I had two watches that needed some work. I called Swiss watch repair and brought the watches in. They changed the battery in one and adjusted the other for me. Great service and very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
First time here. Just needed 3 batteries replaced. In and out in 20 minutes.
This is not the place for a timely service, they are rude and lack of customer service attitude. I took a Tag Heuer for a battery replacement and clasp repair. Just for the estimate it took ten days and repair would take up to 3 months. Really?. I went today to got my watch back because I did not receive an estimate in TEN days and on top I was mistreated. If you send your Tag directly it would take 6 weeks.I ended up taking my Tag to High Grade Watch Repair in Plano and got repairs an additional polish that was not offered by this individuals for the same prize and in just a couple of days.Do not fall for this guys, there are plenty of options in the Metroplex.
Needed a watch battery and they did it while I waited for a very reasonable cost. Timely and quality service. They treated me as nice as if I was getting full service, which is my next plan!
Quick repair. Thank you.
I called for a quote to open 3 antique Swiss pocket watches so that I could take pictures and to transcribe serial numbers with insignia from inside of the watches.I spoke with Dan, who quoted me $20. I was not ready to accept his offer for opening the 3 watches that should not take more than 1 minute of work. He reduced the price to $15, and I agreed. After he opened the 3 watches, he asked me for $50.00. I was in shock! His justification was that when he quoted me the $20, he meant $20 for each of the watches, and after he decreased the price to $15, presumably I misunderstood, he meant $50. I politely expressed my displeasure that “I am not a happy customer” and he replied: “normally, we don’t do such work and you didn’t leave the watches with us.”I paid $54.13 with tax for opening 3 watches that he unambiguously quoted for $15.00, plus tax. Be aware of shenanigans!
I took my wifes simple oyster Rolex in for COA Clean Oil Adjust. Quote was overpriced. At least I felt because Rolex would have done it for $600 but they quoted me 6 weeks. These guys were 4 weeks. After opening it they found an issue that cost an additional $185...I paid it...when I picked it up the watch looked worse than when I dropped it off...no buffing or polishing was done the guy said that would have been an extra $150. I said so your cleaning is a damp cloth or something!? At this point Im in half what I paid for the thing. Somethings fishy...even a plumber leaves his work area cleaner than how it was when he gets there. I expected more. He argued with me...I said youre right Im wrong to have expected more...there wont be a next time coming here. Hand polishing would have gotten those scratches out...horrible horrible service and workmanship!
Took my Cyma watch in for repair and cleaning. While I was in for the initial evaluation they lost the knob on the end of the stem. When I got it back the stem wouldn’t pull out or turn. Response from the office was less than satisfactory and I ended up sending it in to a different company to get fixed, another $300.
I visited Swiss Watch to have a few links removed from a Rolex. They were quick, professional and extremely knowledgeable. First rate business - highly recommend.
Went in to get battery replacement on five watches and they replaced as I waited. A friend recommended as a good place for high end watches and any type of watch.
Came in to take some links out of my omega seamaster. Both johan and Kelly were really helpful and friendly. Will use again for a service for sure. Thanks guys.
Joseph, the owner is a good guy and really helpful. I had a service on a 70s 1601 Rolex I recently purchased that ended up being rather tricky to diagnose after noticing i was not keeping very good time.Swiss Watch Repairs found the issue, was communicative, and gave me all paperwork with his warranty. It now runs PERFECT.Very happy, will use in the future for all my time pieces . Thank you Joseph!!!
Excellent service. The staff are honest too. I recommend this place.
These guys are good, quick and fast... Nelson Lima review is way off. any watch collector worth a penny would know not to polish the watch because you lose precious metal and any watchmaker wouldn’t polish your watch without you asking them too, when you take it in for a service they service the moment not the case and bracelet...
Walked in to change my watch battery. He took less than 5 minutes and was really sweet! Highly recommend his service..
Great experience with everyone. I had a fairly old Omega Speedmaster serviced here. They actually troubleshoot the issue and then took care of other issues without breaking my wallet. Their quote for a full service on my watch was a lot less than what other places would charge. Highly recommended.
Ive been taking my watches to Swiss Watch Repair since 2014. Very professional and attentive service. Sal kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided me with unparalleled information. I cannot give higher praise than say I will use them again should the need arise.
