x. In late 2020, we noticed that several pieces of opal had fallen out of the pendant. We visited our Dallas Na Hoku store and arranged to have the pendant returned for warranty repair on Dec 22, 2020 under their lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. AFTER 12 WEEKS, I was advised that the pendant was not covered under warranty, despite no abuse of the pendant. Further, the repair would take an additional 10-14 weeks. I understand that COVID has affected Hawaii and Na Hokus suppliers, however, this has been a terrible customer service experience. As a lifetime customer purchasing jewelry when we travel, I am deeply disappointed with this factory response. I do appreciate the personal efforts of Brian, the Dallas Store manager.

Wouldn’t recommend getting your chain repaired here. They’ll give you a cheap one back and say oh well blah blah and rip you off

I could tell yall a long story but what it boils down to is that my husband bought me a Hawaiian wedding band over 30 yrs ago, but I do think he forgot to mention about the lifetime enameling. So when I dropped into the store in FL (at Disney Springs), I was inquiring about enameling. And it so happened that I have a stamp inside my ring that connected it to their store, so I got my enameling free. The staff were so helpful and courteous, and they have beautiful jewelry. Worth the price, I love my ring. Thank you, Na Hoku Hawaii...

Absolutely Love this Hawaiian Jewelry Store. They make the majority of their Jewelry in Honolulu Hawaii. The staff is extremely helpful and very Customer Service friendly. Highly recommend this Store at NorthPark Center, Dallas, Texas

It only took a moment to feel comfortable in knowing that she was an expert in her knowledge of jewelry.She introduced herself as PJ and begin to explain in detail the meaning of the different items offered and helped me to decide which piece was the most fitting gift for the person I was buying for !The jewelry is very unique in its aesthetics and quality . Very different from the typical chain box stores.I stop by now and then to see new items and just to feel the positive vibe that I get when I enter the store .