Came in with a watch that fit to loose to simply take out some links and was amazed by how fast and easy it was. Thanks Kelly and Yohan
These guys know their high-end watches and provide excellent service. I will be going back in the future.
Excellent watch repair service. I took an Orient Mako 2 in for regulation. Please note that the Orient Mako 2 is NOT a swiss watch, it is from Orient, a mainstream Japanese watchmaker. Jochen Schiwietz was my point of contact the whole time. After 2 weeks, I got a nice callback explaining what they had found and that they can do. They were completely honest and explained that my watch movement wasnt going to be able to reach COSC level of regulation, which I knew. They then explained what they would do and gave me a timeframe. They also sent me a complete invoice and asked what I wanted to do. I said perform the service and it was completed ahead of schedule. I got the watch back and it had been cleaned very well in addition to the regulation. The watch went from +11 seconds per day to what looks to be -1 seconds per day, which is excellent. All in all, I had an excellent experience with Swiss Watch Repairs. I feel that I was treated with as much respect as someone with a $15,000 Rolex I will certainly return for all of my mechanical watch repair needs.
I took my vintage Omega Seamaster to Swiss Watch Repair for a full service (Clean, Oil, Adjust plus replacement of parts if necessary). I was impressed by Joseph’s staff and their work. Jochen was especially friendly and engaging, explaining to me their process and services offered. I had initially gone to another watchmaker that I had used previously for my NOS vintage Longines and he wouldn’t touch my Seamaster due to the light amount of rust around the gasket on the case back. This isn’t an uncommon problem for these watches and Jochen said they would do their best to remove as much corrosion as possible. Although the service took a little longer than expected and cost a little more than I anticipated I could tell that my watch was being worked on by the best provider in the DFW area. Based on my experience I plan to be a return customer with Swiss Watch Repairs.
Joseph provides friendly and honest service. If you need high-end watch service, THIS is the place to go.
Great service, knowledgeable staff, and that feeling of class that escapes many watch stores and service centers.
They don’t work on Seikos, but if you have a Swiss watch, this is a great local place to go!
I took a Mido Multifort into them for a cleaning, as it was setting time and working just sluggish. It was return to me in pieces 8 weeks later and I was told they couldnt find parts, suspicious they have another Multifort they are selling. Not impressed with the followup (none), not impressed with how it was returned (not same condition... all seems suspicious!
Great friend and knows the business
I am a repeat client. Recently, I had a 30+ year old higher end automatic dress watch in for its regular maintenance (completely disassemble, cleaning, lubrication, new gaskets/seals, new crown stem, pressure and water testing, etc). The work was completed well and everyone treated me great great at the work ticket consultation(s) and at pick up. They stand behind their work and warranty. I live over 1 hour away from them and I do not have any reservations about going out of my way to drive to them. You can work remotely with them as well. They offered to ship my piece back to me if the drive to would have been too much. Time is a finite resource and they value yours as if it were their own. So although we in this metro are are fortunate to have local access to them, you can live really far away and still collaborate with Jospeph and his team remotely. They have been responsive and quick to answer and assist me in person, by phone, and email. They knew I would need this particular piece by a certain date to wear for an upcoming event and they made sure I did.The shop is an oasis of cool and comfortable elegance, a big contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city just outside. The lobby, consultation rooms, and office meeting areas are inviting and allow for a relaxed feel every time you walk through their doors. At my work order pick up, as I was leaving I casually asked about how I might find help for a somewhat similar (high end market wise) but unrelated (non watch, non jewelry-diamond) repair and restoration job I needed help with. Joseph immediately placed a call and that same afternoon Joseph reached out to me with a referral to someone that could help me.It is that level of personal quality client service, coupled with expertise and excellence that keeps me coming back. When it comes to high watches and jewelry (ie diamonds etc), it is essential to have an independent expert watch maker and broker you can trust. I know that in the future when its time for me to source my next upgrade, new aquisition time piece, diamond, or have custom work done, that I will receive the very best quality and service coupled with industry and market expertise. The people, space, service, and quality are all top shelf and I will gladly keep coming back and personally refer friends and colleagues to Joseph and his team. Top marks across the board.
Joe will take care of your watches. Great value, better service!
Service and value exceeded my expectations. Be sure to ask for Scott.
Great service!
